As an out-of-town visitor, I called Griffith Eye Center to see if they could adjust my glasses, which had gotten whacked out of shape from the car trip. All the employees were very nice, and the adjustment that was done was done to perfection. They seemed very happy to give me the service and did not charge me a fee for the adjustment. I would do business with them anytime if I were a resident of Erie or Millcreek.

Absolutely terrible service, I take my mother in law there and its always a 2hr ordeal for a simple appointment. Today was the last straw. One doctor left exam room to get the other doctors opinion, we waited for an hour in that room and nobody showed up. We left without saying a word. My wife is looking for another optometrist for her. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have been going to this office for over 15 years and they have helped with all the different eye problems I have had.

Our entire family has been with Dr. Griffith for over 20 years. He is professional, very knowledgeable, extremely thorough with his exams and has fair pricing. His staff is efficient and just as dedicated as he is.

I have had two surgeries from Dr. Griffith with no problems from either one . His staff is very efficient and kind and sometimes very funny., so is Dr. Griffith.

I have been with them four years and they could not provide a contact that fit. After that, I went elsewhere and was fitted well on the first exam. Very nice staff, but I can not recommend their service.
