Filthy disgusting place, they dont take care of these people in need. Sad!

Not a very good place to work

My experience here was pretty good! Mother got sent here after her hip surgery and her recovery went smoothly. people were always there helping her with pain and getting around and I found the staff pretty attentive

I DO NOT recommend sending ANYONE to this facility for rehab. My family member was sent here and not only did they give him food that was not conducive to his medical condition, he had to request me to take him to the store for products that would cover his wound so it would not get wet in the shower. He ended up contracting an infection and was, within a week, sent to the ER which led to his submission to the ICU. The people are nice, yet they are not properly medically staffed. I would not send my worst enemy here. :-(

Abington Crest is the nastiest and saddest nursing home I have ever been in. They don’t clean the residents rooms, I HAD TO CLEAN MY GRANDAD ROOM FOR HIM. ONE OF THE PATIENTS HAS A PET spider and the spider had babies and one of the spiders bitten my grandad. This place is so NASTY THEY HAVE MICE. My grandad ring the call bell to use the restroom and my grandad patiently waited over 25 long minutes. The CNA came in after 25 minutes later and said my grandad have to wait because she was taking a smoke break. They are very unprofessional and they do not let the residents utilize their privacy rights. They leave the doors unlocked and the rooms aren’t being completely and throughly cleaned. The staff members attitudes are ridiculous and nasty. They force me to leave the premises because I was very concerned about my grandad!

I have a sister whos up there and I went up the other day it is totally filthy and stinky. I am so sorry my sister has to be there I hope I can get her out of there soon !
