I am very disappointed with the services provided. My 16 year old grandson needed counseling services; Wagner Behavioral Health was recommended. He has had more cancellations and no-shows from his counselor than actual sessions. Consistency is key in any mental health crisis therapy program, and this establishment DOES NOT deliver anything close to consistency! They ought to be ashamed how they operate their services so poorly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

Is there a reason to why no one answers as well as the phone just says loudly sorry your call did not go through, please try again ? Is this a serious place or not to help people.

So its 2019 and my therapist asked me, So, tell me, where do you see yourself in a year? I keep telling him that I dont know because I dont have 20 20 vision. 😐😏 But seriously, Ive been helped by my therapists here.
