Great place. Nice and polite staff and very friendly. The prices are not cheap on the market but since they offer lifetime treatment I decided to go to this place. In case a hormonal disruption occurs in a couple of years and the hair grows again. My treatment goes very well and after a couple of visits I see the result. Very soon I will be able to say goodbye to my hair forever!

I love this place! I use to travel 4 hours to do laser and they messed up my face so bad. the hair on my face grew so much worse & got burnt twice on my face but then I came to Milan & started doing laser to my face and body & the results are amazing. this place works wonders for me. I don’t get burnt & I get told every time I go to exfoliate and take care of myself till next time. The ladies are so professional & they are the sweetest. they are expensive but you get it for a lifetime but trust me when I say it’s worth it !!

If you are at all thinking about laser hair removal, I would HIGHLY recommend Milan! I was primarily concerned about the cost, but the financing is a piece of cake. They offer 0% interest, and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering that it is a permanent solution. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. I have found the whole process to be very easy. I don’t think it is too painful - less so than waxing. I have only had 5 treatments and have already noticed a marked difference in the presence of hair. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!! It has made my life so much easier.

If youre researching hair removal places like I did for a good 2 weeks, I can confidently say Im glad I chose Milan! No buyers remorse here. I was mostly concerned with how much it would cost because I had done enough research on the process itself. I think the life time touch ups free of charge is what completely sold me. Of course the financing was easy, the 0% is catchy, but knowing I can come back if/when I need to without paying additional is great. Everyone Ive come in contact with her has been super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Its refreshing! I think I am 5-6 treatments in and Ive noticed a huuuuge change. Painwise, Im getting the full Brazilian, so of course its not the best feeling, but its certainly tolerable. Definitely less painful than waxing and plucking. 🤷🏼‍♀️ if youre on the fence, do it!

Completely worth it! Before Milan I would get waxed, which was just a waste of money in the end. I get abs an underarms done in roughly 20 minutes. Each time I come back, more hair is gone. Everyone is so nice and professional. I highly recommend to everyone!! 💕

I have had experience with two Milan Laser locations and my experience with both has been top notch!Amazing and professional personnel! I have always been greeted nicely and taken care of in a timely manner. Every step of the way (from the first consultation and trough each treatment session) no matter what question you have – be it about laser hair removal, the laser setting being used, any redness you are noticing or anything else about the process – it will be answered in a friendly and professional manner.Great results! Even though I have been explained how laser removal works in detail during the consultation it was still mind blowing how noticeable the change in hair growth was just after the very first treatment! I have started treating multiple areas at the same time and when results on one of them seemed to be lagging the others they’ve first explained why that was happening and asked my permission to change my treatment course to fix that.Convenience! I’ve never had any issues scheduling a treatment when it was most convenient for me. I also had to move to a different state halfway through my treatment course and since there is a Milan Laser location in both my previous town and in Erie it was such a seamless transition. What’s also great is that they will text you a reminder the day before your appointment and also if there’s too much traffic on Peach street so that you would leave a little early to be on time for your appointment.Honestly, only good things, definitely a 5 stars place :)

The employees at Milan make this place deserve 5 stars. I signed up in February 2020 and went for one session. I got a terrible vibe from the employees and didnt go back for a year and a half. When I finally went back in may 2021, Megan (sorry Megan I hope I spelled it right!) and Ashley were so amazing. They made me feel welcome from the second I walked in the door and havent stopped since! The two of them make that place what it is! Milan corporate, if youre reading this, you need to commend these employees! I can guarantee you if it wasnt for them and the same people were there as the first visit, I wouldnt have ever went back, and at $2k+ I paid for their services, it would have been a real shame. Today I went in and Megan told me she was leaving and I was so bummed. Megan and Ashley are the greatest team, and they make the name on the building! I seriously was so bummed the last time went and neither were there! So I highly recommend them, this review is based more on those 2 girls than the company itself. Keep it up you two! Youre both absolutely amazing and make me excited everytime my appointment comes up! Megan you will be truly missed. That amazing personality is priceless!

I would highly not recommend going to Milan. They trap you in a payment contract. If you decide not to go through with the procedure they will tell you that you signed the contract and can’t cancel. You either have to go through with the procedure to your own body or lose our on thousands of dollars. I cancelled that same day within hours; never had one procedure even done. Two months later still being charged. Waiting for a District manager to decide IF I can cancel the payment agreement.

Ive been going to Milan for almost 2 years. The results and the guarantee are really great. The prices are kind of high, but I think its worth it for the lifetime of touchups. The problem is that the service is very hit-or-miss. Sometimes I go in and I get a great tech who finishes my treatment in 20 minutes. Sometimes it takes much longer. I dread the uncertainty and not knowing how long Im going to need to schedule. I cant go on my lunch break because (today for example) sometimes I end up spending almost an hour and a half here between waiting when they are behind schedule and the slower techs that take 40+ minutes to finish the same treatment that takes other techs only 20.My experience today has really driven home how irritating the variability of the timing is. I waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time to get started, and when I finally did get started with the treatment I was with a trainee who took almost an hour to finish my session. Instead of an appointment at noon that finishes around 12:30, I was there until after 1pm. While I was sitting in the waiting room the office manager was sitting right in front of me and never said a word or apologized that they were 30 minutes behind schedule. I think your experience here will depend a lot of who happens to be working when you go in for your appointment.

After just 1 session on my face and neck I noticed a difference. The treatment itself isn’t that bad, pain wise; they say it feels like a hot rubber band and that’s pretty accurate. My treatment usually lasts about 20 minutes and the staff is very friendly and amazing! I didn’t plan to buy at the consultation but the level of professionalism, cleanliness, and friendliness really got me. They make you feel like a true friend on top of answering all your questions when possible. I highly recommend this place if you’re thinking about laser hair removal! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
