So often you call a company no one answers the phone anymore—that is never the case at Todd Powers office. Not only does someone answer, they go out of their way to assist on the spot. Their attention to detail goes beyond the average insurance agency. If your normal rep is not available, other knowledgeable co-workers are ready and waiting to help. And if they are busy, Todd will answer the call. Truly remarkable in this day and age. And so appreciated. I highly recommend their services and cannot say enough about how they treat their customers. They’re the best!!

I’ve been with Todd Powers for a long time (10ish years) because they provide great customer service. I’ve never had an experience with them where I wasn’t satisfied. They’re always willing to answer questions fully, and never seem to rush me. There’s a reason why I haven’t even inquired about quotes from anyone else, because I’m not willing to jeopardize the loss of great customer service! But, I do think I’m already getting great deals, so there is also no need!

Man, where do I start? Shelby provides the best customer service in the world! If I could walk into the Todd Powers Insurance Agency office right now, I would give her the biggest hug ever! She has worked with me so much and dealt with me for a while now. Every time I call, I am asking for her. There are not enough kind words to say about Shelby. She is the best and the #1 reason I am such a loyal State Farm client. I will always be a long-time customer as long as Shelby is there. No offense to all the other staff members, but when you can deal with one person and develop a great rapport with them it is hard to talk to anyone else. She makes it easy because she always asks, “what can we do for you today” or “how are you doing?” The customer service experience with Shelby is just unbelievable. Im a new customer to the State Farm family by recently purchasing home and auto insurance. I went to pick up a new car yesterday at the dealer completely forgetting to give my agent notice. Last year I got my first car insurance/life insurance policy with Todd/State Farm and I was overwhelmed with the service I received. It was fantastic. They took the time to explain everything to me that I did not understand and found the best policy for me. Just this week I went back to Todd and his team (Erica) for a car loan and new insurance policy. They made buying a new car fun! She was willing to work with my schedule even if it meant longer hours for her. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for insurance!! The customer service was amazing!! Erika was so awesome to deal with and made me and my wife feel very comfortable. We had an issue with our on-demand hot water heater during the -18 degree weather this winter. The pipes had burst within the water heater and we were without hot water. After contacting a plumbing contractor and the Todd Powers State Farm office about our issue, we were told that our home owners insurance would cover this problem. The contractor emailed the quote directly to Todds office and we were issued a check within 1 hour of our initial call. I am so glad that I have an insurance company and an agent that stand behind their clients. Well done Todd, Erika and State Farm Insurance.

I spoke to Erika this morning and I cannot even begin to tell you how extraordinary the customer service I received was. She is amazing and helped me with exactly what I needed, and then when State Farm didnt provide the service I needed, she put me in touch with someone who was a total expert outside of their firm. If you are going to use State Farm (which I would not recommend to begin with), I would highly suggest finding another agent.I only had 1 claim and was cancelled without even being notified by my agent as to the status, my only notification was a letter I received in the mail. I was given the run around throughout the entire claim process. While dealing with my claim, I had spoken with at least 4 different people at various stages all of which provided varying information. The lack of consistent and accurate communication was extremely frustrating and in my opinion unprofessional.
