They only place I would go for therapy

Excellent quality, very clean, 3 pools, nice amenities. Well worth the money to have a nice, clean, newer, well kept center. Amazing spa inside with affordable menu that includes massage & other extras to keep you feeling good. Gym is very nice with ample help for any questions or concerns. Nice meditation room that rounds out your workouts; completing both physical & mental health!

This is the best wellness center you will find in Erie. They have everything one can think of when going to the gym. They have their spa, a little snack kiosk, pools, hot tubs, towels, steam room and sauna. The gym is very clean, the staff is so helpful and polite. The equipment is very variable and defiantly up to date. They have group classes as well as personal trainers, and i think the price is equal to the quality. i enjoy every second of ,y time in this gym.

Drove the entire way home UNDER the speed limit after my massage. That was awesome, Shannon. Will be rescheduling next appointment ASAP.

Dr. Chris Rial is the best! Very thorough, compassionate, way to talk with, non-paternalistic in his approach to treating his patients. He treats the person and not the condition.

Amazing complex! Even have a golf simulator. Great staff! Although they do focua on getting out early

I love this place. The pools are great. The locker rooms are clean and have locks on the lockers so you dont have to bring your own. The staff are very kind. They have towels that you can use too!

I was born and raised in Erie, Pa and have been a member at numerous different gyms across town! This fitness & wellness center is by far the most clean, the employees are always enthusiastic and upbeat and the level of services provided is unmatched and the location is perfect.

Lecom medical and fitness center has provided me a great opportunity by utilizing your yoga classes it is clean comfortable and the instructors are amazing they truly care about each and every individual person that enters into their presence 🙏🏻

Took a yoga class with Doreen. She was very friendly and a good instructor. The facility was clean and modern.

I was able to get in but the 12 hour notice for a full body massage and waxing. The staff was immaculate, the location was extremely clean and very nice. I will be going back every time I am in town and repairing all my family and friends here. Eden and Jess were phenomenal and I highly recommend both of them

They were very polite, courtious, helpful and patient. They also offer free pickup for therapy patients. Great bunch of people!

I really love this gym...I was a member there for over 5 years. But it’s just so expensive. They don’t even give their LECOM employees a free membership, jeez. I hate that they got rid of child care, which for over $60 a month could be included. They also got rid of their rewards system and gave alternative options that just funneled money back into LECOM...overall it’s clean with functional equipment and amenities. I guess the price keeps out the riff-raff, which is clearly what they are going for.

Ive belonged since 2012. My husband joined in 2013. I love it. Very clean. Staff upstairs is great. Pool attendant Marie is awesome. This is the best gym Ive ever been too. Something for everyone. Yoga instructors Ive had are awesome.

The friendly staff always makes you feel welcome. The facility is very clean. Its so nice they provide towels,shampoo, body lotion, deodorant, hairspray, mouthwash, hair dryers. All you need to bring is bathing suit and workout clothes. Really makes it convenient *****

Very disappointed in Dave,the facility manager. I would not have given one star if I had the choice of no Stars. I had a pedicure in the spa and got an infection. I called spoke to the provider,spa manager and then was moved on to the manager,Dave. He told me that he would speak to the risk management people and get back to me.I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AND HE ASKED FOR NO SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS .This is supposed to be a medically based facility. The lack of follow-up and lack of concern about an infection in the facility is negligent and appalling.Think twice before getting spa services or counting on the manager to follow through!

Dr. Leary for sports medicine is all business. He is smart and a good diagnostician. Hes direct and firm about our responsibility in recovery. If you dont mind med students learning from your case, Id highly recommend.

Everything about this wellness center is pretty amazing. The best part I think though is the pools/sauna/steam room/hot tub/locker room high-class vibe. It makes the gym trip a very pleasant part of my day.

Great place and friendly staff. Wonderful physical therapist on site.

The athletic facility is large with every conceivable machine, exercise equipment, running track, group fitness and more.

Pt dept is great. Mom loves all those therapists!

Cardiovascular top notch. As a total gym it is very nice. You cant please everyone. Cry babies are born everyday.

More expensive than many other gyms but the amenities are top notch and the service and trainers are excellent. If you can afford it, this is a great gym.

The place is great overall, but the free weights/weight rack/ bench section is embarrassingly small. During rush hour it can be tough to get a solid workout. But then again its not a Gym, its a Wellness Center.

This is the only place I go where I am instantly greeted with smiles and hellos!

Went here with my mom for an appointment with Dr. Lee. As soon as we walked in the door we were like hunted down by security. He informed us that we could not park by the garage because there were supposed to be cones there (even though there were NO cones and it was NOT marked no parking. It wasnt even marked as a garage area). He got very ignorant and rude. He then proceded to follow us all the way to our car to watch us move it! Talk about creepy!! With all the money they make wouldnt you think they would be able to have a sign or paint NO PARKING in that area?? Its commen sense..Then we get upstairs to the doctors office and we end up sitting here in the waiting room for over an hour! Staff failed to inform any patients that came in that the doctor was running behind. Clearly proves that have NO consideration for what anyone else has going on!!! If you have to come here make sure You have no plans for the rest of the day because you will be sitting here for at least 2 hours.

Probably the best fitness facility in the area, also one of the most expensive. Nice clean locker rooms, pool, sauna, whirlpool, indoor track, weight lifting, lots of cardio machines, cycling classes, plyo style group classes, yoga, etc.

Tried this place a few times, the staff was not very helpful, I asked a few times about equipment I was unsure of, and I was told once that they did not know. The cost was crazy for what the gym is.

Kind of disappointed in the spa..my wife did fascial over there and her hair was all over in oil and mask all day , she left work after fascial OMG what embarrassing situation...

Horrible scheduling staff. Over book appointments, when you show up for scheduled appointment they tell you that you aren’t on the book. And do not offer any compensation for poor scheduling and inconveniences to customer. Need new managers.
