After being with Dr. Zeto for 30 years I had to leave his practice because of the affordable care act which I pay for myself and had to go with UPMC which at that time you had to choose one insurance or another high Mark was way too much money and now that they’ve change the rule and you can choose your doctor I find out with no exceptions they will not allow you to ever return to their practice once they leave. No exceptions
