I loved Dr. Beck when I did have her as a medical provider. She always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, something Im not good with when it comes to doctors, I usually get a lot of anxiety. I started seeing her when I was 10, and up until a few years ago to 32. I do admit it, I was been long overdue to have a checkup with her.. But when the pandemic stuff started and me working in healthcare myself, I chose not to make doctors visits unless absolutely necessary. When I called her office a few days ago to try to book an appointment, they told me it was too long since my last visit. They would have to get back to me to see if they could take me on as a new patient. Next day I was scrambling to call multiple doctors to see if anyone could take me in for a visit being in so much pain, to no avail. In the midst of all that, Dr. Becks office called me back to tell me they were sorry, they couldnt take me back as a patient. Who turns down a patient after 22 years?!? I could understand a brand new patient, but come on I was a long time patient! After much anxiety, tears, stress and pain, I did finally get an appointment set with a new healthcare provider and hope this one will be a little more compassionate and understanding. Thanks for dumping me when my health issues were at a high peak, and my anxiety at its worse, I really appreciate it!

Dr. Beck is a wonderful dr. She gets right down to business and keeps it real. Always does everything she can to help you and if she can’t she’ll find someone who can. It’s always a pleasure to see her, she’s so kind, friendly and intelligent. Would not trust anyone but her.

She was good... Until she wasnt. I was there for about 3 years. I was prescribed heavy medicine 3 years ago from Beck. Never aware of the effects it would take on me when it came time to come off of them. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance my blood pressure ( 30 yo f) was 160/90 out of no where for no reason. Upmc said I was having anxiety I followed up with Beck with my mother in the room and was placed on meds for a bleeding ulcer I never had. But before I left she said I am crazy I am fine, its anxiety i knew what anxiety is and that something was serious but having no choice but to trust my Dr. I went home for my heart to race and my blood pressure to sky rocket again. ( after being on the medicine for a bleeding ulcer I never had) I went back to upmc ER to hear your crazy again. I went to Beck in tears begging someone help me this is not normal something is wrong. FINALLY after 2 visits to her and 3 er visits she finally had my thyroid checked and I was diagnosed with Graves Disease. A serious hyperthyroidism condition that if left untreated I could have died. I found out im pregnant next. Scary, high risk pregnancy so its time to come off of the benzos i was prescribed 3 years ago. She takes me from 1 mg 3 times a day to to less than one mg a day over night. Ive been sicker than a dog anxiety sky rocketing that is too big of a drop too quickly for a person whos body is already going thru the things mine has been. She says I need to come off them after my obgyn said they would need to drop down gradually. Not what Beck did. I called said I dont feel well this is too much of a cut too fast. She said this is what It is and thats that. . I then had to tell her if this wasnt taken care of and something happened to me or my unborn baby would Sue her office over this Coming off of benzos too quickly as i did can lead to seizure stroke and other health complications especially having a serious medical condition as graves disease She then told me to find a new doctor with all these problems at this time for something she did wrong. I would not refer her to anyone. Any doctor that leaves you to leave their office after saying you are crazy and Treats u that way is disgraceful. I am happily scheduled for my first new patient appointment elsewhere and with my previous experience it has to better than my experience with Beck. I would not choose this provider if you have any medical conditions. Not to mention the staff was always terrible.

Dr. Beck is the only Doctor I have had that actually LISTENS to me!!! That is very important to me because Im not a go to the doctor kind of person. She comes in the room with her bright and bubbly personality, we get right down to business, she helps fix my problem, and Im on my way back to work feeling great about my day. I have recommended Dr. Beck to my friends in the past and will continue to recommend her to anyone seeking a Dr. who will truly make a difference.

Dr. Beck is AMAZING. She is always smiling and super friendly! She always keeps it real and I love that! Im in and out of the office quickly. BEST PCP IN ERIE! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!!

Love dr beck,Ive known her since my daughter was in the NICU 21 years ago,she is a great dr.and always so nice,my son is a patient of hers too,since he was born and we will never switch to anyone else.

I refer everyone to Dr. Beck! She is very easy to talk too and doesnt hesitate to tell you what your doing wrong and need to change. She makes going to the doctors pleasant. BEST DOCTOR IN ERIE ☆☆☆☆☆

I love Dr. Beck! I have been going to her since I was a child, and still do now. My daughter is now going to her, as will any future children I have. She is caring, compassionate, and just amazing. She listens to my concerns, and answers all of my many many questions.I always recommend her to anyone who asks!

Dr. Beck has always listened to my problems. Never have I been rushed out of her office. I am not waiting long to see her. She talks to me about my issues and we discuss them together of what may help me. Shes wonderful! Her office staff is also very nice, never had an issue (ive been seeing her for years now)

Ive been with Dr. Beck since she has been in practice. She listens to your needs and she cares your a person not a number. Shes the best.

Dr Pamela Beck is HORRIBLE!!! Do not use this physician!!!! I went to see her and was very sick, she spent literally 2 minuets in the room with me. Told me you are so Ill due to your condition, she threw her hands up and said there is nothing I can do for you and smirked like it was funny!!! She sent me to another doctor and after 6 calls to her office from the specialist they finally got my records. Her staff is incompetent and lazy! I would give them zero stars if I could! They are awful and rude!!!!

Been a patient of dr. Becks practically all my life. My son is a patient as well. I refuse to go to anyone else. She is THE best.

Assisted in the death of my son and went on with her life like everything is peachy keen while I suffer almost daily and definitely around the time of his birthday and death day which is 6 days before my birthday the worst time of the year now. I hate Pam and her dad!

I had Dr Beck since I was a little kid, and Im 28 now!! Shes professional and smiles A lot, because thats HER! My 9 year old died and she has been nothing but caring of my situation. Dr.Beck keeps up to date on me and is such a beautiful petite kind woman. If any patient complains about her, people who had/have her for years def understand ITS THEIR OWN COMPLAINING, WANTING TO BE EXTRA BABIED FAULT. Any thing I ever needed medically, DR BECK IS THERE ASAP!!!! Shes the fn BEST☺

She is a horrible doctor and I would never trust her with any of my family members again. She was unfamiliar with my moms condition yet didnt refer her to another professional who could help. She made it a longer process than necessary instead of doing anything to actually help her. She told my grandma, in front of my mother, that my mom would die before she would get better. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I honestly do not/would not recommend her to anyone ever.

Doctor Beck is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients concerns and is extremely thorough in diagnosing and treating patients. She is extremely thorough and goes above and beyond.

She treated me like a mental patient. Kept saying I was getting older...etc. Well she misdiagnosed me . I not only have a genetic blood disorder, but came across other issues through tests and blood work she could have treated me for. After 20yrs with this office...GOODBYE> I found a new DR who has uncovered years of my issues in one visit and several tests!!!!

Very dismissive of patient concerns and was over an hour later to our last appointment though always tries to hustle you out the door as quickly as possible. Our vet displays more compassion.
