I am a small business owner of two businesses in Erie, PA. I used Reigel recently for some repair work at one business, European Wax Center. And based on my experience with them there, I will be using them at my other, business, Massage Envy whenever we have an electrical issue there. Why? First, they actually returned my call and showed up to the repair appointment (sad, that this is so shocking), then WOW! The repair person, Todd, was fast and efficient, VERY knowledgeable, clearly explained the issues so we could make a decision on which way we wanted to go, was super considerate on being quiet for our guests and stopped and started when he needed to for that purpose so as to not disrupt our business AND left a completely clean workspace. I am beyond blown away! Thank you Reigel for keeping such wonderful quality standards and thank you Todd for an amazing job! I will refer your company for sure!

Called first thing in the morning with an electrical issue we found while remodeling our bathroom and they were at our house within an hour of calling. I had Reigel come out to give me an estimate on fixing a bathroom exhaust fan and finding a solution to the circuits in our garage gym popping all the time (we have both a treadmill as well as a HIIT machine, plus space heaters). Reigels team quickly diagnosed the issue with the fan and offered a solution for our garage electrical issues. The work was performed efficiently and professionally and I felt their cost was reasonable and competitive. The team was knowledgeable and quick and my electrical issues are fixed. I will only call Reigel moving forward for any work I need done!

Reigel Electrical was very helpful and went out of there way to come and wire a stove for me. I called and they sent someone out immediately to take a look at the job and give me a price, and then came back the next day to do the job.

The servicemen that came out were on time and finished the job quickly. They were respectful and knowledgeable.

I used Reigel Electrical on two occasions: the first occasion was an emergency job when power to my septic pump was cut. Bill Reigel was able to have an electrician, Dan Deutsch, stop by on his way back to the office to do the repair. I appreciated the timely nature of the response and the fact that I did not have water backing up from the septic tank.The second job Reigel did for me was to wire my new garage for power and lights. This included running the power (110 and 220) from the house and installing specialty outlets for EV charging and RV charging, as well as normal lighting and power outlets. They also installed a Ring Floodlight for me and helped get it set up so that I can view the feed on the phone. Dan Deutsch was again the lead electrician for the job.The crew always arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves. They were also thorough about making sure that power and lights were placed where I wanted them. I would highly recommend Reigel for electrical work.

Very professional. The workers had the installation of the new electrical outlets all around the kitchen done in no time. What a crew, cannot say enough of the expertise of the bathroom ceiling fan they installed. Will put them on our can do list for sure. No hassle, no questions unanswered. Just the way it should be. Empty promises. This company was a subcontractor for Schumacher homes. After a few months, electric problems, now, 3.5 years later, still constant electrical problems, buzzing in outlets, wrong wiring to the breaker box...hey Bill, you said you’d you’d send someone over 1.5 months ago to fix the problems....still waiting...crickets....

Hi folks. I needed an electrician today. Everything happens on the weekend. I called and called to see if I could get electrician on a Saturday without any success. Then I remembered awhile back I called a company in Erie PA called Riegel Electric. I left a message on the owners cell phone. Within 15 minutes he returned my call even tho he was at his childrens baseball tournament. After I explain my problem he had one of his tech come to my house within the hour. What a professional he was. Had me fixed up and I was back in business. So I would give them 10 stars and would recommend this company to any one looking for an electrical company. I recently used this company to wire up a new hot tub. While he was there I had him replace the electrical box that I was told needed replaced when I bought my house.
