I have spent my whole life hating going to the dentist, so Ive been consistently surprised at what a generally pleasant experience I always have here. Sure, it still comes with all the basic discomfort that dental appointments include, but they are MUCH better than other places I have gone. They are courteous and professional, explain things effectively, and do their work efficiently. Great job!

As always, the staff at Modern Dental is not only courteous and professional, but friendly and welcoming, even with the new weird Covid way of life. Dr. DeMarco is thorough and comforting, and Janelle is simply amazing...she is gentle as she works, she gives me pointers on how to clean my teeth properly, and where Im missing when I brush. Theres no other place I go for regular human maintenance that makes me feel as much like family as Modern Dental!

My family has been using the Modern Dental practice for a few years now, and Ive never had a negative experience with them. Top notch and caring dentist, hygienists and front office staff all work together to make a dentist visit something to actually look forward to. How often can you say that about a trip to the dentist? My wife used to go to a sleep dental practice just for cleaning, due to extreme sensitivity and anxiety. Modern Dental closely worked with her to get her to the stage of handling a full clean without putting her out. True professionals who honestly want the best patient experience possible.

Modern Dental Group has always been my dentist of choice. I have always had very sensitive teeth and a small mouth with tight teeth. They are always helpful with tips and recommendations on how to have my best smile. Most visits only take a half hour and they always make you feel as comfortable as possible. All staff are so friendly!

I asked that if there was a cancelation could they offer the slot to me for a covid delayed annual cleaning. Their first offer was a conflict with another appointment. We connected with a new date and time. Everything worked perfectly. The assistant that did the work was professional in every way. In fact she showed me three spots where I needed to do better flossing and showed me how to handle the odd angles involved. I have been with Modern Dental Group for over 15 years and will continue to do so.

Modern Dental is simply the best. Janelle was so patient and wonderful with my almost 3 year old. She let him explore her instruments and become comfortable in the new setting of a dental office. Dr. David James is just as phenomenal and was still able to do an exam on a squirmy child all while everyone kept him calm and comfortable! Can’t recommend this office enough! :)

This Dental group is first rate. The facility is comfortable, attractive and clean. The office staff, hygienist, and dentists are pleasant and excellent at their work, ALWAYS making sure I have my needs met and all my concerns addressed. No reason to avoid going to the dentist any longer!

COVID 19 prepared! While the dentist office jas always been focused on sanitation, these guys have optimized every step of the typical office visit to be as low contact as possible. I was extremely impressed with the level of care - not only the actual work but the way the business cares for its employees and patients.

I was in fear of the pain when I need a root canal and crown. Chris did these without the pain I had grown accustom to. The office staff, hygienists, and dentists are all very polite and professional. The office and exam rooms are very clean. Everyone was wearing a mask, face shield and other proper PPE. It is obvious they are working hard to follow all directives to keep the office safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wait times are short and the dental cleanings are efficient without cutting corners.

I have never in my life been more comfortable at the dentist. I usually have terrible anxiety and often cry because I get so nervous and scared. Alicia and Dr. Demarco were so awesome, I felt completely at ease from the moment I sat down. Dr. Demarco was very conscious of keeping my out of pocket costs down as well. Dr. Shawn Casella is fantastic. Other dentists said I needed surgery to remove a root. He took an xray, said I just needed a regular appt. Pulled it out in just a few minutes. Office staff and assistants are super nice too! I highly recommend them.

Dr. David DeMarco is amazing! Two of his sons, who are dentists, and his daughter, a hygienist, also work at his business. Ive had occasion to be seen by both sons. They are much like their father and very capable.Having had very bad experiences at other dentists, I am more fearful than most people.Dr. DeMarco explains procedures and options in great detail. There is no pain when he gives novocaine. He also checks in throughout the procedure to ask if Im ok. He is very patient and stops if I need a minute.He is a kind, honest, family man and a perfectionist in his work.He is very receptive listening to my fears. There were occasions where he needed to refer me to other specialists. When I started to discuss my specific fears with these new practitioners, they informed me that Dr. DeMarco already advised them when he sent my referral.He has always gone above and beyond to care for me as a patient. I highly recommend him!

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Casella and have always been pleased with the care Im given. Today I called to make appointments for my fiancée, our son and myself. I spoke with Kayla who was more than helpful. She sat on the phone with me for over 20 minutes trying to find appointments that would fit my fiancées crazy work schedule and ensure it was in a timely manner. After we finished scheduling my fiancée and son, I had to get off the phone because I had to return to work after my lunch. Before I hung up she asked me what times work best for me and she would find a date/time that would work well with my schedule. She was absolutely pleasant on the phone. As someone who works in a physicians office, I can understand how frustrating it can be to try and schedule an appointment for someone with limited ability but she was more than kind throughout the whole conversation.
