Anne Marie is AMAZING! I have been coming here for over 2 years to get my brows done just because of her. She is the sweetest person and is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is the reason I keep coming back.

It says online the product is in stock at this store. However its not only not there but no one has heard of the brand. Now the sales people are very nice but the online and actual stock do not match! I can understand stock changing but no one ever heard of the brand Frederick Benjamin. So Frederick Benjamin needs to look at its partnership with Ulta Beauty.

Great selection of beauty products. However, I wasnt greeted by anyone upon arrival, nor was I asked if I needed assistance by anyone on the sales floor. Had I received assistance, they may have made another sale for the day.

Went in and had a horrible experience getting my hair done at ulta. Stylist was very inexperienced and gave me a botched haircut. She cut one side of my head clearly way shorter than the other side of my head. She didnt even notice until I said why is the one side longer? She then had no other choice but to cut the other side short to match my other side but still couldnt get that right. Another stylist had to babysit her as she had to keep redirecting her how to fix my hair to the point the other stylist took over. Both offered no apologies. Both were in a hurry trying to race the clock because they were closing soon even though I had an appointment. I was only offered 20% off my cut even though I ended up with 4 inches instead of 2 cut off and a botched bang job. I filed a complaint with corporate to get a full refund. Oh and did I mention I was on crutches during this whole ordeal. I highly recommend not getting your hair done there. Manager also laughed and did not take the incident seriously. Ive had better haircuts at famous hair 💁

Love this store! It has some beauty items that I really do not fi d other places in erie. I went there today sure my gift cards. The ladies there were very helpful, showed me exactly where the items I wanted were, have me some tips, and the cashier gave me more info on rewards program,which was quite nice

This store is a mess by comparison! Most (not all) staff is rude and unhelpful. They refused to open a pallette for viewing purposes only prior to purchase. No one offered any help whatsoever the entire time we were there!!! In their defense, they were obviously just following the lead of their store manager Jackie. She insulted me about my shopping habits and tried to make me pay for my own birthday gift, all while having a girls day with my stepdaughter. Luckily, SEPHORA saved the day! They also mentioned that I was the 3rd customer that DAY to complain about ULTA. Yall need to step it up!!!

Sick of the limited hours. Think maybe the world could go back to normal yet. 8pm really? Still light out and I can’t even run to the store. So dumb.

I called to make sure the product I needed was in stock. They said yes. Went down to ulta, asked a cashier where the product was, I was walked right to the product, chose what I needed, and left the building in less than 5 minutes. Super impressed! Thank you ulta!

Store arrangement is packed and confusing, so its hard to find what you are looking for without employee help. Not a great selection of nontoxic nail polish, but at least they had a few colors to choose from in my preferred brand.

The only person who is ever helpful is the Clinique lady. The rest are rude, have nothing to offer, you ask a question and it’s “oh whatever you like”...they used to at least greet you when you walked in. Today there were 4 employees leaning over the eyebrows counter laughing and talking. They stayed there the whole 15 min I was in the store. No assistance at all. I asked about a product line that was empty...”oh idk” and walked away....didn’t even give me a chance to ask another question. My girls and I who spend too much here every few months and like to support local businesses will go elsewhere...no thanks to the rude hags who work here. I’ll be sure to tell my friends too!

They have their own coupon that can be used on certain items. All the employees offer help every time they walk by. Even the customers are fun to talk to. The items are from high end products to low end products. Wonderful store. Check out the Salon! Also the clearance section.

Today was the first time I had ever gone to an Ulta for salon services. I cannot put into words how pleased I am! My stylist Miranda was so patient and listened carefully to my confused ramblings about my problems and issues with my hair. She took her time and we came up with a cut and style that is amazing. I will definitely be returning here to book with her for future appointments.

As a guy, Im obviously it off place here. Not really a store for browsing, very small mens section and no shaving products. Seemed like a skeleton crew since it took 10 min looking for what I needed before I found someone to point me in the direction. May go back if I know what I need, call ahead to locate and confirm they have it. Apart from that, not the store I need

Meghan at the benefit brow bar is absolutely fantastic. Not only do you get great eye brows, but shes a total delight. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The store is pretty ok, though they can easily run out of stock on a lot of popular items and colors.

I just got my hair cut by Miranda and she was so friendly and sweet. So much so I wanted to book her again! I never had a solid place where I would want to get my haircut and I think I definitely found it. I’m extremely happy I came and i’m so happy with the results!

A bit expensive but great products

Staff here was very helpful to help me find my right foundation color and also concealer. The staff seems very well-versed on each of their products which is a plus if you are debating and trying to figure out which one will be the best for your skin type. The only downfall for me is I have a sensitivity to fragrances so that kind of hits you when you walk in the door and my eyes get all teared up from it. I would definitely stop by here again.

Have every beauty brand under the sun. Good prices and very helpful and friendly staff. Love love love Ulta beauty stores. If the dont have what you need I would be amazed!!

I recently shopped at the Erie, PA Ulta store. When I went to the checkout to pay for my purchase, the very rude and condescending employee did not smile, make eye contact, or greet me. Her first words were to ask if I had a Rewards card, then ask for my phone number, then my email address, then do I know someone who has an account with Ulta. She was clearly more interested in gaining my personal information that insuring that I was satisfied with my purchase. I persisted that I was not interested in applying for a Rewards card, and she continued pressing with her arrogant attitude. Because of that experience, I will never set foot in that store again.

Good selection. Good location. Staff was so so. Didnt really seem like they wanted to be there. Good prices. Have value and expensive products.

This was my very first time at any Ulta, all I have to say that the manager and cashier that helped me out was awesome! Really went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. I grabbed a perfume because the price sticker was very affordable and I was actually very surprised it was so cheap, so when I went up to the register I ask if the sticker price was the actually price and it wasnt, was about 3 times higher than the sticker price on the perfume box. The manager came over and matched the price to what exactly said on the box. I was so surprised because I didnt even ask for them to do this. Best first time impression!

Stopped in yesterday on a spur of the moment and asked if I could get a haircut. I had the best service from Todd who not only gave me a great cut, but was very personable and engaging. I left in a spectacular mood feeling great. I highly recommend him.

If you need makeup, hair products, perfume or nail polish among a 1,000 other beauty things or need advice/help with finding, learning or using products this is the place. But beware time will pass and money will disappear if your not careful! Happens to me all the time! Lol..

Great selection of items. Terrible customer service. Every single time I come in to get matched to a color for foundation, or need any assistance there is never anyone who offers assistance. When I ask someone for assistance they act too busy and say they will come right back, they never come back.

This ULTA is the best in all the land. My hair is very sensitive to bleach and the salon manager Holly got my hair to the platinum I was looking for without damaging my hair. All the staff is super helpful and all over this place rules.

This review is specifically for Jerry who is a master stylist in the salon. I had to take time out of my day to give this man some love. He is so great at what he does. I started coming to him after someone from an in and out salon butchered my hair. I thought it couldn’t be fixed but Jerry worked his magic and made a mess into beauty. This was also on my birthday so he saved the whole day for me. Since then I’ve been coming to him consistently and will continue to as long as he is cutting hair! I also want to add that I have social anxiety so I’ve never really been consistent with getting my hair cut because I never really felt comfortable with the forced conversation most stylists tend to do. Jerry on the other hand is able to read his clients well and can mirror their energy making the experience much more enjoyable.

Dont waste your time going into this store. There is no customer service what so ever even though the store itself is empty. I tried to ask a sales associate if the foundation color I was looking at was good for my skin tone. Her response was she didnt know and I couldnt return it if I didnt like it. The Ulta Corporation and this location needs to realize that these products can and will be purchased anywhere or on line. Sephora in JCPenney has way better customer service and stock.

Great store and lots to choose from. The girls were friendly but a few of them that were applying makeup looked like they kind of needed somebody else to do theirs. Some of their makeup was so thick and it was just so overdone that it was a turn-off from the products they were trying to sell.

A helpful saleswomen matched my skin to a foundation. I was more than pleased!

Got my eyebrows waxed for the first time ever! They look great, the woman made sure it didnt hurt (Maryann). It was a bit expensive, but totally worth it! If you go, ask for Maryann! Shes amazing!

Don’t get your blonde done here. I came here 2 times they charged me $200 made my hair look dull & darker & set me up for 6 more $200 appointments to put highlights in my already blonde hair. Then did the same exact thing to 2 of my family members. I never thought I would get ripped off by a hair salon. The store is great though friendly staff.

Dont waste your time, because thats what youll do. Walk in looking for something and no one will help despite it being empty. One employee walked around with an attitude. Didnt say hello or offer to help at all. She made eye contact several times, but I guess working is hard. I did ask the woman behind the counter and she was able to offer a different store. Thanks ladies, Ill try anywhere else before walking back into this store.

Will never shop in this store again. Horrible policies on used products they sell on the sales floor. I found a bottle of Aquage Fortifying Gel which i have been looking for for months. My salon stopped carrying it. When i looked at the bottle I found it had been used and there was product missing from container. I asked to talk to a manager about the price to see if I could have a discount. I was told no and the manager didnt even want to speak with me. So I waited till she came to the counter. Her response was, we never give a discount. Ok so you will sell used product to consumers at full price??? Being in retail management myself for so long this is not acceptable.

First time going to Ulta this past week, and i asked excuse me, do you still have the $9.99 eyeshadow kit she looks at me with her caked face and laugh loudly pointing at another staff saying, Im off the clock ask her .... The problem is if youre off the clock WHY ARE YOU STILL CLEARLY WORKING ON THE FLOOR????????? She was not standing around she was working like shes on the clock. She was ignorant and unprofessional. I tell her all i needed was a yes or no and i could find it myself her co worker says no we dont have anymore ..i work 3 jobs and 1 is retail so i notice a lazy, ignorant, lien employee from one glance and or one sentence out their mouth. I walk away and LOOK myself.... An Oh look i found what i was looking for. Their lazy asses didnt check inventory or help me look.. I wont be back at that clown azz place.

NEVER go here for a facial. Love ulta. But got tricked today. Was scheduled with the dermatologist to look at my skin under the light. INSTEAD she told me its hormonal that Im breaking out and offered me a facial IN WHICH I already had an Appointment for to begin with. I had scheduled a $10 for 10min facial**** I am a cosmetology grad and this was the worst facial I have ever had. Afterwards she hands me a bill for $68!!!!!!! THATS NOT WHAT I SCHEDULED!!!!! Then gave me a smart remark. Ive spent thousands of dollars with ulta and they wouldnt have an understanding from where I was coming from on this. So I just paid it and left. Terrible service.

I typically have great experiences with the Erie store. However, I asked a stylist who had been trimming my hair and doing conditioning treatments if she could do a balayage and she said yes. I brought in a picture to give her and idea of what I was looking to achieve. I was keeping my natural brunette hair color, with subtle highlights, and the ends were to be a bit brighter. Before she started, I requested that most importantly she keeps it looking natural. After the foils were out, I ended up with a definitive line where the bleach started mid-face and the rest was brassy blonde. No dimension, no gradual fade. I asked her to take some brown and please fix it to blend the line and give me dimension. After about a week, the brown faded from it and it was back to where it was. I called to ask for a refund to go somewhere else and was told another stylist could fix it for me. I asked her to just blend it up I to my roots since it looked as though I bleached it myself at home 4 months ago and then let it go. I noticed at home in other light how choppy and fake it still looked and not at all blended. I was told again they would fix it, however, at this point, Im just trying to keep the health of my hair and save up another few hundred dollars to have it done elsewhere. It looks so brassy and cheap and my healthy waist length hair is destroyed. I asked for a subtle balayage and walked away with damaged, bleach blonde hair with dark roots. My confidence is taking a huge hit from it and I dont even want to go outside.
