Sarah Lauer is a fabulous hair stylist and always delivers every single appointments. I always leave the salon absolutely in love with my hair. She listens and sets reasonable expectations for my hair. Also she’s a sweetheart. If you’re looking for a salon in the Erie area, this is the one.

Dont bother trying to book anything in advance. I went in two months ago (three months before my wedding ) for my haircut and to get a sense of the place. The owner, Kathy, booked my wedding for me. She had the computer screen facing me so I could see it. There was not a single thing already booked for that day, and she seemed pleased to get new clients. She said we could bring snacks, and we would be the last people of the day. I saw her type it all in. Then I got a tip from one of the ex-stylists that I wasnt actually booked. When I went in, the owner, Kathy, said she couldnt find anyone to stay until 1:00 (the salons closing time) to finish the appointments, so she rescheduled all of my time booked. Apparently, I have been on her list of people to call, but she hasnt found the time. My wedding is in one month, and all she could say was, Im sorry. You should find some place else for your wedding party. This says a lot about the general professionalism of the entire establishment. Absolutely horrid in my opinion.

Love this salon. Cynthia Hultberg, in my estimation, is the best colorist in the Erie area and I have had my hair colored since I was 20 years old! As I sit and watch all the other clients being attended to, it is pretty obvious that the staffs attention to customer service is their #1 priority. PS: Trish makes the best coffee in town! Give them a try, you will never be sorry!

I have been to many salons in erie for a variety of different color jobs and honestly none compare to what i have experienced at lourdier. the colorist i usually go to is cindy shes litterally the best one out there. i love crazy color and i change my hair quiet often she has taken me from bright red to platinum blonde to and icey gray and a powder blue and right now its rose gold. she doesnt give up on the vision of the color and if she thinks its going to look bad shell work with you to find common ground. i never ever had a bad experience at the salon and the stylist are always friendly and ready to do a good job. its honestly the only place i truly trust to give to do my hair i have never been disappointed there and im sure you wont be either!
