Dr. Hawks at CCC is incredible!! She is the most compassionate, non-judgmental and THOROUGH medical professional I have ever met with. She takes the time and care to understand your entire situation to give you the best treatment/care possible! She listens, is kind and is extremely knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend scheduling a visit with Dr. Hawks! She is AMAZING!!!

This place is great, they are always friendly and helpful if you need it. Any questions are answered without any judgment or attitude. I will always go here. I also love the fact that they contact you when it’s time to renew your Mmj card. I usually tend to forget. They explain everything so if you leave feeling confused it’s because you weren’t paying attention or asking questions. Definitely go here.

Excellent experience! I would recommend Compassionate Certification Centers to anyone seeking alternative treatments. The entire staff was very professional, and COMPASSIONATE! From the minute I walked in I felt very welcome and was greeted by all in a very friendly matter. They all took the time to explain the process and made sure all of my questions were answered, from the guy registering me and the nurse and the Dr. I am recommending them to all of my friends, family, and co-workers who could definitely benefit from their services.

Helpful staff. My appointment was quick and informative. They have a lot of materials to hand out and can explain the process well. Things went really smooth and their communication before the appointment was very helpful. I knew what to bring and what to expect.

Great staff and friendly environment. The check in clerk has the same illness that I do, so it was really nice finally being able to relate to someone about what Im feeling. Justin did fantastic. The process took about an hour an a half, and it probably could have went quicker, but no issues at all. If you need a med card in the Erie area, talk to compassionate Care. Youll get taken care of.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Made renewal process super easy! They may charge a little more than some places but good luck getting ahold of anyone at other doctors offices. Thats one thing you wont have to deal with at CCC! Got called back within 20 min of leaving message. Other places still have not returned my calls so THANK YOU CCC!

I was nervous about applying for a medical Marijuana card but Dr. Buege was very understanding and very knowledgeable! He knows people take to many prescription medications and realizes the benefits medicinal marijuana can have on patients. The process was easy and the staff was very professional and calming. I’ve been taking CBD from CCC for 4 months now. This CBD product is top notch and very affordable! I’ve noticed a big differece from the CBD I bought online - not the same at all. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable!! Office is welcoming with a cool vibe!
