I work weekends and this campground is a wonderful way to unwind and relax. The staff and other campers are very helpful and courteous. There is fishing, hiking ,pool and a playground for kids. Food and stores within walking distance. The only thing I dont like is having to leave.

Horrible place. Bathrooms are dirty, sites ate to close together. The people actually tried to steal my dog and.. the people who work there are rude and do what they want.. they over charge and steal from people theres no refunds.. worst place I ever camped and they even told my kids bathroom by pool was closed cause covid and to pee in the pool. Absolutely disgusting. Will never suggest this to anyone .. choose a better campground if you can. They also love cheat and steal and I have many reasons to take them.to court . Someone needs to stand up to these peoppe. Not gonna allow a business to steal from me .

Paid for a tent site with w/e (got to the site no water ) ugh and it starts. So its now 8:50 pm. Still no wood. So we called a phone number to see were our wood was. The lady that answered was rude told me to go to site 1. So I did.. he was drunk.. asked me why I didnt pay him and he knew nothing about my wood. But after I told him I paid the office. He did delivery the wood... Its now Saturday.. we went to use the pool. Which was nice. But theres no bathrooms. For weekenders to use by the pool area. Thats for seasonals only.. like. Really. !!!! Down by the tent sites is a small bathroom for tenters. Theres no toilet paper no paper. Towels. It was dirty... Security/ worker actually parties with the other tenters next to us. ... We do not recommend this campground.. its not like it used to be ..... 0-1 star rating.

In my initial phone call to the campground, I reserved a site for 1 month and paid in full:$700 monthly site fee$35 gate card deposit$200 deposit8 days prior to what would have been my check in date, I canceled the reservation. After several discussions back & forth, Rox-Anne would only refund 50% of the $200 and $35 (this is consistent with the campgrounds written policy and this is fair) but only 50% of the $700 monthly site fee (this does not apply to the campgrounds written deposit policy).I was never onsite, the full $700 should have been refunded. Rox-Annes response to the fact that the $700 was paid upfront, money she wouldnt typically have access to until check in was well you did (pay the money already) so we are keeping 1/2Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a minimum cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation fee.Refund =$700 monthly site fee$35 gate card deposit$100 (1/2 of the $200 deposit)

Great place to camp. They put us on a hill site that was secluded and very spacious. Was able to fit a 12 sleeper and 6 sleeper tent as well as 2 canopies and even room for a hammock. I recommend bringing your own privacy tent and toilet as there is only one bathroom on site. Electric and water on sight and i was given a $25 wood voucher upon checking in! Never used it as it wasnt needed but it was a nice touch. Pond is not for swimming and fish is scarce due to the amount of turtles but there is a small pool.(FYI Bathroom is far from the pool). Playground is shut down because of Covid of course. They are very diligent about following health protocol. The campground could use a little TLC and maybe a extra bath and shower house, but definitely recommend

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of care and effort put in by April in the kitchen and Ernie on the grounds. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was outstanding. Lots of changes have taken place and it is definitely a safe comfortable and fun place to visit !

Circle 9 was a very lovely & peaceful place to vacation for a week. Theres an immaculate pool that I believe is 8 feet deep on the far end. Other campers were friendly and for the most part quiet. The site we (boyfriend, 2 dogs, and myself) stayed at was VERY clean upon arrival. Theres ice and wood available for purchase through the office (Ernie delivers wood to your site). You can also order from the kitchen when you dont feel like cooking or going out, and let me tell you, that pizza was to die for!The bathrooms do need a little work; while cleaned in the morning other campers arent always so courteous to keep it that way. You can tell the staff does their best though to remedy any complaints and at least theres running water and always TP!We look forward to coming back next summer, to enjoy the good people and fun times at Circle 9.

The sites were too close together. The map makes the site look way bigger than they actually are.The owner/lady who checked people in was rude. Whenever you asked her a question she would argue with you. We asked for wood at 9am and it didnt come in until after 3. The electric was broken on the site it took a day to get fixed. They over charged us and did end up fixing it but not without an arguement. I do not recomend coming here.

Made reservations in Nov 2019 for NASCAR weekend in July,2020. Upon notification by New Hampshire Motor Speedway that the race date was moved, we decided we would head up to this campground for the weekend anyway. I contact Circle 9 Ranach to be sure they were open. Tthey confirmed they were open. I then asked about COVID19 concerns and was told social distancing would be required and we would have to sign an affidavit that we had quarantined for 14 days prior to arrival. I said that would not be possible due to my wife working in a hospital that could very well mean she is treating infected patients, within that 14 day time period. I said we would need to cancel Because of the affidavit and to refund our deposit to our credit account. They replied asking us to reserve for 2021 to avoid losing our deposit. This is unacceptable as it is Circle 9 Ranch that changed the conditions of our reservation, requiring an affidavit and social distancing. I was supposed to get a final decision today which hasn’t happened. Hopefully they will reconsider not returning our deposit. At that time I will revise or delete this review.

Nice camp ground!! we stayed for motorcycle week. 40 min from Laconia . The staff was super friendly and helpful, the campground was well maintained and had water and electricity hookups. When it rained we went to the common area to keep dry it’s filled with tables chairs books and a place to do laundry with WiFi. Only complaint I have is, I wish the showers and toilets were maintained a little better and the price of firewood is super expensive. Other than that can’t go wrong with this place can’t wait to come back next year!

Campground is old and doesnt appear to be maintained. The (tent) campsites are tiny and not well marked so its hard to figure out your boundaries. The roads along the campsite are also non-existent. We went when it rained and luckily our campsite was high enough not to be rained out, but the sites adjacent to ours were flooded with water. The check in process is confusing and I was consistently put on hold for over 5 minutes each time I called. The staff is very nice, but if youre looking at a different nearby campsite Id recommend going elsewhere.

We were excited to get an early start on camping this year. We have stayed at Circle 9 before and thought it was a great place to start off the year. Unfortunately, it is no longer a campground but instead is now a trailer park. We were the only actual campers there and everyone else was a permanent resident with loud vehicles. We were even given the worst the site in the whole place. They stuck us on the corner. So, traffic was constantly going by us. On the website, the bathrooms are supposed to be open year round but there were dead bolts on them. We were very disappointed by what has become of the nice family campground. I hope in the future, they will be able to improve things.

Place appeared to be in its prime a decade or so ago. We camped for the weekend from out of state, RV hookup. Gated campground is a plus. However it lacked in other details. Sites are rather small and on top of one another, some even share a little lawn area is they happen to be facing opposite directions. Noted that slideouts are basically touching your neighbors so you better hope theyre friendly and not loud.the lane to drive it was small and made it hard to turn your camper in to park. Hookups were fine we were told to bring an extra long hose prior to arrival, thanks! Owners were friendly. Never went over any rules or gave us any information. But did received it online prior to arrival. No one mentioned where to dump trash, or even where the dump station was if we needed it (which we didnt). They did guide us to our campsite and offered wood for sale. Wifi did not work and we were only 2 rows back behind the office (rows being one camper deep). I also wasnt aware of wifi until I asked the owner a question due to lack of cell service (verizon) which they then mentioned the wifi to me, no luck though..Bathrooms were very small in the hall. While clean, there was only 2 small bathroom stalls, your knees basically hit the door in front of you while sitting, so so tight, claustrophobic even. Definitely not for larger, obese folks. The shower was no better, a non working sink in there and no where to place your clothes if you use it. Best thing was they were free showers. Cant imagine if this place was busy bathrooms would have a wait. Bathrooms are also not ADA compliant so dont even think about using if your handicapped. Their is a second bathroom near the back end, it appeared closed so we didnt look at it. But Im assuming 4 bathroom stalls and 2 showers on the whole premises.Appears to be several year round campers, burr... they had lots of things outside and trash. Several loud barking dogs while owners were away which you can hear clear as day.Pluses were the area was easy to access from route 4 and 28. About 20min from Concord and Id say maybe 40 tops to Loudon. Price was fair but just not a fan of being packed into a campground so tightly. They do have Saturday night entertainment, we heard of a dance going on free to campers. We went out instead and noticed when we came back at 11 the place was already shut down and quiet so hard to tell if they had a good outcome. Lots of large TVs scattered through the dance hall but we never saw what else it had.Pool was closed for the season, but they also have a small kids play area with slides and rock climbing wall. A small pond with 2 bridges and lots of scattered camp sites in the back for tenting.Overall for us it was just a place to park the camper and have hookups but some other amenities/overall appearance could use improvements. Weve camped at several places this season throughout multiple states across the US just to give you an idea on how I compared to other places we stayed.

We just left there after a six month winter stay and it wasnt a moment too soon! We were without water for over 1/4 of our stay and only the maintenance man seemed to care enough to give us his hose giving us enough length to share with our neighbor. Management did not care, constantly lied, and overcharged us for electricity. The facilities are subpar, the shower was never cleaned our entire stay and seemingly padlocked at random. This is a racket, do not stay here, these people are thieves and liars.

I had written a review that I had posted several weeks ago about how horrible it has been for us staying at the Circle 9 Ranch. We are currently still staying there, and after making a statement of how unhappy we were with everything that had been going on the owner finally worked things out with us, and seems to be trying to make an effort to fix things. I am hopeful that this will continue, time will tell. I can say they are finally putting time into fixing road ways, and there atmosphere there at the Circle 9 Ranch. Still only given it 3 stars because still has a lot to work on. Customer Service is a number one concern for me, customers are what keeps your business running, and since in all my experience of customer service, you treat your loyal paying customers well, and they were slacking in that department until now. Seems to be making a better effort at that as well. I do want to say that at Circle 9 Ranch the workings there do a very good job at what they do, and I have had nothing, but good things to say about them. I am thankful that it finally worked out, and that it will continue to get better in the future and I will be able to have a 5 star review, but until then....

This peaceful and pretty campground has new owners as of 6 weeks ago, and they are working hard to bring the place back to its former glory. Apparently it was THE place to be 40 years ago! I chose it from several on the Internet and was pleased with what I found. The owner heard we had a new camper we werent that familiar with, and came to help us set up the sewer, water, and electric. He checked in on us several times. All the staff were very sweet. The pool has been refurbished and looks great. The pond and its bridges are charming, and my 11-year-old loved the tire climbing wall at the playground. The sites were good-sized and there were sections with different feels: wooded, open and grassy, a beautiful tenting area, etc. The owner told us hes working on setting up a good game room; we suggested pingpong and foosball tables rather than video games. Huge bonus: On Saturday nights, they host bands or a DJ and line dancers and two-steppers come from miles around! Lessons are offered, as well. For $5 a person we had a great night with a very good country band and a friendly and fun crowd. We will come back -- and next time were taking the line-dancing lessons! Great job turning the place around!

I have been a resident living in front of the campground for 26 years. The year has been been very unsettling with the clientele frequenting the campground. Guns being fired at 4:30 am, young people walking up and down our street all hours of the night, leaving trash and alcohol containers all over neighbors lawns. Not to mention someone registered with the state for child felonious charges LIVING IN A CAMPGROUND!!! The police made him go through the parking lot onto Rte 28 and not go to the end of the road!!! So he goes onto Rte 28 and stands across the road and watches the kids in the yard!!!
