Just as I have read in other reviews, the care that my husband received at this location was great. Kudos to all the kind and friendly folks there. However, their billing/ insurance department is terrible. The lack of care that they have is truly amazing. Apparently, they are unaware of the difference between a preventative screening vs a diagnostic screening. When you call them, they simply say that they will put a note on it to have their supervisor check in with their insurance department. I have had to call them every month since February. It is now July. I dont like writing negative reviews but to say this has been incredibly frustrating, is an understatement.

Ditto on the horrible billing department. After a month waiting for a statement, several calls, and 2 to 3 hours on hold waiting to speak to someone, my medical FSA Visa card is on hold because I have been unable to document the several hundred dollars I was required to pay over the phone prior to the procedure without being sent an explanatory receipt. And then being told you have to wait up to 72 hours for acall back from a supervisor. Understand what that means. I am now unable to use my available FSA funds to pay for any other covered expense, be it medicine, whatever, where ever, because of this organizations terrible billing. Uncaring and inexcusable. You can do better than this company.

The service at the center is wonderful, however this review is due to their terrible billing service. I have questions about my bill and have called the billing center 4 times. I have not been able to get simple answers to my questions about the bill. Do not use the call back feature because they will not call back. I tried to find out the cost upfront but no one could give me accurate answers. You will get three bills - when I asked about costs up front, they only told me about the bill for the doctor. The big bills are for the center and the anesthesiologist.
