I don’t understand the negative reviews. I was greeted by someone as soon as I walked in. When it was my turn I showed Vicki my broken CPAP mask and she found the part I needed (saved me a bundle over a full mask price). Everyone was so friendly and helpful, don’t go by the bad reviews!
Great supplies for taking care of my Grandma. Would be better if the customer service moved faster than she does on a bad day. Sorry EME Medical Supply but you definitely need to get things in gear.
Terrible hours, slow service. Christine did a great job showing me how to use my apnea machine. The employees are generally friendly, but it takes twice as long as necessary to get anything accomplished.
Horrible to deal with to get anything done in a timely matter. They throw extra unneeded steps in that Apria doesnt even do.
Slow and unorganized. Been there 2x called 5x , emailed 3x and they still won’t send supplies. Horrible service. No one knows what they are doing. I took my CPAP. Machine in with old supplies and they still had no idea what to give me.
Ive been working with them they started over charging me for a tens unit rental so I tried getting them to get it i dont drive cant get there etc. im still waititng. will never work with them again
Poor customer service...only care about getting their money for supplies. They do not take accountability when it is their error..Not a good place for reoccurring needs...such as CPAP supplies. You all get something that is new but looks like it was ran through in a roller derby.
Very cumbersome phone menus very hard to reach someone.
