I have never had more difficulty working with a company. They delayed me returning to work even when MY doctor cleared me. The least helpful group of people Ive encountered.

Today I arrived. Everything went smoothly. Then I had to lift thr weights for the weight restriction for the job. The crate slipped and the lady automatically failed me. I asked for a retry and she threw attitude. Allowed me to retry but said she was still going to fail me anyways. Claimed that I dragged it on my leg. No I cut it on the lawn mower today. She gave more attitude, called for back up and the man passed me right away and made her redo thr paper. Her attitude is uncalled for and unprofessional. I was upset that she accused of dragging it up my legs and failed me right away without even giving me a real chance to fix my mistake after it was slipping from my hands.

I’ve been here multiple times over the past few months for both of my jobs, and I must say that the staff were lovely! The two gals who took care of checking me in/doing bloodwork (Jen and Mackenzie, I believe), were AMAZING! I’m a nurse and I can tell you that Mackenzie does an amazing job with blood draws and PPD insertion! I felt nothing! Jen (I do hope that’s her name... she’s the girl who greets you when you walk in; dark hair and glasses), was always very pleasant with me. Both girls have a great sense of humor! The PA-C I saw was amazing as well. I forget her name, but she’s blonde and very friendly!Lots of negative reviews here, but all of my experiences were great (two physicals, two blood draws, one PPD). I hope these ladies get the recognition they deserve :)

Doctor didnt know what medications are for, force people with dr notes regarding facemask to wear anyway or deny service threatening to call police and when bp high due to anxiety deny medical card. Also refuse to allow to talk to director about unprofessional behavior of staff. No names given but after independently talking to district attorney and police its agreed this is reckless disregard for human life and my attempted murder by those at this facility as the anxiety caused my blood pressure to raise to a dangerous heart attack level in spite of repeated expressions regarding my blood pressure and anxiety.

On our second trip into their office for a simple urine test (apparently the lab had trouble with the first) we had a very unpleasant experience with the woman behind the check-in-counter named Jennifer OBrian. Not only did she discuss my daughters patient details loudly, with no regard for confidentiality, but she came out from behind the plexi-glass counter to do so in the middle of the room instead of allowing me to come to the counter where it could have been more private. She was unprofessional, rude, and antagonistic. If we could have left and gone elsewhere, I certainly would have. The only reason I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 star is because of the other woman behind the counter who was compassionate, accommodating, and very helpful. I wish I would have gotten her name as well! If theres an alternate place for you to go, I would highly recommend doing that.

I had a pleasant experience the entire way through! The staff and Dr were all extremely friendly and polite and I only waited 15 minutes till I was called back. My appointment was for a pre employment drug screen and physical. I would not mind coming back to this facility!

I was skeptical about the place at first based on reviews, but my first personal experience was amazing. I needed a physical/drug screen and I was told to come 30 minutes before my appointment for paperwork and was seen promptly. As a result, I was finished shortly after my scheduled appointment time. The staff was knowledable and courteous.

So when I first showed up at they seemed kind of snobby, but maybe it was just one of those days. Because as soon as i went back for my physical and drug test the woman was very polite and nice. I gave it 3 starts just for the fact that there is a little bit of a long wait with some things and some people were a little rude. But overall not a completely horrible place

Find someplace else to go. They are very rude, unprofessional and clearly disorganized. I waited for over an hour to take a drug test for a potential employer. Why it takes 60+ minutes to hand me a cup to pee in, I’ll never understand. When my name was finally called, they had the wrong paperwork. Since I didn’t have time to wait while they sorted out that mess, I asked for my drivers license back so I could go elsewhere. The man raised his voice and said, “I don’t know! Check the front desk!” The woman at the front desk actually THREW it at me. Like I said, incredibly unprofessional.

When I showed up the girl that handed me my paperwork was not very pleasant. I was there for two hours for a drug screen and physical. I was not impressed..

This place is legitimately the worst drug screening facility. Horrifically unorganized, and terribly dysfunctional. If you enjoy waiting for 2 hours to pee in a cup this place is for you. If possible, try to avoid this location.

I was here due to a work injury. I told the doctor I was in servere pain, he would not listen. I had to go to the hospital 2 times due to pain and bring in someone I live with so the doctor would finally give me strong pain medication and listen to me. Due to the fact that I have anxiety and have to take medication because of that they assumed the worst. Do not go there.
