Waited 2 months for appt. with nurse practioner John Modene. Drove nearly 1 hour. Arrived 15 min. before appt. Was told that Mr.Modene was not coming to the office today. They never called to cancel my appt.and i was told that I could reschedule in 2 more months on Christmas Eve. REALLY... I never experienced such incompenance in all my 60+ years on this earth.

I am so disgusted with this practice. I was seen at their office and need a test that only LGH has the machine to do this test. They scheduled my appointment and six hours later called to tell me the machine is still unavailable so I will need to reschedule. It is now almost three weeks and they do not have the decency to call or return my left messages to find out what is going on. The surgeon that requested this test is also not getting any answers from them. I wonder how they would feel if their family member got this treatment. Poor service for a medical profession. I had to give them one star which I did not want to do but it was the only way I could post this.

Im having serious stomach issues. Saw the doctor last week. Tests this week, but Ive been getting worse. Called at 11:30 am. Was told to sit tight and wait for a call right back. Called there again. They were closed. Im disgusted and want to find a new doctor!!! Also called the on-call number. The guy I spoke with was so rude, i hung up!!!

I love Dr. Yoo and her staff here at Regional GI!! I would recommend them to everybody who requires the services of a GI doc!!

The doctors are wonderful they actually care about you and your health. They dont look at you as just another paycheck. The only negative thing I could say is the call back time is a little long but understandable due do them seeing other patients. If I ever needed an answer quick they are on the ball. Wonderful staff.
