I have been trying to get appointment with Mallozzi for about 2 weeks, since she only works 2 days/week in the Ephrata office. I would leave a message one day and days later, a returned voice mail stating that I could have the 10am appointment in 2 days. I returned call to confirm I would take the appointment. Day of the appt. I show up on time, only to be told that it was filled. Dr. Mallozzi claimed she called me multiple times (not true... I have caller ID). I asked Dr. Mallozzi what phone number she used and I could show her my cell phone that I didnt have a voice mail from her cancelling the appointment. Never have I had this much trouble getting an appointment! Dont waste your time!
