The office staff, specifically Kristy is rude and unprofessional. Just trying to get a referral sent to a neurologist and she was very defensive and stated she’s been doing this for 21 years. If she was doing this for 21 years, why couldn’t she use a fax. I’ve been taking my kids there for 18 years and never treated so rudely!

Best doctors around! Quick, fast, and everyone there are awesome. Wouldnt have any other doctors office for my kids then this one.

He is amazing! Hes so caring and loving Im so glad my kids have him for there doctor! Hes outstanding!

Dr. Lancelotti is SO efficient and accurate. He doesn’t waste time and in my experience got the diagnosis right every time with all my children. At first I thought he didn’t take enough time but he is just that good. We don’t need to go often but when we do they get us in right away. Usually without a prescheduled appointment.

Dr. Lancellotti and his staff are great. He’s by far the best pediatrician we’ve ever had for any of our children.

I Don’t get they the one stars! There staff if awesome! and they are great with kids!! we have a 3 year old and a 4 month old and have no complains!!

First of all, the second you walk in there, EVERYONE is staring at you, no matter how long you’re standing there, they’ll look the whole time. Then they’ll even start whispering. Well today I had the worst visit EVER with my 3 month year old daughter. So it started off with us signing in, which of course everyone stared at me the whole time, probably because I’m a 20 year old mom. Then, the we found out they weren’t measuring my daughters head properly. Then she needed shots. Well, the nurse accidentally scraped herself and got blood on the needle, but CONTINUED to INJECT my daughter with HER BLOOD on the needle! Definitely NOT OKAY!! The doctor said “everything is fine” and the nurse didn’t report it because she thought it “wasn’t a big deal.” Like excuse you, you injected my daughter with your blood on the needle!

Worst doctors i have ever seen. Except Dr Brabazon, he is horrible too. Poor Ephrata. What a bunch of pediatric numb nuts. Lancellotti pulled the needle or of my sons arm before completing the injection of one of his immunizations. 1/2 of it squirted all over the wall. That office is a Child conveyor belt. They only care about their copay. I wish a good doctor would move into town.

Dr. Lancellotti has been so good to both our kids. He is an excellent pediatrician with a kind heart and a sharp mind for medicine.
