Dr Oliveri is a wonderful, caring doctor. I have seen him several times over the past 10 years. Highly recommend him for back issues. I also saw Dr Long for shoulder surgery. Very pleased with her as well. Would recommend her as well.

Lancaster Orthopedic Group Dr. Renz and Ranae McPhail (PA-C) are awesome. My knee was a train reck, Dr. Renz performed the TKA and Ranae McPhail has walked me through pre-op and recovery. They have attended to my pain with a level of compassion that I appreciate. I am so blessed and thankful that I chose Lancaster Orthopedic Group and Dr. Renz to perform my surgery.

I did not actually get to see the physicians assistant. She had just come out of surgery, and relayed the message through the intake staff. I came to the office on a Friday because the cast was causing me pain. Not the physicians assistance fault, but I was in pain and I came for help.I did not want the pain to get worse over the weekend, and not have options for help. This was my second time contacting the office because the cast was causing me pain. The first time I was told to elevate the casted limb (that actually increased the pain) and to take Tylenol. I was sent away with instructions to take ibuprofen and to come see them again on Monday if I hadn’t improved.

LOG staff is very SLOW 🐌 in returning 😴 phone calls. Never get to speak to a LIVE personIn fact, I called 3 times leaving a message for a call back. Finally the next morning someone called me. Oh my phone calls were during normal office hours.

A very competent provider that is very thorough and always clearly communicates his findings.

Outstanding care, awesome staff. Idk who will replace him when he retires. Dr Zartman and Travis, his Pa are caring, and highly skilled.They took on my risky case with ease. This was my second hip replacement with him.I really feel fortunate. He is the best surgeon you will find in the area.

Facility was efficient and adhered to CDC guidelines. Staff was friendly & visit went smoothly. The issue was in scheduling this appointment, the scheduling the appointment, I made many calls leaving voicemails with no response.

While no one likes to go to the doctor, but if you need to go, the LOG group takes good care of you, is efficient, and is caring? The Doctors are skilled and can relate to the patient’s needs.

Dr. Bercik did my rotator cuff repair and has treated me since for the other shoulder as well. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and I felt like we worked together in my treatment. I love the Ephrata location. It’s easy to get to, the people there are all very nice and even though parking is at a premium, when Covid wasn’t an issue, they made it easy with free valet parking. I’d highly recommend LOG and Dr. Bercik.

My experiences at LOG have been exceptional from the time I walk in the door until I leave~ from the staff who sign me in, & the time spent with the nurse, & the time spent with the doctor, as well as other staff who provide services (ex. x-rays). The doctors I have met with are incredibly caring. They are thorough and spend whatever time is needed till all questions are addressed and understood. I leave with a good understanding of what the next steps will be for me. I highly recommend LOG to anyone who is looking for specialized care in orthopedics.

It was not the doctor as much as my whole experience with my appointment. It was at the Ephrata location, parking is horrible. Very hard to find a place to park. When I finally made the long walk in and get to the office I had to stand in long line to be checked in. I finally got checked in and waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. I was taken back to a room where the nurse updated my information on the computer and then I sat again for 15 minutes till the doctor finally came in. I am in need of a hip replacement so the walking and the sitting caused me extra pain making it a very miserable experience for me.

I have had experience before with Dale and would highly recommend him to anyone for physical therapy. Michelle and Dawn have been the PTAs that have helped me and I highly recommend either one of these two PTAs to anyone needing physical therapy.

This was my first visit with Dr. Dragann. He was very friendly and took time with me to answer all my questions and put a game plan in place for me to hopefully alleviate my pain. He gave me a cortisone injection in my hand and was very gentle. I’m looking forward to returning after some test are completed to see where we go from here, but so far I’m very happy with the doctor. The office is very clean and inviting and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Ranae McPhail has 100% of my trust and confidence and thats not easy to earn. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone with a hip issue. Ranae explained the medical issue to me - great ability to communicate as a fellow human being - thats important to me.

Dr. Tuckman is amazing. For both my daughter and myself, he was able to correct our foot problems merely by teaching stretches. Warning: he will know if you dont do them daily! For my son, he corrected a misdiagnosis made by a foot specialist at another practice. If you have foot problems, I highly recommend Dr. Tuckman.

Had several hand surgeries and a knee replacement. Excellent group of Doctors. I had Dr. Dragann for my hands and knee and Dr. Olivers for neck problems. Both very good.

I have seen tracy for most of last 12 years along with dr.Dragan and olivieri. I can not ever say enough good things .

I feel that the pain medication Dr. Long prescribed is a better option than the one prescribed at an urgent care center in Wisconsin. Also, contrary to the urgent care doctors advice, Dr. Long told me that Aleve impedes healing of fractures. And I was given a more comfortable sling.

Dr. Zartman is a very well respected orthopedic surgeon and has proven to me that he knows what he’s doing and because of his reviews and what people have told me and how he has put me at ease in my visit with him he has put my mind at ease for my upcoming surgery. I know I’m going to have the very best surgeon doing my surgery and the outcome will exceed my expectations. Im so very ecstatic that he is my surgeon and will be doing my knee replacement.

If I could rate a 0, I would! Went in with severe hip pain, had Dr. Campbell do an x-ray guided cortisone injection. Several hours later I have paralyzing pain shooting down to my knee. The pain has made me cry several times, with my husband having to rush to my aid to help me move. I had to call the office three times between two days to even get someone to tell me an update from the doctor on what to do. The nurse tells me the doctor said to take Ibuprofen every 8hrs and use an ice pack. The nurse also said Dr. Campbell said this has nothing to do with the injection and that its a spine issue and that I need to see a spinal specialist. The next available is two weeks from now. How is that ok!? Three hours later and my leg from my hip to my knee is now numb. This is not a spine issue. I had zero issues with my spine. This is from something occuring with the injection. My guess is he hit a nerve and refuses to own it. I refuse to go back. This is not acceptable. I was able to get into another practice tomorrow. When I explained what happened to the other practice they said Thats ridiculous. You shouldnt have to wait that long. On a side note. Ive had Dr. Tuckman in the past. I highly recommend Tuckman.

Good listener! He took his time in explaining possible causes for the pain in my upper arm and took the necessary steps to get at root of the issue at hand. X-rays confirmed not a bone issue. Will get MRI to get a closer look at muscles surrounding the shoulder.

Dr Renz is an amazing surgeon. The end of December I had a total knee replacement. At 6 weeks I’m released and cleared from physical therapy. No pain. Knee is getting stronger daily. In his words his goal is for me to “forget I even have it”. He challenged me to wear it out (I’m pretty active). With his expertise and guidance i had what the physical therapists termed the “fastest knee replacement rehab EVER!” Im truly grateful for all he, his staff and the physical therapists at Novacare did. They’re all second to none. I have my life back!addendum - had a Syn-Disc injection yesterday by Dr Renzs Physician Assistant, Ranae McPhail. I must say the two injections (one to numb the area, the second for Syn-Disc) were a bit intimidating but Ranae did both with ease and skill. Not pain-free but close to it. And this morning my knee is feeling pretty great - not perfect but better than it had been.As previously noted I greatly appreciate the skill and care I have received in this office. They are Best In Class in my book!

Dr oliveri is very professional, and pathetic, and personable. I will keep going to him as long as I need assistance. I would recommend him to my family. I am very impressed.

Dr. Dragann is the absolute best he has done my knee replacement and rotator cuff surgeries would not see any other doctor.

They took me in at my appt time. The lady was nice to me and played my favorite music. Im claustrophobic and it was open and i cant take it to be tied down but she talked to me every time she was testing i wasnt feeling to much anxiety .

Finally found the doctor who could figure out what was wrong with me. Im so happy, I can finally look forward to not having the severe pain that Ive had it for such a long time.

Staff clueless. Nurse asking me if I had an X-ray after my MRI. Duh. How stupid. My problem is not bone. Felt like I was in a production line. Saw nurses just “hanging out” doing nothing. Do not agree with physician treatment plan. Wants an EMG when the MRI clearly shows the problem! Scary. Given nothing for pain! Did they see I wrote 7/10 pain? Check out person very rude. Going to change me $30 dollars to fill out an Aflac form when I had 99% of it done! Back today 06/17/19 for follow up. I was initially told scheduling would call for this appointment and never did. I had to make it. 3 weeks waiting for a surgery! Not happy!

I can not say enough good things about LOG. My husband underwent a TKR 6 weeks ago with Dr. Renz and his team. In 6 weeks he is taking walks around the block. He is easily going up and down the steps. His scar is almost non existent. Dale and Michele, the Physical Therapy team, are the best because without them he would not be as far advanced in his mobility as he is today. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Renz and his team.
