I asked for a trim. They didnt wash my hair, barely wet it, and butchered up my hair. I was clear that I wanted to keep the length. They didnt. My oldest saw me and said your hair is all different lengths. Sure, layers are all different lengths, but they dont normally look like a five year old cut my hair.

The stylist was very nice and knowledgeable but it took forever. She stopped in the middle of coloring my hair to go cut someone elses hair. It was a long day being that I was there for well over 3 hours.

My only concern was one of the hairstylists, named Sandy, she didnt follow directions when I told her what I wanted for my kids hair cut, she did whatever she wanted and messed up his hair, what are we gonna do now? Put a bag on his head? Of course, wait until it grows back probably beginning of summer... I cant stand a bad hair cut, and it wasnt even cheap, my other two kids had a hair cut with and it looks good, I think her name is Jennifer, very pleased with her. Sandy, oh no, and is even worst now with Christmas around the corner!!! Pictures, family reunion. She just needs to stop messing with peoples hair. Sorry, but this is not acceptable. 😡 I know hair is hair and it would grow back 🙄 says the person that doesnt have a horrible bad haircut for holidays.

I got a cut and color and I loved how great my hair turned out! The staff was so friendly and kind and they really listened to what I wanted my hair to look like when they were finished. I look and feel great! I was so impressed with their customer service and how clean the place was as well!!! Thank you so much!!!

My hair was colored cobalt blue . not a fresh color just a root bleaching and a color refresh .i paid 230 $ to be left with improperly rinsed hair and blotches of color all over my face neck and arms . Sarah was my stylist and she blew my hair out straight and I thought it looked really nice in the salon . after ariving home and sitting with my husband and children i could not help but to notice that everyone was turning blue . I have since washed the remainder of the bleeding color out of my hair . bit from a professional standpoint I would never recommend anyone going here . 2hundred and 30 dollars later when I could have made less of a mess and hassle with a much cheaper box of splat .

Came here about 9:50 in the morning stood there for a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there, They got my name and number and told me it’d be about an hour so I thought okay I’ll just go get something to eat or something, come back an hour later she’s still working on the same person so I sat outside waiting, the person she was working on walks out and she takes someone else, that person gets their hair cut then this lady and her son come in, she give their names and they leave because there’s a wait, then about 30 minutes later the lady and her son come back so I got up in line and she said she was taking them first, so here I am waited 3 hours and ended up just walking away and leaveing with no haircut, they didn’t call me or anything and basically just blew me off and made me waste my time. Definitely not coming back here.

They told me that I’d have to wait 20 minutes for my haircut, so I went shopping in the mean time. I come back 20 minutes later and still not ready. 40 minutes later, still not ready, an hour later, still not ready. I saw the workers just relaxing in the back while I was waiting. Eventually I went back and got an amazing haircut! I just didn’t like the wait.

When I had gone in, they were fresh out of blue dye. However, the stylist who took care of me mixed mint with indigo to make this super pretty blue/lavender color! Im really happy with the result. And she was super creative to come up with that!

They were able to cut my 18 months old hair and my hair without us having to make an appointment the stylist was very nice and she did a great job on both of us was super friendly and had some one else keep my daughter entertained while I got my hair done thank you again so much for making it a painless experience as I hate gettin my hair cut!

Went into this salon was a little worried. I’ve had a bad experience in the past and haven’t heard the best things. They were the only place opened in town. This salon has came along way. Very clean new management. Jennifer is the new manger she is the one who cut my hair. She did an amazing job. I will be back.

Fast and sloppy they wont take off any more then you tell them. It might be only 1/4 inch if you dont speak up.

Weve been going here for quite some time and were typically treated well. The stylists are friendly, professional, and capable.

The stylish drop 6 combs on the floor cut my hair way to short 4 inches above the neckline. Then told me my hair was uneven. She also told me she was on pain meds and was so tired. Maybe thats why my hair was uneven and she was dropping combs. Do NOT get your hair cut here. Do NoT get anything done to your hair.
