Absolutely the worst place in the state. will not properly work with my pharmacy. Ive gone well over a month without the medicine I need to breath properly. This facility does not care about its patients

I usually have a positive experience. I went this last week and saw Dr. Pendleton who is always fantastic. I would recommend her any day. The nurse who was assisting her was confused, bumping into things, shaking, mumbling, and slurring her words. I am not sure if she was just having a bad day but something was definitely wrong. She even put another patients name on my paperwork and would get lost in the middle of doing small tasks.

Today I received a vaccination at the Enumclaw hospital and the whole team that managed the process was wonderful and very friendly. The nurse giving the injection was amazing, I honestly didnt feel it. I felt safe the entire time and very appreciative of the work these healthcare providers are doing. Thank you to everyone involved!!!

Dr. Versoza is one of the worst Doctors in the field. His staff is also rude and deplorable. Terrible bed side Manner.NEVER go here if you or a family member has Diabetes. A while ago we went to an actual Diabetic doctor in Yakima after we moved from Enumclaw. The Diabetic doctor has since put in a complaint to the Health department of Washington state. Reason is, He did not treat my mothers diabetes at all. Her diabetes were in check before going here with a doctor in Bonney Lake. When she moved and transferred to this doctor, he took away all her sugar pills and made her take the MAXIMUM amount of insulin shots off the Bat.The Diabetic doctor had lowered all of her shots and put her on a different and more effective medication. He got her diabetes in check. He even said that If she had continued taking the Medication Dr. Versoza prescribed, she would have had massive damage to her Kidneys if she continued.For the love of yourself and your family, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He will do more harm then good. Go to a real clinic, with real specialists that will take better care of you. Dr. Versoza isnt even supposed to be working on patients. He is supposed to just be the Hospital administrator.If you go here and see that he is your doctor. Run, find another Doctor. If I could give these people 0 stars. I would.

OMG-Dr. Dunbrack, and his staff, Caiti, Caitlin and Bridget are beyond AMAZING!!! They are super kind, caring, helpful, understanding, and incredibly dedicated!! (and are always smiling) Dr. Dunbrack listens, explains, and meets you were you are. Totally non- judgmental. He gives advice that is not only helpful and wise, but not found on the internet, nor in my nursing books..Im sure Im not the easiest patient ( I dont know any nurse- or any medical professional, who is) and all the weird and embarrassing stuff always happens to me, but he puts me at ease, makes me feel comfortable, and truely cares. There have not been many providers, over the last 32 years of nursing, I truely trust, but Dr Dunbrack is definitely one of them. I trust him with my life, and highly recommend him and his staff to family, friends, coworkers and fellow patients!! Gold stars all around!!!!

I’ve always had a great Experience with Franciscan from front door to my Doctorand then to Check out! The hospital experience with the nurses emergency nurses and doctors have all been kind and mindful people I’m thankful and grateful for the Franciscan experience !

My experiences have been hit and miss here. Overall I have received adequate care. Communication is often lacking. Doctors and their staff dont return messages in MyChart for several days. Prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy and nobody lets you know. Blood work will require fasting and its not mentioned until you show up to the lab. These things get frustrating over time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible doctors with the new ones they brought in. They really need to be monitored more and have people in the rooms listening to the way they talk to their patients.

The Enumclaw Clinic has a good choice of doctors and an onsite lab. Waiting area is very small . The Bonney Lake Urgent Care Franciscan is very safe as far as Covid goes. I would recommend both clinics

I love love love this facility. Dr. Duquez was highly recommended to me when I was pregnant, he delivered my daughter with such grace and professionalism. Now a year and a half later he is my entire family’s doctor. The clinic staff is ALWAYS incredibly nice and helpful. Even when he is booked up for the week I can easily get in with the other pediatrician, Dr. Lee (who is also fabulous). The appointments are quick, yet they still manage to answer all of my questions and give us the best care! Even though I live 45 minutes away, I happily make the commute to this office.

Friendly staff throughout the visit. They respected my time, answered questions thoughtfully and provided further references and resources.

I have used this clinic for more than 30 years. I am very impressed with all the improvements. The staff is great. Love my doctor. Wait time the last few visits has been minimal. Last visit wait time was less than five minutes.

I have an Auto imune disorder... The Dr. Is So understanding... The Dr. Is So helpful!!! I Live in Easton Washington and Drive the extra Mile to be treated like a friend at Enumclaw Medical Center!!! Susan Sandborne retired and I was concerned!!! Joy Chang took over like a Professional does... Joy is The Perfect replacement For Susan!!! She definitely Did Her homework on My issues!!! Very RUDE experience! My parents have taken me to this clinic since I was a baby. I am now 19 years old and will never go to this clinic again. I went into the doctors because I had been sick for almost two weeks with lingering symptoms. The doctor and nurse I saw, treated me as if I was an 8 year old child seeking attention. They sent me away with absolutely nothing to help, telling me I was fine. When in reality, my symptoms have become much more stronger and painful causing me to seek help at a different clinic.

This place gets a bad rap sometimes.But the docs here are great!Theyre busy, and sometimes its hard to get an appointment.Some of the receptionists are horrible to deal with, while a majority of them are sweet and wonderful. Overall, even considering the occasional rude receptionist, I love this place!We moved to two hours away, and I have not yet found the need to switch to a nearer clinic.

My PCP, who is also my Sleep Medicine Specialist, Dr. Clerc is amazing. As is his Medical Assistant Rene. They are always prompt in returning phone calls, responding to emails and refilling prescriptions. I live in Auburn, so it is a bit of a drive to the clinic. But when you find an excellent provider it is well worth the effort. In regards to another reviews comments on the front desk staff...They have be polite and friendly in person and on the phone. Sometimes the wait is a bit longer than it should be, but they are quite busy so its to be expected I guess.

12-19-2017 From the intake at emergency to discharge after 48 hrs. This was the best experience I have EVER had with a care facility. I will not be taking my 92 YO dad, myself or anyone else anywhere else from now on.

Susan the manager at Enumclaw Medical Center needs work on patient kindness. I will not return to the Enumclaw Medical Center and would not recommend this clinic to anybody! As a professional, I have worked for people like Susan and you know if she treats the patients with disrespect, she treats her employees with disrespect. If the lead person is rude that filters down- which results in a dysfunctional facility!

I have gone to this doctors office for as long as I can remember. The doctors here are amazing...the front desk ladies on the other hand are awful! They are flat out rude and treat you like your stupid. I have never been so discouraged. Every time I call them to ask a question they just flat out treat me like Im an idiot. They must not realize that the reason I called them in the first place is to get some help or a question answered! I have asked around and I have found out that these ladies that sit at those front desks have a TERRIBLE reputation! Just to put this in perspective...they are so rude when I call or go in that I almost want to switch clinics. I figured the first time that I called the lady was just having a bad day or something, but after about my 10+ call and each time being treated so rude! This is an issue that needs to be handled.

It takes 2 months to get into my primary care doctor and 2 months to get into a specialist at CHI. TERRIBLE access to care, Im swtching to another clinic.

I dont work in the medical industry but my doctor has been making me follow through to make sure the specialist he sent me to is doing what was planned. This is not my job ! In fact it is his ! and the entire staff at his office and the specialist he sent me too. I have been fighting to clear this problem up for weeks and both parties deny any responcability for the problem. I have a blood disease that makes my body produce to produce to much iron and left untreated does liver and kidney damage. Thats why Im angry

Please get rid of doctor mangat, even after a myriad of complaints against this biased rude women nothing changes. Go look at the yelp reviews. Doctor refuses to help patients with pain management and is disrespectful, you have patients filing law suits against your clinic because of her. How do you even call yourself a healthcare provider , she should be ashamed of herself !

Good clinic. Hate when make an appointment at 11:00am and dont get called back until 12:30.

Not impressed with the doctor my son went to at all. I timed the appointment, 10 min, 150 dollars later with no real solution. Im not going back.
