I had my first ever tooth surgically removed and as nervous as I was Dr. Wilson and staff help ease me. The ladies was were super sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

The ladies are so sweet and work their best to accommodate our schedule too. They were kind and patient with a very scared 3 yr old, talked her through everything and made her feel comfortable but didn’t push or Shame her, they were accommodating to what she was ok with and what she wasn’t and found ways to make it all work! Dr. Wilson was nice and joking with the kids, made them feel comfortable and talked them through things in a way to make them less scared!This was my youngest child’s best dentist experience yet!THANK YOU ALL!!

Very satisfied. Wasnt a long wait. My husband said he was nice and professional. Had 2 wisdom teeth removed and was home resting shortly after. I have an appointment soon....hope mine goes that well! :)

I’ve been to Dr. Wilson’s office a few times in the past year for a few different fillings. I’ve always had problems with dentists in the past for various reasons, the worst being a dentist who drilled the wrong tooth on the wrong side of my mouth, and it was painful and the filling fell out a month later! So when I tell you Dr. Wilson and his staff are incredible! I mean it! They are caring and friendly, talk to you and make you laugh, basically making an already uncomfortable experience fun. Dr. Wilson is so funny with awesome stories, the staff goes above and beyond to work with you, and they never do more than is necessary . They make sure you are informed and answer any questions you have. And in terms of the actual dental work, he is so gentle, listens to your signals, I swear I barely feel a thing everytime I go. I am no longer scared of the dentist! Go see him!

The Dentist is very cool as my kids say. The assistants always make you feel comfortable and welcome.

This team and Dr. Wilson are awesome.My mom had been in pain with a bad abscess and the dentist she was to seeing wanted to send her to oral surgeon to remove the tooth.We could not get in until Nov. I called at least 10 different places in enterprise and Dothan no one could see her until Oct. I was referring to this office they got her right in and treated..they are wonderful.My whole family will be transferring to his care now.Thank you for taking care of my mom!!

The dental hygienists were great, but there are a few glaring pain points from my experiences that I wanted to alert others of:- on one of my first visits (pre-covid) I had mentioned that I like “dad jokes” and Dr. Wilson proceeded to tell me a joke relating working as a dentist to “making women drool***”. This made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable and it was unprofessional - there were also 2 other women in the room, including someone who was training.- I requested my full dental records multiple times after I moved in March 2020, I’ve yet to receive anything beyond X-rays. It seems as though their reception team isn’t properly trained and/or understaffed. I also continue to get appointment reminders, even though I told them on my last appointment that I would be moving and have also requested my records to be sent to my current state multiple times because of said move.- the material used for my front crown is a zirconia-based material, which my current dentist said that he’s “never seen used for a front crown” and said it seemed really odd - this was the only option presented to me, but apparently there was an option that could have made it look more natural.Once again, the dental hygienist experiences were stellar, it was just my experience with the mai doctor and how the business is run that was less than ideal.Note: Ive edited for clarity on the joke, to the best of my recollection, he followed up by relating it to Chippendales making women drool, which is why it made me uncomfortable. If you wouldnt make that joke in front of any other person, you shouldnt be making it to your female patients. It is unprofessional.Also, in your response, you misspelled HIPAA.

First time using this Dr. His staff was great the girl that did my cleaning was awesome. I will be using Dr. Wilson more very gentle explains procedure what he going to do. If y’all need a great dentist go to Dr. David Wilson.

Dr Wilson was fantastic!! Had to have a tooth 🦷 pulled and Dr Wilson said it was a difficult one but he didn’t give up and was professional, nice, caring and he definitely eased my anxiety!! Will be back in October!! Thank you Dr Wilson !!

The hygienists are always very nice & quick. Dr Wilson really cares & doesnt make a deal out of non issues. My last dentist said I had 4 cavities & I brought Dr Wilson the treatment plan. He could have followed it & charged me for the work, but he said it was unnecessary. 👍🏻 I’m usually anxious at dentist appts but not here.

Most understanding and compassionate Dentist I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Wilson took the time to explain everything he was about do to me to make me feel better. His compassion for someone who is 100% afraid of the dentist was put at ease because he understood and talked to me as if I was a friend and letting me know what was best for me. I asked if his assistant Kaylee could stay with me during the procedure because I still had a little fear....and she never left my side. As usual I procrastinated making my and my kids dental appointments after we moved to Fort Rucker. I dont really like dentist in general and I am always afraid to find a new place when we move. When I called and explained that we were all past due for our dental exam they immediately asked if we had any dental issues at the moment, we did not, we only needed routine. But to my surprise they were totally understanding and we had appointments within the month!!! I was surprised and very happy! My kids had their appointments first and I was very happy that they were able to schedule the work they needed very soon after their exam! Then came my appointment, an appointment that could have been cancelled due to being short staff but THANKS to Dr. Wilson he took care of the cleaning himself!!! He even fixed a small issue I had right there and then so I wouldnt have to come back!!! I know they were all tired that day, (it was the end of the day, most likely last appointment) they could all have just pushed it to another day but because they care and Dr. Wilson did not want me to miss another day at work they did it for me! I am glad I found Dr. Wilson and his staff!!! The front desk even remembered seeing my daughters and asked how they were doing after my appointment!

When I made an appointment for my son and I, I was told everyone would be taking normal covid precautions, including mask wearing. When we arrived, the staff were not wearing masks while walking through patient areas. I asked if they would be wearing masks, in case maybe she forgot to put hers on, but she said she was on her lunch break (she wasnt eating). Another staff member came in, also no mask, proceeded to talk with another patient. A different patient came in, not wearing a mask. So we decided it was not worth our health to stay there. I called from outside and explained why we were canceling. The staff member hung up on me. Obviously we will not be returning or recommending this dentist again.

Im very nervous and scared of going to the dentist! Had to go this morning and have a tooth extracted and was very, very impressed with how GREAT the service was from the time I walked in the door to the time I checked out! Great experience 2 different times!!!My 1st visit back in March 2019 was to get a crown glued back on that was done by another dental group. Then this week Dr. Wilson and his super sweet crew helped me with a tooth that had become sensitive. Not only did he pull the tooth for me Monday as a work-in, he saved me the trouble and expense of going to an oral surgeon!!!THANK YOU ALL SOOOO MUCH for your caring and great attitudes!!!Amy is awesome and even checked up on me the next day!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Dr Wilson and his staff is amazing. Had a crown fall out today. Called and they squeezed me in immediately. Dr Wilson worked magic with my Frankin tooth, and I’m back to normal again. Can’t thank them enough for hopping to my minor emergency and sending me out the door with a smile on my face. Have recommended him to many of our friends and will continue to do so.

Disappointing experience. Will not take my family to Dr. Wilson. I expect to be treated with integrity. Most of the staff seemed nice. The treatment plan proposed had many procedures that were not needed. When I couldnt afford to do all at the same time, I felt like I was treated like a stranger that was not welcome. No plans on returning back to Dr. WIlson.

Going in with super bad pain...also anxiety about dentist dr Wilson and his staff made everything pain free and not so bad. Looking forward to my next visit.
