This place is an absolute joke! Do not take anyone you love here! The nurses have not a care in the world about the patients and the doctors are either incompetent or just do not care either. Oh and the front desk, where do I even begin, they are RUDE and unprofessional.

Always a wait but they do my lab work in the office on Saturday morning. The staff is very friendly and treats everyone with respect and kindness. Lots of parking and easy to get to.Take my insurance and are very helpful getting my mail order meds set up.

I absolutely recommend this place, there is a doctor for everyone. My husband sees Dr. Jinks and we love how he carefully reviews, all areas of his concerns within himself and all the medications he takes. We love that he really takes his time to listen.-I see Merle Filecia and she is absolutely amazing. She really cares and listens and makes you feel like you are her only patient.-My grandbaby sees, Dr. Swati and I couldnt have asked for a better pediatrician. She is very kid-friendly, and always does a follow up check to see how she is doing. My grand daughter loves her.-The staff is so sweet, always smiling and very helpful.If I could give this place 6 stars - I would.

It’s sad but this town and area has very few subpar health choices very disappointed as well they wanted me to fill out H&P and like 5 other sheets that looked liked doctor and nursing abrrevations and lingo for 3 of my children and wanted me to fill all that out before they would see my children even when I went a week before for them to make a copy of insurance changed doctor with insurance and took home what I thought was all the packets for 3 children to bring back for apt and when I get there like 8 -10 more pages of medical sheets that really was supposed to be doctor and nurses job to review and complete with patient ! But this must have been a god sent sign for my children not to see this doctor swatti complete waste of my and my children’s time from school !this whole town needs a new medical facility with more of a diverse doctor panel to service children as well, not just adults and elderly ;not enough pediatric in this area health care in Ennis is a joke only ER doctors know what they are doing and there new doctor at the hospital doctor Mckenzie through professional and attentive !absolutly wonderful ! I recommend him give him a try new young more knowledgeable! but is unfortunate he can not see my children

Im a former patient of Dr. Swati. Ive always had insurance but had lost it temporarily. Went in to get my meds refilled no blood work just a listen to my heart and lungs. Total cost $180.

Ennis Doctors Center is beyond the highest level of extreme UNPROFESSIONALISM! Today, my mom was refused treatment once we arrived to her 9am appointment due to a past due balance from July 2016 that their office failed to disclose when the appointment was scheduled (in office, face to face), and on the confirmation call, Wednesday, before the visit. Todays visit was for a preventative service covered at 100% through her insurance. We asked to speak with my moms doctor to better address the situation, and was told the doctor was busy seeing other patients. How is that possible when the doctor was scheduled to see my mom during this particular time slot? After speaking to the Front Desk clerk, Billing Manager and Office Manager, this practice failed to provide any accommodation for their office employees negligence to make us aware that a balance existed from July 2016, lied about the physicians availability, refused treatment until we paid the balance, and failed to respect our wasted time for my 60 year old mothers visit. They had two opportunities to follow protocol and inform us since they claimed an alert is on the account. The office employees falsified chart information in their system by checking indicators to say they informed the patient of the balance, but did not at any given time. One scheduler didnt remember if she did or didnt despite the fact she indicated, informed patient. The Office Manager was incompetent in providing customer satisfaction or coming to a compromise.Her only comments were she could not let my mom back into the practice until her balance was paid. I asked, was there ever a termination letter of service from the practice sent? The manager responded, No, but I cannot allow her back into the practice until the balance is paid. Poor customer service, poorly managed healthcare practice, and purely unethical! Once again, there was no indication or statement provided of a balance when we scheduled in person on Mondays visit. The scheduler only stated that todays visit was a preventative service, 100% covered under insurance, and free. The 2nd scheduler confirmed the same details during the confirmation call, and still made no mention of a balance. This practice does not hold employees accountable for their actions, offers worthless statements of Im sorry, inconveniences a 60 yr old woman, her family, and models a cycle of poor healthcare in system where CARE is an expectation. I highly suggest you find a different location. Do not support unprofessionalism!
