Guess they dont want my business because I called the other day, despite all of the bad reviews, and gave them all this information for them to tell me they had to check my insurance to see if they are covered...but guess what? 4 days later and no response. I will take my business elsewhere I guess smh

I have had pain on my forehead and pressure for several years. My family doctor kept insisting it was migraines. A friend recommended I go see Dr. Jassin. He looked in my nose with a camera and saw that my sinuses were blocked. I never had any nose blockage so I didn’t think I had sinus problems. He was able to open the sinuses in the office using a sinus balloon and it made a huge difference. I can even breathe better now. I have told another friend who is always complaining of sinus problems to go see him.

I was having nose bleeds and went to see Dr. Jassin. He looked in my nose and told me I likely had allergies and also saw a place that was causing the bleeding he used a long matchstick to heal it. Great doctor and great office.

I would leave no stars if I could. I am disgusted with the way this Doctor treated my boyfriend. He went into see him after weeks of feeling dizzy and unwell. He ruled out several other issues before his GP came to the conclusion it could be an ear problem. We waited two weeks to get in to this doctor only for him to refuse to check and diagnose the problem. He gave him nose spray and told him to see another doctor as he wont be in the office for a month starting next week so he can not follow up with anything. Two weeks waited, to be told to go elsewhere. He gladly accepted payment for this though. We will be filing complaints to any one we can. This is NOT what doctors do. Doctors are supposed to help patients. Now we (his parents and I) have to watch him suffer, unable to work, until we can get into another ENT. I hope that no one ever has to go through this feeling of helplessness.

I called for an appointment 08/01/18 and was told they are booked until October and to call back then. I had seen Dr. Jassim in 2016 and he was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. His staff doesn’t seem to have the same professionalism. I called a couple of weeks ago because of an ear infection and he was out of the country. I saw a PCP. Wanted to follow up with a specialist, who I had seen before because I have a surgical ear. I called for appointment 07/31/18 at 11am, was told they needed to verify my insurance and see what they had available, and they would call me back after lunch. I called them back 08/01/18 and was told they didn’t know what happened but they didn’t have anything available anyway and “are not allowed to book past October” so call back.

This Dr. Office is useless. I called in October last year to make a appointment. They took my insurance to verify but they never called me back. I called again to ask for appointment because my daughter started having ear problem again, only to find out the insurance was never verified. The girl that answers the phone said even if we verify it will be months to get her in because Dr is out on personal leave... really you could have told me that from the beginning months ago.

Bad experience!

I came to see Dr Jassin after years of going to other ear, nose, and throat doctors for sinus problems. I have been having these problems for years but still had congestion and headaches with no relief. I didnt want to have surgery and Dr Jassin offers a balloon sinuplasty which he does in his office without only local anesthesia and no being put to sleep. It only took about 45 minutes or so and there was no pain at all! It was done on a Friday and I was back at work on Monday. I haven’t been able to breathe this well since I was a kid!! Also the staff was very helpful and explained everything very well.
