They are all so helpful and nice! The dental hygienist always takes her time and cleans my teeth so well also, I could fall asleep she is so gentle. Any little concern of mine she takes note of and really cares. Definitely recommend! 10/10!!

My experience at TLC DENTAL was and always has been excellent.

I wouldn’t book an appointment at any other Dental Office in the area. Why? The Dental staff is top notch and friendly, always making sure you are at ease, and they take care to explain procedures fully, and answer all questions. Arriving for an appointment resembles seeing a neighbor, and having a short chat.

We went to TLC for a second opinion on some work that my son needed. We were quoted 1800 out of pocket at the first place. We went to TLC and was quoted fraction of that price for all the work he needed. They were very nice and professional!!

Had sudden pain that hit 2 evenings ago during the Arctic/ice/snowmageddon of 2021. I do not have a regular dentist here in Enid and took a chance and called TLC, specifically because of their support of local charities like 4RKids. I do not have dental insurance, but they do offer a 20% discount for that. After trying to isolate the problem, Dr Roberts did a great job explaining what the problem was and how to fix it. I am not excited about the fix, but I am thankful that they were willing to get me in first thing this morning when I called and it will be fixed in a few days. Everyone was kind from the person answering the phone to the moment I walked out the door. Super friendly and fast service.

Staff is kind and caring. I am very happy with my office visit.

I am a lover of strong coffee. After six months, my bottom teeth resemble those of a long-term smoker (yuck). Rhonda, my hygienist, may be a modern miracle worker. Rhonda is able to get rid of all of the residue...it is amazing. Dr. Roberts is a great dentist. He takes the time to explain everything going on with my teeth and makes sure that I understand. He has had to repair some of the work I have had done from other providers. He is very knowledgeable and yet personable.

Excellent, gentle oral care (thanks Cecilia!). While COVID-19 concerns in the community are quite high, the staff were all masked and demonstrated great hygiene.

I have been going to TLC Dental for a few years now (close to 10) and I keep coming back because of the great staff and the way they take care of you. Where else can you get your teeth cleaned get a book recommendation and have the dentist give you a new musical group to check out.I won’t change unless they shut down

Visiting Enid from out of town, was worried I had a cavity because I had pain in my lower right molar and could see a black dot . I went in for a check up, extremely nervous I was going to have to get a shot (lol) and they were so helpful. They gave me an X-ray and verified that I did not have a cavity, it was just a little divet in my tooth. The dentist gave me advice on what was causing my pain and the hygienist was so sweet and personable as well. Highly recommend. I did not feel like they were out to get my money. They seem very professional and well educated.

This place is great! I had gotten into a car accident and Dr. Lack got me in the next day to fix what was broken. 2 implants later and they look like my original teeth. Very family oriented and great with kids! Rhonda is a fantastic hygienist too!

I had to go to the dentist while I was stationed in Enid, so I went here. I gave the receptionist both of my insurance cards and she told me I was all set prior to my appointment. After my appointment, she told me the insurance wasnt all set, and that Id have to pay and get reimbursed later.(Ive never even paid a co-pay at a dentist. I have full coverage and go twice a year)This is annoying but not a huge issue, so I paid and was on my way. It took multiple phone calls to both the dentist and insurance co before they were on the same page. The receptionist told me to call insurance, and insurance said they never submitted a claim ... (twice, weeks apart).Finally after months of aggravation TLC said they had a check to mail me and I gave them my address (which was already on file). A month went by and I called to check and see if it was ever mailed... it wasnt. She said it was going out that week. Another month passed and still no check, and I moved (PCSd). I provided my new address twice and the check still has not arrived. It has been 6 months or so since I went here, Im not sure what the hold up is.Its more of a a principal thing at this point, and its very frustrating. I shouldnt have had to call the office 10+ times to get something that should have been automatically sent. Maybe train a secondary staff member to be able to do the job, as half the times I called she was on vacation etc.

I have been going to TLC for about a year. I have never had to wait more than five minutes past my scheduled time. When they are doing work they listen to you. I have never felt like they were in a hurry to get me out. All very kind and professional.

This place is outstanding. Dr. Lack is the best dentist hands down and his staff goes above and beyond. I brought all three kids (2,4,6) in for appointments along with myself and it went great. The staff was patient and new exactly how to handle my kids. This is the place to go for great service.

Dr. Roberts filled my 7 year old sons first cavity today. He did an outstanding job at keeping him calm and relaxed! He was very gentle and thorough. He made it a point to explain to my son kind of what to expect before actually doing anything! He wasnt even bothered by the bathroom break midway through! It was a very pleasant experience for my son and I both and we are very pleased with Dr. Roberts!

The staff is amazing with Kids. They allowed my girls to touch, feel and play with the instruments to get them comfortable. My 4 year old cant stop talking about how fun the Dentist is. Dr. Lack was great with both of them. My 22month old wouldnt let him do much but he was patient and did well with getting her to open up so he could at least get a view of her teeth.

Only giving stars because the dental hygienists are great! However, due to my last experience here I will not go back. I went in to get my wisdom tooth pulled. During the procedure I had no issues. However the Dr told me to just take Tylenol for pain. I was confused because I know for a procedure like this, it is standard to be prescribed something for pain. He assured me that Tylenol would do the job and if I decide I do need something to call tomorrow (Friday) and he can prescribe something. I trusted his knowledge, and went on my way.A couple hours after returning home the pain really did hit, I couldn’t sleep well that night at all. It was so bad that I called the minute they opened that next morning. The woman I spoke to told me that the dr would not be in all day and she’s sorry I was told he would be. Since this was a Friday, I had to deal with the pain all weekend long as well. By Monday, I was fine and I didn’t feel I needed to call. I don’t understand why I was lied to. I think this dentist should understand that some patients might have a lower pain tolerance than others. And why would he tell me to call for him the next day when he wasn’t there?Second, I received the bill for this and it seemed higher than it should be, especially since I paid my portion of the bill estimate the day of the procedure. The bill showed insurance deductions, so I called my insurance company to verify that it was correct. My insurance company had no record of any claims for the procedure. They gave me my member ID to be sure TLC had it correct. When I called back to verify they had a different number, and that is why my bill was incorrect. I am glad I didn’t trust them enough to just pay! Plus, how did the bill have insurance deductions if my insurance had no record of this? Seems sketchy.

This is where my dentist works. I have been here many times over the years, I have had extractions, fillings, root canals, implants, all kinds of work done here, and they have done everything with great skill and care. If youre looking for a good dental place in Enid, I would suggest you come here and try it.

Our recent experience with TLC started off on a good note, but ended with them telling us that our account was being deactivated because of the mistake they made. The individual telling us we could no longer go there was named Sloan, from the insurance department. We recently received a bill in the mail showing that our insurance company only covered a fraction of our visit. After speaking with the insurance company, we learned that the bill came from X-rays that were done at our previous dentist within the last 12 months. Our issue at hand was that the dentist never asked us if we had recently had work done, to include a cleaning and X-rays. The exact words from Sloan were “When we get new patients we just assume that they haven’t gotten X-rays, and we let the insurance company handle the rest.” Unfortunately for us, the way the insurance company handled the rest was by sending us a several hundred dollar bill. That’s a pretty expensive assumption on TLC’s end. Additionally, Sloan then asked “Well, what do you want us to do about it.” After I told her that we would like the bill to be removed, she replied by telling us that she would remove the bill, but she was also going to deactivate us from their system and that we wouldn’t be able to go back.Overall, unsatisfactory and absolutely unprofessional.

My husband and I both had work done in june, they surprised us both while in the chair with an added fillings that was not discussed during the original exam. Thinking they new best we allowed the additional work to be done. We then spent the next four months going back and forth with them and insurance on payment. The insurance said that it had been paid in July and we should not owe any more to TLC, TLC said they never got paid. After several final notices from them I managed to get it worked out, it may have been a simple mistake on TLCs end but I felt like I was being pawned off to the next person in hopes that I would just pay them and they would have received double payment. In my book thats in moral! Also my husband and I are still having problems with the teeth that had been worked on and Im afraid that the root canal I had done was done wrong and will have to be done again.

First experience with Dr.Lack and his staff. So greatful I was referred to Him.. over 3 months... I had 3 implants, and New Top Veneers...all because I had a pretty profound GAP I never liked. Ive been to previous consultations in OKC, and was always told I would have to wear invisalign 2 yrs before any thing could possibly be done... 3 months later I have the Hollywood smile I never thought would be possible... literally half the price and time I was quoted previously... I give this experience a 10... The work speaks for its self.. I myself have very high anxiety.. and I was comfortable throughout the whole process... and that speaks volumes.
