My husband went in to get his hair cut. The lady at the front counter asked for all his information including his address. He told them he would doesnt give out his information. Another young girl came cdom.the back and said he had togive out his information. He said, Its a free country. To which she replied,Not here. He didnt get the hair cut and we wont be back.

Jessica Maeager did an absolutely awesome job! She is an excellent stylist. I will definitely go to her again. She took her time to give me exactly what I asked for and made it to suit me. Very happy customer.

After my wife spent 4 hours in a chair there they stuck her with a $200 after the stylist kept doing more stuff to her hair and all she went in for was a cut and about 7 highlights. According to there online pricing guide that should have cost less than $100. My wife is quiet and non-confrintational and I think they took advantage of her because I was not allowed in.

Chianne has cut and highlighted my hair. She does a great job and is very friendly. I recommend her highly.

I have never been treated as poorly by any other place of business. My daughter is 14 and tried to dye her own hair. Well she burned her hair off so we were only looking for a cut. My daughter is obviously upset about her hair and when I asked if they could get her in the hair stylist showed no remorse andshe she didnt have time. She did not care at all! I iunderstad tny were bust but when.i asked if she ha d any recommendations of a place to go here in enid she said she didnt have any. Poor customer service skills and flat out heartless and rude. I will never go to this salon again..

Made an appointment several days ago for an eyebrow wax at 10:15. At 10:05 the morning of, it was canceled on me because they didnt have an opening. There was 1 client in the chair that could have waited the whole 6 minutes it takes to wax eyebrows, but instead, that walk in client was prioritized over the client that made the appointment for 15 minutes after they opened, 6 days in advance. Then I was told they could squeeze me in at noon, 2 hours after my original appointment time. The reason I made the appointment is because I work later in the morning. Absolutely ridiculous and a colossal waste of my time. Shouldnt be a business if you cant actually serve customers

Friendly staff and stylist actually talked to me about what my hair needs to care for it. Neither stylist were confident in their ability to actually cut my hair. I got a simple A line cut.

Website says open until 7 pm. Employees refused service saying they close at 6pm

The worst haircut Ive EVER recieved. I told her I wanted a longer, almost A line just a tad longer in front, with my hair still lower than my chest. I also showed her the picture 5 different times. My hair was over 29 inches long, I told her I wanted 4 maybe 5 inches cut off (to cut off dead ends). So when I got up and asked how much was actually cut, because it felt wayyy short, she said she had cut over 12 inches off. The back is choppy and she completely butchered my hair. Would not recommend this place to anyone, as the first time I went they messed it up as well. Decided to give it another try, and realized my mistake way too late. I was also going to my sisters wedding later that day so it was very upsetting.

Told it wasn an hour wait, waited 1.5 hours just to be told it would still be a while before my son could get a hair cut. Why not just have told me you didnt have time for a 15 minute hair cut?? Could have tried another place before they closed if they would have been upfront about it.

Had long hair just above my tailbone asked 4 a trim 3 2 4 inches off trimming split ends got me n2 chair put cover on pushed my head forward combed then pinned areas back got interrupted by other stylist had a conversation about the hair color shade 2 use on her clients hair finally returned 2 me & proceded2 cut my hair up 2 my shoulders i cldnt believe it wen i asked her wat she was doing she just said wow thats short i btr stop cos u dont want it 2 curl up onto ur shoulders i think i was n shock i got home & cried straight 4 2 hrs then every x i looked n the mirror 4 bout a wk ive had long thick healthy hair 4 40 yrs top it off its uneven i will never go 2 them again

Went in for a color and layers asked her to style it told her just Put some product in and dry it curly... I left with my hair in a frizzy mess I was ready to cry and she got hair color all over my forehead
