Maria is wonderful. I have been to her evening yoga classes, a meditation session and an individual session and each one is so healing. A truly healing person and place.

I would highly recommend this studio and Maria as a teacher. The space is warm, inviting and has all the props and mats you could need for your practice. Maria is an intuitive and inclusive teacher, backed with a deep knowledge of the body and how it works. Her classes ask you to tap into your body and move intuitively, without pushing beyond your limits.

New locally owned business in Englewood! Attended my first ever Life Drawing class here and it was a blast! Nice mix of experienced and novice (me) artists. Yoga classes are also great for all levels. Super affordable memberships and daily drop-ins. Whether you are looking to stretch and strengthen, meditate with the crystal singing bowls, or find a quiet place to journal and collect your thoughts, this studio provides.

During and After the sound healing session with Maria I feel so uplifted. She intuitively guided my own awareness to take time to be with Mother Nature, tell it whats been coming up for me lately and listen for its guidance. To be reconnecting with the mountains through grounding is something Ive put off for quite some time. I have a day trip planned in a few days. Much needed re-creation of my soul just ahead.The yoga class was also restorative to reconnect with my body awareness giving room for play and permission to self discover rather than the getting it right Ive been up to in the past. Since taking the classes I feel so much lighter not taking things so seriously every day and being more present in the moment. So grateful for this gift in the community. Highly recommended!!🧘🏼‍♀️💜🏔

Today was my first yoga session with Maria Im in a wheelchair and have cerebral palsy Im always looking for alternative Solutions to better my body my spirit and state of mind. Maria is confident kind knowledgeable and extraordinary she lends her energy and expertise to help you achieve all that your body Mind and Spirit is capable of & Beyond. She gave me an experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my life cant wait to go back for more! This place this person well change your life and she will do it with such love kindness thank you Maria for all that you are.

Maria is a fantastic yoga instructor and art teacher. I took her life drawing class and loved it. She creates a warm and welcoming environment in her studio and I cannot wait to try another one of her other classes! Check this studio out, and you will not be disappointed!

LOVED the sound bath!! Insanely relaxing and refreshing! Marias yoga class was fun and challenging! She caterd to our experience level and our existing injuries. Deffinitly taking more classes!
