Staff friendly and helpful. PA Seth thorough. Received good care. Made my appointment on line and wait time brief.

Went in with complaints of cold/flu symptoms and back or lung pain, PA listened to my lungs and asked if I had been tested for Covid and said hed test me. He left room and returned with someone elses paperwork and called me by that name, I pointed out the name was not me. He comes back with correct papers and said I could leave. I asked about getting Covid test done and he said no your lungs sound clear. Less than 24hrs later Im being squadded out from home and tested positive for Covid thanks Premier Health

I went in and was seen quickly. By my symptoms the attending doctor knew I had a kidney stone and sent me to the ER.As we left he said he would mark the paperwork NB meaning “no bill”. He was quick respectful and marked NB even though he didn’t need to.Great facility, great staff and great docs!

I was in/out within 25 min. I was quickly diagnosed for strep throat. They were nice, welcoming and considerate. I highly recommend this facility, especially for emergencies.

I did not have to wait very long to get treated. Dr. Seth and the nurse took great care of me. They were both kind and competent. Seth gave me three beautiful stitches. While the receptionist was a little impersonal the Doctor and nurse made up for it with 4 stars!

I had an excellent experience at the urgent care in Englewood on North Main. Easy fast online scheduling the gentleman at the front desk was extremely pleasant took care of all the information for me. The Dr. saw me quickly made a great diagnosis had my meds called in and I was back out in just a matter of minutes. I Highly recommend this place

The receptionist and the person taking my vitals could have been friendlier. The PA was very nice and listened to my problem.

This place is awful. If you have something seriously wrong I dont recommend going here. The woman at the front is not friendly nor inviting as someone should be as the first face you see. All she was concerned with was my money. I was told by her I would receive a refund if they couldnt help my son which I didnt not receive after they did not help. We ended up having to go to the ER.The woman in front of me was allowed to go right backwithout checking in. The wait was decent. The doctor was loud and rude. He practically yelled at my son telling him to open his eye when obviously there was trauma to his eye and it was very difficult for him to do so. Dr. William Ingram has a horrible bedside manner and does not know how to talk to his patients in a kind and caring way. He also got rude with me, as a parent I was naturally upset and he told me to calm down Im a very demeaning way. The only nice person was the nurse. All they want is your money. They are lazy and rude.

Doctor and nurses are very friendly and timely. Great experience considering I don’t like hospitals or doctors or waiting . I will definitely go back to this Urgent Care. Great group of people that care about you and your health.

My PCP, Dr. Julie Larson, recommended I visit the Urgent Care office to seek treatment for my facial sun burn.The reception and waiting room were clean and the intake person, James, handled the registration efficiently. The person who took my vitals encouraged me to relax, so the readings were accurate. The physician was friendly and communicative. He informed me I had a severe sunburn. He recommended that I ice my face to reduce the swelling and prescribed two drugs which will assist in the healing and help me sleep since I am on high dosage of steroids.

Very clean and professional. Staff was very nice. Little wait time and no overcrowded waiting room! I was very pleased with the care I received.

Great staff and great care, but be prepared that you might have to wait a long time even if only one person is ahead of you. However, Ive taken family members there and they received excellent care quickly.

Englewood Urgent Care was fast, friendly, and spot on with giving me expert medical care. Within 24 hrs, I was feeling 95% better and appreciated the compassion I was shown. I would highly recommend this medical facility.

They dont take caresource or any medicaid insurances through their urgent cares which is sad because Premier is partnered with caresource

The staff from the receptionist to the Provider were wonderful. The were very professional and never intimidating. They took time to take extra care with my adult son who has autistic traits and they put our minds at ease with the explanations given concerning my sons care ❤This time it was a totally different staff but they were just as wonderful as the last. The PA was very well versed and very caring. I love the way they were able to keep me calm during this scary time..

My 3 year old fell and cut the back of his head open on our coffee table. An hour later as a walk in we were helped by Kristin and the team. They were wonderful and easy to work with, and my son was comfortable the whole time (the lollipop helped :D) I cannot recommend them enough. Ten stars

When you make an appointment, you can usually get in and out. I appreciate the staff. Seth was extremely kind and patient with my son when he was tested for Covid. Sometimes kids just need a minute to grasp what is happening and Seth went above and beyond to make sure my son was not nervous. During my visit, he made sure to explain everything to me and see if I had any additional questions. You would have thought we were his only patients for the day. I appreciate the care and dedication.

Urgent care in Englewood is efficient. Their online system for check in is hit and miss. Probably a good idea to call and let them know you are waiting outside. Staff is not too warm and fuzzy but they will get the job done in an efficient manner. I prefer my primary physician but when she is not available this is my first go to.

I want to give no stars but I can’t it won’t let me post it.. I called in before coming to the office and I asked would my problem be something that they could fix (in grown hair) and they said yes. But instead I paid $40 for absolutely nothing and I really feel like I should be refunded. No equipment was used, the doctor didn’t want to cut open into the two bumps I had on my panty line and I was told to keep hot presses on it. I’m unemployed and every dime I have is used for my survival. I came in with a problem, called before I came to make sure it could be fixed and it wasn’t.

It was fast in and out. The nurse practitioners were awesome and I saw three of them. First for my original injury where I needed stitches. Second fot follow up where my opinion was heard and it was agreed to let the stitches stay in for a couple of days. Third when I did get the stitches out. All of the personnel were friendly from the phone to the door. The facility was clean and I was ushered directly to my exam room.Good people here.

I went in and somebody who was in back of me went in front of me...I said something but they didnt care they let that person go 1st even though I went in first ... all I said was I was obviously first and I was stressed and in a hurry because I had to get back to work . Lori, the lady at the desk started going off on me that people like me stress her out I deal with people like you all day and told me to either get out or she was going to call the cops... I will never go back to this place again!!!

At the Englewood location, I got a same-day appointment for cold symptoms and a Covid test, and got in at 1:00 pm. I was brought in within 5 min., everything was very clean, staff was so careful about contact. They were kind and quick. I was in and out, after seeing the PA, being examined and got my Rx, all within 20-30 min. I definitely recommend... hoping it stays this way.

My husband had to have a COVID test done prior to his procedure next week. I called and scheduled his appointment and everything went smoothly. I received a text confirming the appointment and then another text reminding us of the appointment and asking us to arrive 10 minutes early. I checked in when we got there and the nurse came out in less than 10 minutes to do his test. She was caring and professional. It was a great experience!
