I have seen Dr. Greenhow, Dr. McPherson and Brandon (PA), all of whom are stellar. Office staff is great to work with. When I had surgery the care was top notch.The only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 is the patient portal. Perhaps I am not looking at it correctly, but I cannot find doctors notes. I recently needed a copy of the notes from a visit. It took 3 phone calls, and many minutes on hold to get the information. Very frustrating. Is there a way to see doctors notes in the portal?

I just finished my very successful recovery from arthritic thumb surgery with Dr. Yi. However, what truly helped my success and peaceful mind in doing surgery was Tim Johnson. Tim was a joy and blessing in my decision to go forth. THE BEST!

Dr. Fitzgerald provided excellent 5 star medical care however the business side of this practice is not good and disqualifies them from consideration for future needs or any positive recommendations. They cannot correctly submit the required information to the insurance provider resulting in my having to spend hours on the phone on my insurance member services line. I recently received another bill from Peak Orthopedics for over $500 and I was just informed by my insurance that once again the required forms were not submitted and once again I need to personally do the administrative work necessary to get the claim paid.

Dr. Yi and his team are really great. From the first appointment, surgery and post opp appointment- professional, kind, organized. Highly recommend.

Peak Ortho is outstanding in their customer service. I would like to give a personal shout out to Melissa on Dr. Yi’s team. She has gone above and beyond helping my daughter. Daughter needed an MRI approved before she aged off of our insurance. The insurance company was being difficult but after several calls between us, the insurance company, the MRI facility and Peak, Melissa was able to get an approval and the MRI facility was able to see her before her coverage expired. Saved her thousands. Normally we would wait in line for the process but this was an out of the box circumstance and Melissa was understanding and extremely helpful. I have managed many healthcare offices and this level of customer service is outstanding. Melissa could have easily said she was too busy, but she understood the challenge and made it her mission to make sure this happened by the looming deadline. I can never express my thanks enough. Peak Ortho is the epitome of excellence and Melissa is part of that team that exudes world class service. Thank you!

It’s been great working with Tim on the arthritis in my hand. His shots are right on the mark and provide needed relief. He was very helpful helping me with the decision to have surgery vs continued injections.And, Tim’s got a great sense of humor. Always enjoy appointments w/Tim!

Will not return to this office, after spending 2 hours for an initial visit. I was in the room for an hour, finally started getting dressed when a PA came in to talk with me, said the Dr would be in shortly, started getting dressed again after another hour and then he came in. Nope! Spent enough time there for 6 visits. I should have followed my gut and walked our earlier.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! I have worked both front office and back office at a medical clinic, I know how things are supposed to be. This amazing staff has impressed me more than any other medical office I have walked into or worked for. On my first visit to their office, Tim Johnson, PA immediately validated my concerns and explained a couple of things that could be causing my pain. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE. I have a torn ACL and after I reinjured it, I decided on surgery. My surgery was scheduled for 4/21 with Dr Greenhow and in between deciding and my surgery date I received a bill from Peak. I have two insurances and my bills are always covered. I called one solid week to billing and then to the office manager to which I still have never received a call back. On my pre-op appt day I was contacted by my primary Dr to say they never received an order for pre-op. Not surprising. I canceled my surgery and found a new Dr and have already had an appt, set surgery date, PT, is scheduled and another appt for home health. Thats how you do business.

Dr. Lucas was fantastic. Very thorough, and gave me every option possible before examining surgery. I very much appreciated his willingness to work with me and be patient. I am NOT the easiest patient, so it speaks very well that he helped me as much as he did.

I am 73 and recently had my left hip replaced 08/31/20. I was totally amazed. Dr Loucks & Ricky were my team. Dr. Loucks did an anterior approach(which is in front) only about 5-7in incision. I didnt even bruise and am on warfarin. I was quite impressed with the results. Just now getting ready for PT. Contemplating getting my left knee done which is bone on bone w/torn miniscus. Great. Job!!!!

This is a great office...Brandon has been amazing. He is very thorough in explaining your condition and the treatments available. He did several steroid and gel injections in both my knees. He made what could be a painful experience very comfortable. Thank you for your compassion and amazing skill with needles!

This place is clean, nice, and the people are amazing at what their doing. Dr. Lucas is good at what he does as well, so that is always a plus and reassuring. The only thing that I don’t like about this, is that it’s too far for me. You see, I live in the North Denver area, kind of like Westminster and for me, it’s a long drive, but it is necessary for me to go see Dr. Lucas. So, ai have no choice, but I’m glad that I went to see him.

The office staff at Peak Orthopedic is extremely efficient. I have never been in the waiting room for more than five minutes, nor the doctors room. A+ for utilizing their and the patient’s time efficiently!Dr. McPherson and his staff are equally proficient and efficient. His bedside manner is fantastic and his skills exceptional. His staff is extremely responsive to emails, appointments, and surgery scheduling!

I was very impressed with the professional, surgically conservative, and courteous manner in which I was treated by Dr. Christopher Jackson at Peak Orthopedics. He studied my x-rays, took fine measurements digitally using powerful custom spinal analysis software, showed me everything, and explained what he saw, as well as options going forward. He prescribed significant PT before deciding on any future treatment options such as MRI’s, pain shots, etc, and would only consider surgery as a last resort if all else fails. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

This review is for the receptionists (2 Of them) one did not want to provide me an explanation on why I was not told of an in-person MRI consultation when I was at their office the first time and before I could ask, transferred me to Billing. The 2nd person went one step further. I called back to find out what time the first receptionist set my appointment for, and confused her to he the one I talked initially - she kept insisting that it was not her, I told her that it did not matter and they all should be polite to Patients as they represent Peak orthopedics and she hung up the phone on me !!! I hope they ask their receptionist to be nice to people. ( the calls happened on 12/29 at 1:34 and 1:49 PM ) in case management is interested to address these types of issues.

Michael was very friendly. I had my three year old grandson with me on a few visits and Michael was awesome. He was well informed about my case and very thorough during my visits. I would definitely use this office if needed in the future and also recommend to others.

Tim showed encouraging concerns while examining my right hand and Wrist!! Happy that he wanted a clearer detailed reasons for my pain by ordering an MRI. I have had 1 and 1/2 knee replacements and one was a little swollen. They took X-rays and Brandon reviewed them with me. He took the time to explain things to me in a clear and understandable. He is a good guy, he is always friendly and he makes sure I understand.

This office lost my baseline MRI after being diagnosed with arthritis in my knee 6 years ago. Now that Im having issues again, not only have I had to put my lifesaving exercise on hold to ensure Im not injuring myself further, Ive been given the run-around, and no one seems to know what they are doing, let alone what others are doing here.I was sent for another MRI, and was told the Dr would have my results in 24 hours. I was not able to get in to hear the results until the following week, and even then, I was told that is see the PA on a video appointment. I was pretty eager, as I take my self care seriously (maybe the office staff need to learn how to do this in order to have a but more compassion for patients). Friday afternoon, I realize Im not sure how to appear for the video call so I call the office. The receptionist tells me they will call me. 20 minutes after my appointment time, I call back, just to hear I was supposed to appear in person. That would have been nice to know, as I only live 10 minutes away, and couldve made it in time had the receptionist taken the time to figure this out when I called.I left an upset voicemail for the office manager, as now I had to wait another 5 days. I got a call later that afternoon from a PA named Sylvia apologizing and telling me to call Monday and I could get results over the phone. I called Monday and was informed Sylvia was out of the office all week and Id have to come in for my results. So here I am. Sitting in the lobby, my appointment was 25 minutes ago, and just overheard another patient asking if he was early or something as his appointment was scheduled for 45 minutes prior. The staff is more interested in talking about their drinking and restaurants then helping. I will never be back. If you care about quality of care, your time and professionalism, keep looking, you wont find any of those things here.

I’ve had two hips and a knee done by Dr Craig Loucks and his wonderful team. I couldn’t be more pleased. Put your confidence in these folks. You won’t go wrong!

Broke my wrist mountain biking. Went for an evaluation and treatment. Tim was great to work with. He set out a timeline for recovery and some exercises to regain mobility after my cast was off. The whole clinic was professional throughout though I hope to not visit them in the near future for my own health!

The entire staff is great! I had my hip replaced 3 years ago by Dr. Greenhow; could not have had a better surgeon. He addresses any and all concerns, is very thorough and my recovery was flawless. Lately, I see his PA, Brandon, for knee injections. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed to answer all of my questions. My one and only “negative” comment is that I have had to wait over an hour to be seen. Other than that, Brandon is great!

Great experience at Peak Orthopedic. Appointment started right on time, waiting room was packed. I saw Tim Johnson PA for an elbow issue. Diagnosed as tennis elbow, gave me some therapy exercises to help alleviate my problem and pain. Recommended an over the counter arthritis cream that has been extremely effective. Tim was fantastic, follow up in six weeks. Highly recommend this practice, and they have a lot of specialists on sight beyond ortho and spine doctors.

I trust my life to Dr.M Fitzgerald and Mike Stevenson. And I say that because my shoulder is my life and they have fixed it 3 times (the life of a soccer goalie is a tough one). Dr Fitz even fixed a botched surgery from before him and I was relieved for the first time in 3.5 years, plus finally off daily medication for chronic pain FIVE DAYS POST OPP! Hes so good, I had full range of motion just a couple weeks post-op on this last fix. They are amazing human beings and come with my highest level of recommendation!

Michael was superb. Not only in his vast knowledge of the surgical procedure, but in his ability to convey that knowledge in a friendly and professional manner. Add to that a unique sense of humor, and its no wonder I’m actually looking forward to the knife...as if that’s something anyone looks forward to...Thank you Michael!!!

The PO&S was very professional and timely at my appointment. My medical condition was explained to me in manner that I understood. The treatment for my condition was very caring and pain free. Overall my experience was very good.

I have had the worst experience here. I couldn’t get the scheduler to return my calls or give me the information I needed. They ended up referring me to someone else for unknown reasons. I have tried calling the office manager several times. We did play phone tag a bit then she just stopped calling. I have emailed and left message with the front desk and still no response. I was told I couldn’t schedule without approval from insurance and I find out the day before I was scheduled that they didn’t have approval. I didn’t find out until they next day and it was the other doctors office that finally called me to let me know.I have received no explanation as to what happened and no apology.

They dont care about patient. I been there more than week ago. Im having a lot of pain and they told me to take a MRI so I did and after Dr. Hugh McPherson looked my MRI result, he told me to go to surgery center to take a injection and he said he will call me to get arrangement. I been waiting about 9 days but they never called. Im still in so much pain but never will go there again. Ill search for Dr. who cares the patient.

Ive been a patient for a couple years and have recieved the best care. Dr. Greenhow and Brandon are great. Dr. Fitzgerald did shoulder surgery for my husband and he was back to physical job 2 months early. The medical assistants are great too.

I made an early morning appointment because I’ve heard that this particular office gets extremely backed up because they try to run as many people as humanly possible through there each and every day. And even at that I waited 40 minutes in the waiting room before going back to another room to wait another 20 minutes. There were seven people that walked in within a 15 minute period to see the same doctor that I was going to see, seven!!!!! I was there for a injury in my arm/hand that made it really painful to write and when I asked for help to fill out paperwork the woman at the front desk dismissed me and said you can do it just try. The medical support staff that took me back to the office were very kind and nice and friendly the doctor was also very friendly but seemed rushed and didn’t listen to my concerns whatsoever and again was a bit dismissive

I have been working with Dr Yi on and off for approximately 20 years for carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, joint fusion on my thumb. Every procedure has always turned out great. His staff Nicole and Kyla are very quick to respond to a phone call and his PA Tim Johnson is wonderful! Cant day enough great things about his entire team!

Good precautions, was seen quickly. Tim diagnosed me in minutes and gave me exercises to do to help that are very effective.

I’m happy with the care I’ve received and continue to keep receiving with Dr. Fitzgerald and OCC. I switched to Dr. Fitzgerald roughly 1 year ago for a sports related knee injury, and have sincerely appreciated his willingness to help educate me on my condition, what my possible treatment options are, and the larger long-term strategy of the options.

The girls at the counter arent so nice, but Dr. Yi is amazing, his P.A. Tim is wonderful too. So is his nurse. If not for them I would go somewhere else for my orthopedics issues.

After a minimal contact follow up I consider the care to have been good and efficient. In both visits I was in the exam room before the scheduled time and completed within the allotted time.

Dr Yi, Nicole and Tim are the only professionals I recommend to anyone for hand/arm issues. They explain every step of the visit, take the time to educate you in what they are doing and have the best bedside manner. You can ask questions, they dont rush you through the appointment and are responsive in your health care. I have only had positive experiences with Dr Yi and his staff and have followed them for years. They are compassionate and make you feel that you are the most important person they are dealing with.

Lied.The office manager said my wifes authorization for her procedure was denied by insurance. Upon calling our insurance company we were told that the office had never called for authorization.Amanda, reportedly the office manager, said fine we didnt call for authorization, Blue Cross Blue Shield is too hard to deal with. Wed need to self pay.She could care less if how this would affect us. Now it wont be billed in this calendar year.The front desk staff is curt and rude.In my opinion dont waste your time.

I tried to get an appointment with Dr. In Sok Yi for 3 years. Due to insurance and other complications I couldnt get in. FINALLY I got an appointment with Dr. YI and he did surgery on my artificial elbow within a few months. He is awesome beyond 5 stars in everything he does! Thank you Dr Yi and associates.

It was easy to get an appt. with Dr. Fitzgerald and as my FL doctor had indicated, I needed to have a torn meniscus repaired. Surgery went very well and I was walking unassisted within 3 days. This is a very busy practice, however, everyone is efficient and wait times are minimal I highly recommend Dr. Fitzgerald, Michael and Kelly.

Tim is very patient oriented. He makes recommendations and answers all my questions. I trust him with my health and have recommended him to others.

I Just experienced the most unprofessional Doctors office in my life. Today I had an 11:20 appointment. After filling out new patient paperwork and paying a $25 co-pay I was told that Dr. Macpherson was running really behind today and would be leaving the building at 12pm and could not see me. The best they could do was offer to reschedule me for January 13th of next year!

I’ve had Dr Fitzgerald repair 4 meniscus tears on both knees. I’ve had 2 other tears done by another Dr. It was like night and day! Dr Fitzgerald knows what he’s doing, is kind and compassionate and works on the problem until you are no longer.in pain! I wouldn’t go to any other Dr!!!

I had my labrum repaired by Dr.Fitzgerald and his team. I was told the surgery went very well, so thats a plus. My shoulder feels great, and my visits have been swell.

Doctors and staff are very knowledgeable but it seems like every time I come here I am forgotten. Someone takes me to the room and I sit alone and wait over an hour before my doctor sees me.
