Best office ever! Ive been seen my all the doctors and I honestly have no complaints. My main Doc is Dr. Valicoagh, but Dr. Lowe is cool too. This place wouldnt be the best if it wasnt for their STAFF! From the front desk all to girls in the back they are all so sweet and caring. It is a clean, high pace smooth moving environment and you feel like all of them take their time to care for you. Wish I could give them more stars!

Absolutely horrible experience here today after another family member and I have been patients for a few years now.Yesterday I had a severe panic attack while driving home from work and had to call 911. I calmed down and got home, but ended up having another one a few hours later.Fast forward to today, I wanted to get checked out by my PCP, Dr. Loewinger, to ensure there was nothing else wrong with me and to get treatment to prevent this from happening again.I called around around 9am and booked an appointment with the receptionist. Told her everything that happened: dizziness, light-headedness, chills, shortness of breath, sweaty palms and my heart was pounding. All common when having a panic attack. We booked an appointment for 11am and I was told to call when I arrived.I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment and called in as instructed. I had to repeat what happened again and was told Id get a call and to stay outside. Keep in mind, I was too nervous to drive so I took a Lyft.2 minutes later, I received ANOTHER call and had to explain what happened a THIRD TIME to a different person. I was told Id receive a call back in 2 minutes.15 MINUTES LATER the same person calls me back and tells me they are refusing to let me in without being tested for COVID-19. I understand with the current world situation that everyone is extra cautious, but really? What happened to me had nothing to do with COVID. It was a panic attack, which I explained multiple times. And telling me Oh its okay you can go out to Cresskill to get tested its only a 10 minutes drive isnt helpful when you arent in a vehicle, which I explained to them before. Also, the boss said we cant let you in doesnt help either. I should have been informed of this before taking the trip out there. I wanted to get checked out and make sure it was nothing to do with my blood pressure or blood sugar.I ended up having to go to an urgent care. They even agreed with me that it was absurd that I was refused care due to not being tested for COVID-19, and confirmed what happened to me was a panic attack and made some recommendations.I wouldnt be so upset about this if I was informed BEFORE taking a 20-30 drive out there that they wanted me to get tested before coming into the office. Im out ~$26 for Lyft fair and was refused treatment.

I am a retired surgeon. Dr. Gross has been caring for me for almost 3 years. I am impressed by his knowledge, efficient, and compassionate care. He or his staff are always available for unplanned visits or telephone calls. His office is especially well run and highly efficient.

I work for a pharmacy. I visit many doctors office to introduce the services my company offers. I visited the office today and got to observe how patients are treated in this office for few minutes. Everyone I encountered in this office was wonderful - receptionist, nurse, and patient care coordinator. You could tell they enjoy working there and really care for the patients.

After several years with this office as my primary family doctors office, I am looking to switch due to an unacccomodating and inflexible attitude toward booking appointments. The reception at the front desk just flat does not care how bad a shape you are in, they wont squeeze you in for same day appointments. This is not a hospitable office for people who are healthy for the most part but occasionally have seasonal flu, infections, etc. and need it dealt with quickly to get back to work. You cant foresee every illness and book three days to a week in advance and they just dont seem to get this. I would advise that unless you have a doctor there that you really like AND see on a regular, scheduled basis, make the commute to a provider with a more flexible policy toward walking/same day scheduling and will actually pick up the phone before 10 AM.

Everyone is so professional, listen to what I’m saying , I feel comfortable expressing my concerns. I have referred others that thought the same. Very little waiting time with an appointment , which is fantastic

Doctors are decent however the administrative staff is horrible. Not only are they rude, they are incompetent. I keep getting bills for things that insurance should have paid for, they overcharge for copays, and if you have a wellness visit that is covered by your insurance, dont come in complaining about aches or pains because they will bill it as a sick visit and you will end up having to pay. They also have extremely long wait times - I ended up waiting over an hour and a half to see a nurse. They really need to get it together or they will end up with no more patients!
