Traci at Traces massage gives excellent deep tissue massages. She can tell the areas of your body that needs work and gives you suggestions to help at home. The massage room is very calming. Ive seen her twice now and both times have felt my muscles relax more afterward including less headaches. I strongly recommend her and look forward to seeing her again for my next massage.
