They dont answer their phone. I was prescribed meds 2 days ago and the pharmacy has been too busy to fill them how am I supposed to get better when no one wants to help?

I will only be going to this urgent care from now on. Erika, Dianna, and Renata know exactly what you need and how to take care of you with kindness and how to brighten up your day. Never felt more welcomed at an urgent care. Thank you guys for great service!!

If you are in need of urgent care I suggest going elsewhere. You will wait hours while they see people who came in after you. Horrible place with stupid staff.Response to owner - You do not even know what you are talking about, I was NEVER in your queue, as it was my Mother. She waited over 2 hours and your staff let her walk out without being seen when she could not stand up straight and was in horrible pain. So for your staff, they put Covid tests ahead of her. Like I said, horrible place with incompetent staff!!

I never take the time to write reviews but am absolutely floored right now. I received a pretty threatening message from Erika that I was being sent to collections for a bill I had. I had already paid the bill so I was pretty upset by this. I tried to ask a few questions and kept getting told she just made the calls. I asked to speak to someone who could look into this and she said someone would call me “eventually”. I asked if I would receive a call before I got sent to collections and she kept repeating “I don’t have her schedule”. I wound up calling Cherry Creek AFC who is not even associated with this horrible location and got to speak to Jessica in billing directly (they have menu options instead of just being sent to the front desk) who was an absolute professional and treated me like a human being and got me squared away in MINUTES. If you need urgent care I recommend going to a real AFC that doesn’t punish people for their own misery with their job.

This place is either a scam, very incompetent or both. After waiting close to 3 hours I was put in a room where I could hear the staff leaving for the night, this was a Sunday so they closed at 6. After waiting all of this time I find out they have me down for a Covid test even though I put reason for visit as blood in urine and pain. I watched person after person that came in after me get seen before me and I could barely sit up in the chair, but not 1 staff member noticed or cared. I left for fear that I would get locked in the building and my pain had become unbearable after almost 3 hours of sitting in their chair. I did not just pick this place out of the blue, I called and explained my symptoms and asked if this was something they could treat and was told yes and that they have an x-ray and labs on site. If you want a Covid or drug test this is the place for you because that seems to be all that they care about. Anything else, you would be better off sitting comfy at home than waiting there. Waiting to see if I was charged or overcharged for not being seen. Im sure if I was, getting my money back will prove more difficult than getting seen by the Doctor.

I came here three times in a week to resolve an increasingly horrific headache and ear pain. I’ll spare the details but when I did eventually end up in the ER they were horrified at the seemingly random diagnoses and prescriptions I had been given to treat my symptoms.I’ve also gotten the explanation of benefits from my insurance which conveniently leave off the $50 copay AFC urgent care collected, despite my policy actually not having copays at urgent cares. They are also billed under a male doctor I didn’t see, I saw a female PA. I called billing but of course no one answers, I left a message.

Heads up, unlike many other AFC Urgent cares this one does NOT offer drive up Covid testing. You have to sit in the waiting room with (possibly) other sick people, go into a treatment room, get your vitals taken- I had to point out that I wasnt wanting a wellness visit, I simply wanted the test and to leave. It was explained to me that this was their procedure for all Covid tests. After the swab I was asked to wait in the room for a quick exam by the PA on duty- I didnt want that (I didnt even want to be in there honestly) and it seemed like a potential way to charge me more for the visit. I chose not to wait and I left. On the upside the staff was friendly and I was seen promptly at my appt. time. I am looking to see the final charges to my insurance and will update this review then.

Leonar and the front staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! :) Wonderful service from staff all around, and the wait time was minimal for a walk-in appointment. They worked with me when my insurance company wasn’t open and really made me feel welcomed and a priority.

Went in for my vaccine and the ladies at the front were very welcoming! The women who gave me the shot, Brianna I believe, was very sweet and informative, walked me through how I would feel, aftercare and was very helpful with getting my 2nd shot set up. Absolutely recommend this clinic! Amazing staff.

I wished I could give them no stars at all!I did a walk in visit at this location everything was going fine she sent me the registration form to my phone they wanted my insurance information asked if they took Medicaid the lady I wasn’t dealing with al all she cut in and said ya. I told her I didn’t have the form it was on my phone than she cut me off and said “well I wasn’t done explaining”! Like no thank you I walked out. If you hate your job you shouldn’t be doing it! Don’t ever go to this location! Horrible customer service too! Don’t worry I plan on calling cooperate on this girl!

The worst urgent care you can go to. Don’t go unless you have at LEAST two hours to wait.And before this clinic provides a lengthy response, maybe take the time to absorb all the bad feedback you are getting and make a change to your processes. Clearly what you are doing and how you are operating isn’t working.

Very poor service. Will never return to this location. Completely incompetent with resolving billing issues and getting any help, let alone the attitude they have with people on the phone. Avoid with all costs and find a different AFC to go to.

The workers were nice but the service was horrible. I needed a rapid covid test and arrived around 6:30 and wasnt seen until 8:00!! All because they didnt see me come in but, they checked me in and everything so they definitely did see me. Everyone that got there after me got seen before me I was the last one in the waiting room. The staff was chit chatting in the back and in the front, very unprofessional. Seemed like they were too lazy to get their job done. Dont recommend if you want to wait up to an hour or more!!!!

I am new to Englewood and went in looking for a medication refill. I paid 160.00. It was not a scheduled drug. The PA did refill it, but when I told her it needed to be tablet form as capsule form was very expensive she said she phoned in tablets and she said she phoned in 30. It isn’t so much much about the amount. I phoned them to tell them the pharmacist had it wrong and even her medical asst. lied. She said oh no it was 30 and we will handle it for you. If I had not had a Good RX it would have cost over 200.00. They blatantly lied when the truth would have done. Do not see Brittany Blanchard. It is unethical fora medical provider to lie to a patient about anything and she promotes it in her employees. Do not use this place or at least make sure Brittany Blanchard isn’t working. I plan to report her to the corporate office. It was a small thing, but to be a medical professional and lie straight to my face is very unethical. I asked her how many she phoned in she said 30. I went to get a rapid covid test. I was 4 minutes late. This meant I waited 50 minutes to see anyone. I literally exposed everyone in the waiting area. Good job in preventing the spread of covid.......Don’t go here.

A VERY RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT DESKI want to detail my experience of the Rapid COVID test that me and my wife took for traveling to Hawaii.When we reached at the location the lady at the front desk said the insurance doesn’t cover the $45 upfront fee that they charge however our insurance repeatedly mentioned that there is no fee.We asked her details on what that fee is for however after asking a couple of questions, she suggested “do you still want to get the test done here or you wanna go somewhere else”. This isn’t the way to answer a question!We requested a code so that we could reimburse the insurance for whatever they charge. She said she will give us the code after the test.When the test was done, we asked for the code and on confirming if this is sufficient for the insurance and asking a few more details, she VERY RUDELY SAID, “ITS JUST $45”!!I’ve seen repeated complaints on google review before writing the review and I am surprised that she still works here.Almost every other review before me is complaining of her.

Came in with a fever over 102. The care team performed a rapid test that came back negative. Had to personally request a flu test as a next step, which also came back negative. They said “I could go and if my fever persists to go to the ER”I realized after the fact that no physical exam was done, my temperature was not taken, and I was not asked any questions to help lead to any sort of diagnoses. I left with no support plan of any kind. It was an unfortunate experience. Please take more care with patients who are coming in for help.

Worst customer service EVER! We just needed a test to take a trip. Called ahead. They said that we didnt need an appt-just walk in, they said. We walked in. They were upset that we hadnt made an appt. Told us to go online and make an appt...(So you mean Im standing here and you cant make an appt for me?) Nope...Asked if they do rapid testing. Yes, they said. I commented that I had read reviews that they ran out quickly online...no response. Silence. So!, I said, I guess Ill go make an appt online-NOT! Go elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a quick in-and-out COVID test, look elsewhere. This place treats tests like any other medical appointment... 30 minute wait in the waiting room even if you show up on time, lots of paperwork, and even taking your vitals all for a 15-second swab up your nose. Walked in the door at 8:15am. Didn’t leave until 9:10. The bonus was the rudeness from the front desk clerks.

I was very surprised to walk in for a non COVID related service to find a fairly full lobby of COVID patients waiting to be tested. I called before hand to see if we needed an appointment as most medical facilities are doing everything they can to prevent cross over like this but was told that they don’t do appointments. Every other facility I’ve been to throughout all this has ensured a separation. When I asked the person at the front desk if this was normal procedure they wouldn’t make eye contact with me and seemed irritated that I asked. This seems dangerous to the general public to have such a cross over of COVID patients and patients with other issues.

I called to get a covid test in the morning. They were able to get me in that same afternoon. They had the test results back in 15 min. Very happy with service and speed

This place is so grimey feeling. Came in forPre travel Covid testing which they made us do a full office visit for which is completely unnecessary! So sad people have to get care here

Definitely dont come here if you want to actually be seen. Wife came in here for a possible concussion, but happens over 24 hours ago and could speak and walk fine. Got into the urgent care, and my wife told them what happened. They said they dont treat concussions and to find somewhere else. They where actually recommended by our pcp that we called before hand. We did end up going to another urgent care that actually cares about people that are walking in the door. Our pcps company will also no longer be recommending them for any services. Be warned.

I was told to sign in ahead of time online scheduling a time, to cut my wait. I had to pay my copay even though my insurance covers the full cost of COVID testing. I didn’t have to pay when I went to Rocky Mountain Urgent Care. I also only had to park and the test was quick at Rky Mtn. Urgent Care. I thought since I could check in online this would be quick. 1 hour and 40 minutes and all 8 people that were there when I walked in went before me, so checking in online did zero good. Find a better urgent care to visit! My symptom free swab took 30 seconds now I have to submit paperwork for reimbursement of my copay.

Im not sure why you would even offer an appointment time on the site for COVID testing if its not really an appointment. Still had to wait over an hour for a test that takes 10 seconds to do.The nurse who did the test was very nice, but the PA that came in afterwards was for some reason grilling me about why I came in to get a test, despite saying it was for work. When you go through med school, they teach you how to interact with patients and have no idea how this PA passed.I also asked if I could leave after the test and they call me with the results, but they made me wait with the reasoning being its hard to get in contact with patients. I didnt realize making a phone call was a difficult thing to do, and the other AFC in the highlands had no problem calling me with results.And lastly, if youre going to do a COVID test, I think there needs to be an option to do carpool testing. The fact that you have to go in and sit in a small waiting room for an hour with other people who might have COVID is ridiculous.If you want to get tested, Ive heard the cherry creek afc is great, and the one in the highlands is great too.

Came in with my wedding band and engagement rings stuck on my finger. Juan, was able to get them off and although the place had to use equipment that made the process longer than usual, my finger was saved. I appreciate the efforts of Juan as he did not give up on me and sat in there trying to get these rings off my finger for an hour. Give that man a raise. He was kind and patient.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this urgent care clinic and the last one was the last straw. Waited over an hour before they even ran my insurance to tell me my cost would be too much. I was not the only one waiting for hours only to be turned away.an employee also wasn’t wearing his mask correctly so I question their adherence to State and Local guidelines.

I went to this urgent care at the end of June for concern about some eye inflammation, and the only reason I chose urgent care was because it was a Sunday. The front desk was unable to provide me with accurate information about how much my insurance would cover (told me it would likely amount to a small copay and I ended up with a large bill) and were not complying with Covid safety standards (masks were worn below the nose).  The exam room I waited in appeared dirty (dirt on the floor and bug flying around).  The PA who saw me shone a light in my eyes but was unable to give me any useful diagnosis, information, or remedy and simply told me to go see an eye doctor, so I still had to wait for Monday for medical attention.  The eye doctor quickly diagnosed me with conjunctivitis, a guess that two friends had also been able to give me over the phone when I described my symptoms. The fact that the medical professional was unable to identify this very common problem, I was billed more than I was told, and the lack of cleanliness (especially given Covid) was extremely frustrating.  I will certainly not be returning here.

Absolutely 0 respect for anyones time. Was told to come at 2 for testing, showed up at 1:35. Still waiting around 4:30. The only urgent thing about this facility is how quickly theyll take your payment. Prepare to waste an entire day here.

I have never seen such a slow bunch of MAs in my life. Literally i have sat here for two hours in this doctors office. When I have watched employees play on their phones but yet instead of seeing patients they turn them away. This is ridiculous.

In person care was fine, but extremely poor customer service on the backend. It has taken 3 months for anyone to get return my inquiries regarding a copayment refund and that I still have not received.

I would not recommend this place for Covid testing. I went and sat in the waiting room for a long while. During that time, other people walked in wanting to be tested as well as for other reasons. The waiting room is small so there is no social distancing. Once taken inside, I was tested and then had to sit there for a longer time waiting for the PA to listen to my lungs. For just a test, I saw no need to see a medical professional. I also saw no need to be in a small space with other sick people.

I am delinquent on writing this review. I just went to a horrible Urgent Care in Arlington Texas, and this Urgent Care came to mind because they were Polar Opposites. I have used this AFC urgent care in Englewood several times. Each time I go, the front desk is so very friendly and the Physicians have a good bedside manner and listen. Ive never had problems with insurance either. When Im in Denver and if I have to go to an urgent care, I will drive out of my way to go to this one. You stick with what is good. Dont change, please.

Once again we arrived when yall open, did the paperwork, told we where 9th in line but it was going to take until noon. It says walk in only, and we even called to confirm yesterday for covid tests ahich the automated voice confirmed, and when we arrived yesterday they said it’s not walk in... then update your stuff! Apparently you have to come before 8 to get a time to come back and get tested

Unprofessional staff. Made getting a test into a day long affair. Blatant lies about wait times. Got there at 1pm still waiting at 4:05. They took payment first thing though. Guess I know what’s most important.

The staff were nice, BUT not observing COVID precautions! Very risky to go there. I waiting for a long time to verify my insurance in chairs that were too close together. There were 2 people waiting to get COVID tested in the same area as me. All the pens to sign forms were together there was no identifiable cleaning process. When walking down the hall to exit there were 3 staff members. 1 didn’t have a mask on at all and the other two had it down below their noses.

Absolutely horrible experience. I go to urgent care because I am sick like most others, and they dont open the doors for over ten minutes after theyre supposed to be open. Leaving me and the line of others to wait in the 30 degree cold. I went somewhere else, dont waste your time going in when they open.

Phenomenal experience! Yes, the wait time was a little long but well worth it. I had gone to a different urgent care a few days before and came here for a second opinion. The doctor contacted the first urgent care I had visited and asked for my labs to be faxed over. As the first urgent care was horribly slow with literally everything, I’m sure that definitely contributed to my wait time. I felt that the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me about a treatment option that would work best for me. I’m beyond happy that I made the decision to come to this facility. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating from start to finish. They even contacted me the next day to check in and make sure I didn’t have any questions. I would definitely recommend!

This is by far the best urgent care! I drive across town to specifically come here. They are the absolute best, most efficient, knowledgeable and fast place! Annie, Chis and Rory are great, everyone is so nice!! I love their care and how they treat me as a person a human being and not a bother or judge me in any way as other places do!! I recently went here for a fractured foot, I came in hopping on one foot up to the door and the receptionist immediately went and got me a wheelchair. Dr. Gordon and staff were super kind and attentive! I would highly recommend them!!

Great if you want in and out for a 200$ Covid test wpuldnt recommend trying to get seen sat here for 3 hours waiting on X ray results and prescriptions. Mean while there rushing the Covod rests in and out allllll around my room. Sad.

My wife broke her arm from a fall taken on ice and was deeply impressed with the service here. Heres what she said:I was struck by the sincere compassion of everyone on the team. My well-being was prioritized, evidenced by serious consideration of my medical history and the team staying way overtime to ensure proper diagnosis. Cleanliness and smoothness of the check-in to check-out process were the icing on the cake.

This is one of the best urgent care centers I have visited in the Denver area. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful. The wait was minimal, the front desk staff (Katie I think) was all smiles and the doctor (Dr. Wallace) was thorough, patient and a good listener. She answered all of my questions, correctly diagnosed the problem and prescribed all the necessary medications. The discharge sheet they gave me had all the necessary information I needed. I will definitely go back when the need arises.

Great place and amazing doctors on site. I do construction and got a pretty good cut on my lip the doctor was able to stitch me back up and it was very affordable.I would recommend to anyone who has minor to larger issues they need resolved.The staff are very friendly (Andrea was amazing) caring and efficient in their work.Thank you all who work there. Semi- Long wait but that is expected at any urgent Care facilities.. Thankfully Annie (receptionist) was there for me, she reassured me that if I needed anything that she could help. Once I was taken into the exam room everything moved faster and I cant believe how caring and friendly the staff was from Annie to Chris to Dr. Strand. Everyone was great and really helped with everything I needed.Highly recommend this facility!

Ive been here 3 times and each time they were super helpful and nice! Each time everything was super fast they get me in and out with everything figured out. Today I had to being my 2 year old with me and they were very friendly with him. Ive had other places become annoyed when I would bring my kids. I will forever come here for any future urgent care I need

Im suprised this AFC urgent care has such a high rating. The other location Ive been to was great and helpful. My visit yesterday was disappointing. Male nurse at the desk had a careless attitude. Didnt say whether i had a co pay or not till I had to double check. Good part was there wasnt a long wait.The female nurse that took me back was nice. The female physician saw me for less than 5 minutes with a careless attitude as well. She didnt explain any of the medications she prescribed me. They also got my pharmacy wrong so i had them correct it. It is only an urgent care so i know they can only do so much. Just not a good visit.

My daughters and I have been here several times when its after hours or we need to be seen faster than our primaries can get us in. Great staff - we love Juan, he is terrific and friendly and courteous. We also love Dr. Wallace - she has been better than my previous primary doc, I always feel confident seeing her. Its convenient, affordable, and very reassuring to know that great, skilled staff are close by.

Best, most attentive doctors. They knew almost immediately that I was having appendicitis. Sent me straight to the ER and even called ahead so they would be expecting us. Thank you all for saving my life! I, and my family have found our forever medical home.

We are visiting from out of town and have Kaiser insurance. My husband had a problem so we called to see where the nearest Kaiser with a Urgent Care was. They told us just to go to any one that was close and save the receipts so we picked this location on a recommendation of friends. Perla, Monce and Chris were pleasant, efficient and great to work with. My husband felt very well cared for. I would certainly recommend them.

I came in without an appointment and they were very helpful and accommodating. Their customer service was top notch. They were understanding and very discreet. For anyone needing care, AFC Englewood is a professional and caring office. Thank you!

Wonderful experience. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk, to the nurse and doctor, were very friendly and extremely helpful. During an ear canal cleaning I became very dizzy and the nurse stopped immediately and had me lay down. She was very patient and kind while I regained stability and assured me I could wait as long as needed before continuing. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend this office! Also I have no insurance and was expecting to pay much more than I actually did, so that was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you to Dr. Hubert Derby, his wonderful nurse and all the staff. Another plus: I didnt have to wait a single minute to be seen!

AFC Urgent Care was wonderful! They got me in and out in under an hour, which is slightly mind-blowing, but much appreciated because I’m not from the area and am just visiting a friend who took time away from work to bring me to the Urgent Care. Their staff was amazing and courteous, the doctor was professional and knew exactly what she was doing, and they even called the next day to make sure I was feeling better. 150% would recommend! I work for a company that prides itself on customer support, so I have very high standards when it comes to CS. AFC knocked it out of the ballpark, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Well done!

I had a fantastic experience today with this urgent care. I had some stitches i needed to have removed. I checked around and called Katie. She was down to earth and said itd be 30 bucks without involving insurance. Really? I went in and was gone 25 minutes later sans stitches thanks to the info from Katie, the doc who saw me in 15 minutes, and the skilled suture removal from nurse Chris. Top notch!!! 2 other urgent cares quoted me over 100.

Friendly service. Only comment I have is that usually self pay is cheaper and I have to do that a lot because I have Medicaid... that’s not there fault but found them to be over priced by about $32.00. That can be a big deal sometimes. And I had to return because my first prescription didn’t quite work for my UTI and the return visit was still an additional $50. Definitely not use to that.If it’s something more than my normal experience I’ll update the review.But they did return my calls very quickly!

The doctor I saw was attentive, informative, and professional. The staff was very friendly and considerate. They called to check on me the day after my visit. Also provided follow up information and strep test results on the day they promised. Great all around.

I have been to this urgent care a few times over the last year, and every time has been a good experience. Generally low wait times, quick service and quick exit. I enjoy all the people there, especially the help of Chris and Wenda the last two times I have had to go.

From the phone call to the office visit everyone was so nice and professional. They took my needs into their hands and really gave me the best options available. They worked in a efficient manner and I was in and out in no time.

They were the best!!! I broke my left ring finger days before my wedding. They not only had me in and out quickly but went above and beyond calling the hand specialist to get me a same day appointment. Super friendly, fast, knowledgeable staff.

Arrived here with a friend that wasn’t feeling well. Insurance fraud is rampant here and is blatantly obvious. Someone should open an investigation and ascertain to the billing procedure that targets those in need and still bills an HMO, insurer, and the patients themselves.Google needs to vet the reviews for this location on maps, it clearly has a litany of purchased reviews/fake ratings that appear to hide the true value (or lack there of) that this location has. It is hands down dirtier and less organized than Denver General Emergency Room...As a bystander sitting in the lobby just supporting a friend you can hear staff bickering at one another, clear HIPPA violations, and insurance fraud that is anything but hidden. Heath care is broken here and this is a fine example of how and why it is - I don’t recommend this location to anyone who is in immediate need, or those wishing to utilize insurance without also paying the mafia.

The last time I went to AFC Urgent Care I had Bronchitis. I should have called my doctor earlier in the week, but put it off. They took care of me quickly and everyone was so friendly. I have never had a bad experience here and always seem to leave with a better outlook. Thank you to the staff for the great care and service!

I went into this facility thiniking i had swimmers ear but turns out i had something hidden in my ear since 3rd grade that i totally forgot about. Taylor, Tiffany & Juan all worked with professional ease and took out a broken pencil led in my left ear! Oh and how can i forget about Annie she is the first face you will see at the front desk and she is soooo loving and kind! Annie made my process to be looked at easy and smooth.

I had a good experience at AFC, however as with any clinic I am guessing they can get pretty busy. I didn’t have to wait at all to get into a room and waited maybe 10 min. once I was in one. Quick to diagnose and was able to get me the medicine I needed. Friendly staff who seemed happy to help!

There are a lot of things Id rather be doing than going to an Urgent Care clinic, but as far as that goes, my recent visit to the AFC Urgent Care was a great experience. Once I filled out all the paperwork, I only had to wait a few more minutes before I was shown to an exam room to cover the basics with a PA. The doctor came in shortly after that. The staff and the doctor were all friendly and attentive. They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Wow!

This is the second visit to this AFC... several years apart.. both times was well taken care of , easy to talk to and recommended the perfect needed meds... even called the pharmacy ahead of my departure and prescriptions were ready... the clinic is clean, well staffed and immediately makes one feel in the right place.... This visit I meet Annie, Juan , Tiffany and Kaylyn Vrlec

Asked about COVID testing over the phone, and received one word answers from the front desk person. Extremely unprofessional, won’t be visiting.

Everyone was so professional and caring. Juan, Michelle and Pena are the best. Thank you for taking care of me expeditiously.

Doctors and staff are very informative and helpful. In and out quickly. I have come back here again and again and referred friends here as well! Love this clinic.

AMAZING! Unfortunately, when I had to make a visit to this urgent care facility, I was visiting from Seattle. My sister lives in Denver and made a couple of phone calls to see where I could get in the fastest due to the fact, that I am flying back home to Seattle tomorrow and have to be much more stable pain wise. And because the Doctor (and staff) was SO helpful & knowledgeable AND took me very serious, due to also being on Chemotherapy, it looks like that IS going to happen :). I WILL recommend this place to anyone that is in Denver and so will my sister.I saw Dr. Martin Strand. He was AMAZING and I can tell he has been an MD for a very long time and knows his stuff. He listened, understood and we were on the same page, which made this pain and issue, much easier to deal with. He was Wonderful, A++. Now, if only all Doctors could be this patient and wonderful, this world, may be a little bit easier, sounds corny, but I really mean it!I also want to make sure I mention the wonderful, caring lady at the front, that signed me in & took my information in a different room, before I saw Dr. Strand. She is so friendly and patient. She actually showed that she cared and I really think she did/does. She is Wonderful at her job. When you are in pain and really sick, it is amazing how HUGE of a difference it can make to walk in to an urgent care facility and deal with such a nice friendly person at the front desk..... I wish I knew her name, but I do know that this facility is pretty new, so I am sure everyone already knows who she is and also assume, staffing isnt to high at this point.I actually felt like everyone cared! Thank You, for making my experience a very positive one!! :)

On a Monday morning I slashed my finger open on my car hood and went in to AFC between class periods during my teaching day and Chris, Annie, and Dr. Matney were AMAZING in not only stitching me up and getting me back to school before my next class started, but did so in an extremely friendly and jovial manner. I am supremely grateful to all of these ladies for their care, their candor, and their humor! 10/10: Would Recommend to Friends and Family!

Staff here are always fast and courteous. Nurses and doctors know their stuff so I never have to worry. Would highly recommend this facility for any urgent care medical needs. Keep up the good work!!!

After a face-plant at Ruby Hill bike park I came to this urgent care for stitches and concussion evaluation, partially still in shock. The staff triage me up and were the most attentive group I have ever seen and I am a nurse with 3 years telemetry experience and 5-6 years of dialysis experience. I did not tell them this. So to Kaylyn, Chris, and Perla I say thank you. I noticed and will make you my future stop anytime Im injured at the bike park.

Doctors Express, AFC Urgent Care is practically home for our family. Besides being closer to our home, than our family practice, there are now at least a half dozen new urgent care clinics in our immediate area--but I cant imagine any one of them providing as consistently good, quality, expert service! The staff is always very hospitable, the docs are so thoughtful and considerate, theyll even consistently call the very next day to check in on how the patient is feeling--whoooooo does that anymore?

My 5 year old daughter fell and broke her arm the other day. She was terrified and in a lot of pain. The team at AFC took wonderful care of her. Juan, especially, was very kind and gentle and made her feel comfortable. Even Annie at the front desk made my daughter smile. I’ve gone to this AFC several times for various reasons and I’ve never had a bad experience. Thank you!

Ive been to Doctors Express on Hampden three times and each time the experience was superb. The folks there are very friendly. Ive never had to wait. Ive seen two different doctors and both were thorough, knowledgeable and provided an accurate diagnosis and treatment. The staff was very patient and accommodating with my two young children...even when they were not the patients. I highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly, and professional as always. Even though yesterdays visit took a little longer than expected, I didnt mind waiting because the provider wanted to make sure she gave us as much information about what was going on as possible. I appreciate that extra mile.

As i go on my fifth day in a hospital bed being told how sick i am and how lucky i was i came in when i did i am also forced to remember how i was told i was not that bad at your facility and didn’t meet criteria for admission to the hospital yet here we are four nights later and the doctor says I’m very sick. I think you guys are nice and great and i do appreciate the staff but had i listened to your advice and just went home i most likely would be dead right now and that’s not ok with me.

Awesome service! Dr. Wallace and Andrea were top notch! Friendly, caring and fun. Turned a bad situation for my daughter into a great experience! We were in and out in a flash! They make AFC a cut above the rest!
