I have 2 golden retrievers that i have brought here 4-5 times each. I scheduled an appointment a week and a half out for both dogs. I drop off my 2 year old golden retriever (yes, hes energetic, hes a puppy) at 9:30am on Tuesday, and by 10:30 i receive a phone call telling me your dog is too difficult, you need to come pick him up. Never have i had an issue here, or at any other groomer with any of my dogs, but suddenly now my dog is too difficult. So i now have to leave work to come pick my dog up, after completely wasting a week and a half during which i couldve scheduled an appointment with a competent groomer. Mind you they have 5 little dogs running around at all times, so yes my dog is probably going to be over-excited. I come pick the dog up, to find a leash that is chewed through and almost broken in 2.... My dog has never chewed through anything, and when i asked the guy at the front desk, his response was yea he mustve chewed through it, we had to put him in the kennel. The leash is broken through in the area that goes around his neck(its a choker) so explain to me how my dog, in the kennel with his leash on, was able to chew through the leash where it goes around his neck. It is far more likely that one of the little dogs they have running around broke it. Needless to say, i will never be returning to this place again, there are far greater groomers around, and more fairly priced.

My dog didnt even smell like he just had a bath. Also the place has an unpleasant smell. Way better places to take your dog.

I love this place. The staff is always super friendly and they do an excellent job with my miniature poodle.

Rundown, register barely works, and its expensive for a place that doesnt look up to date and clean. I also received No update or information on how my dog did at day care. I wouldve liked a little more of a report .

I love this place for the personal service and kindness they display to my dog. They always take the time to offer suggestions on how to take care of my dog. They seem to really care and my dog is always super happy when I pick him up and thats so important to me.

We bring our little shih tzu mix to Splish Splash once or twice a week to let her run around with her buddies and burn off some energy, and she loves it. Tara and Sal take great care of the dogs, and weve come to rely on them for everything - grooming, overnight care, you name it. Their prices are reasonable, and you can pre-purchase a set of 10 days at a discount. Just a great, great doggie daycare for our girl.

I encountered Victor with the drop off great guy. I had no issues. Sal on the pickup total loser . Sal is rude condescending and his undertone is disrespectful.

Wonderful and personable groomer but a beyond horrible grooming! I thought I explained pretty well how I wanted my standard poodle to be cut but I guess not well enough, because when I picked up my dog all they did was shave her. They didnt even do a good job at that and the winter has just only begone...I think they hired a really inexperienced groomer who should have been honest about that before grooming. Also, the price was misleading because their website states $65 for a large dog and they charged me $90 because supposedly that is the price. My dog is a small 30 lb standard and for the quality of work they did, I might as well have gone to a local petco!Very...very...disappointed and would never go back!

Alayna, our 4 month old puppy has a ball when she stays at this daycare. She can freely interact with all other dog of various ages, including playing and napping. When the weather is nice, she has access to in door out door use. The out doors is a fenced in play area. The in doors has a display of open dog houses that Alayna can choose from or cuddle up with another pup and rest. I recommend this day care above any other boarding facility. It is well kept, clean, the friendly staff is vigilant in watching that all guests are getting along and playing nicely. The atmosphere is playful, and the dens look like a row of houses in different colors and style. They also offer a grooming service as well. Keep up the great work Splish Splash!

I went in several times to check splish splash out. It smelled badly each time. They were pleasant but NOT well kept. That’s a bad sign

Its da best place that you could take ur dog. My wife n I groom da dogs. All dogs have a ball when they go there. Its a very fun place to be. You should stop by and check it out ask for Victor. See u soon
