My husband and I truly Love Dr Sau Yee hes the very best. Dr knows his patients He saved my life i recovery was due to him getting straight As in school. Ive recommended lots of family members and friends. I wish all doctors was as efficient as My Dr Yee..Im shouting Kudos

Dr. Yee is a wonderful doctor. Extremely patient and takes the time to listen to your concerns and questions. Highly recommended for children and adults.

Been with them for over ten years but in the last 24 I have seen a change in service. Doctor does not return calls. Doctors dont provide medical notes to excuse absences for more than 2 days. Rotates staff too often do you cant develop a relationship with them. Also not very investigative: I have taken my child to them and not received a diagnoses or testing for further investigation. They will give referrals but do not follow up with you to see if anything came off the visits. After talking to other parents, I realized I was not receiving the level of care that best suited my children.

I would give Doc Yee 5 stars. The staffs needed to be retrain focus more on the customer service as well as manner.

I Like the doctors, I just recently had a problem with phone service & Dr.Yee handled it very calmly and respectfully. My opinion and review was taken seriously and was respected as well.. Very content with how situation played out :)

I am writing this review to make sure no other parent has to go through this with their child. Today we had an appointment scheduled with Doctor Say Y. Yee for the first time as our son has had fever and rash for a few days now. It was our first time. We were told to arrive at 10.15 and our appointment was at 10.30. As working parents, we had to take one hour off from work to be there and we told the receptionist that we are under time pressure. Also, our son was very cranky (sick child home for days). We were brought to a small room where we were told to wait for the doctor. I do understand that some appointments take longer than other and sometimes there is wait time involved. But I dont understand how you can let a patient with a sick child wait for almost one hour and not even apologize for the delay. We were in that small room for over 45 mins and after I asked the receptionist why it is taking so long, she just raised her shoulders saying that there is nothing she can do. Our boy was going crazy, he is one year old and of course wants to move all the time. But in that small room he couldnt even walk around, was crying and being cranky. On top of that, he just went through 4 days of fever and one week at home. I have never in my life experienced such indifference towards a child and I am truly shocked. My husband got very upset and we decided to leave and not stay for the appointment. When we came out of the room and said that we cant wait any longer and we are leaving, the doctors reaction was ok, thats fine. you can go. No sorry, I apologize, nothing. How can a heartless doctor like that be able to help your sick child, I dont understand. Therefore, I highly recommend any parent to stay away from this place and look elsewhere.

Extremely difficulty to contact via phone. There is no voicemail. The phone always rings and no one picks up.Edit. I will add that Dr. Yee is a fine doctor, Just his office is very difficult.

Dr. Yes is a great doctor, he always makes sure to help you with what you need, and provides great care for patients.

I have been a patient at Dr. Yees office since 2013. The staff have always greeted me warmly, and my experience with wait time has been less than 15 minutes, which is stellar! Dr. Yee is tremendously personable and truly cares about overall well being (physical and mental health). Follow up times with routine blood work is standard, about 1 week to get results. Both Englewood and Wyckoff offices are very clean. Never had a bad experience and look forward to my continued relationship with the practice.

My daughter has been going to dr yee for a long time and never inco have I had to wait to see the Dr. I myself just recently switched to this dr for my own well being and I have had nothing but the best care from dr yee and Dr psilidas!! (Sorry for the spelling). I would (and have) recommend these 2 Drs to anyone looking for a Dr who takes the time to explain what is going on (if anything) and a plan to help. Great bedside manners are hard to come by and both definitely have that!! Thank you for everything!

The worst pediatrician we have been to. We came with a sick child and had to wait for over 45 minutes for the doctor (the last 15 mins he wasn’t even with a patient but at the reception). This is not only disrespectful but simply inhuman to let a sick toddler wait for almost an hour. Will never go back again! There are plenty other good doctors in Englewood and the area, taking our son to the Tenafly Pediatrics as we heard good reviews about that place!

Never answer phone calls, dont have a vaccines my baby is 10 months haven get 6 months vaccines!!! very disappointing with all services I already change pediatricians
