The receptionist are incompetent and they are liars that try to intimidate patients because of their miscommunication, incompetence and unprofessionalism. Beware.

This is a good Dr. BUT! his policies are not. I ran out of flomax and was informed I needed to make an appointment to see the Dr. before having a new prescription filled. I said ok and my appointment wasn’t for two weeks. So I asked to have script filled and they told me it couldn’t be filled until I am seen by the Dr. I informed this person I would wind upon the hospital. I was told sorry sir this is our policy. Then asked how about enough until I see the Dr. Again, sorry sir this is our policy.NOBODY should be treated this way. Especially us senior citizens. I went to my primary got the script filled and a name of a new urologist. He may be a good Dr. but sounds a little full of himself.
