My family has been coming to Dr. Wasserman for years and he is absolutely fantastic. He really cares about his patients and he takes the time to really understand whats wrong with you and adress the issue. We have never had a problem getting seen by him and when he does see you he takes the time to talk to you and figure out what the issue is. One of his ultrasound technicians Maury is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and she is very skilled and very knowledgeable when performing the ultrasound. When I go back to see Dr. Wasserman I am definitely going to ask to be seen by her. Noone else I trust more! Overall fantastic practice and I would recommend anybody to this practice. -Anthony Mattia

My girlfriend broke her nose and was referred to him by the hospital ER. He was uncompassionate and treated her like a mcdonalds order to be rushed out, no more than 5-7 minutes per visit. Didnt ask her questions, didnt ask to see an x-rays or previous pictures. He reassured her she would look back to normal before the accident. Did the bare minimum, and actually didnt even do the surgery. Another doctor did, and at the follow up claimed that he fixed her nose. While her breathing was restored, they made no effort to shift her nose back to its original position or be upfront with her about the truth and reality of her injuries and led her to think her nose would be back to normal.Tl;dr - If you break your nose, do NOT go to this guy. He may know what hes doing, but he is uncompassionate and just wants to rush you in and out and take your money for the bare minimum work.

Probably the WORST Doctor Ive met thus far. He seems nice at first but once he gets his money is like any other doctor they dont care about the patient even if they experience problems after any work has been done. Hes hard to get in contact with and hes always busy, never in his office and has you running around like his puppet from office to office. Just run the other way if he becomes your urology doctor. I dont ever write reviews on anything, but this is probably the first time ever I felt like had to let everyone know how I felt and what I experience.

Front desk and scheduling was horrible. They didn’t relay messages to Dr. Wasserman when we called to check infertility results and when we finally received an appointment to go over results it took 3 weeks for an appointment and we waited almost an hour and a half to be seen. Once we were finally called in to a room we waited about 20 minutes and Dr. Wasserman couldn’t answer more than half of our questions. He continued to talk to us at one point with the door wide open where everyone was able to hear what he was telling us including diagnosis. He doesn’t have any bed side manners and the office team is just as horrible. If you are going through some fertility issues I do not recommend Dr. Wasserman. Being in his office felt like back to square one. Lost with the next steps. No recommendations, nothing to set us on a path for options.

Doctor Wasserman is a fantastic Urologist. He is very through with his work. His office staff needs to be trained in the art of customer support as in calling you when they promise to or sometimes conveying a message to the doctor.

Overall not the greatest experience. I went in to get checked out and knew Id be anxious for my results. After the nurse ran a quick test and my bloodwork was done, I saw Mr. Wasserman. Nice enough guy who was pretty upfront and clear with what was being done and was attentive to my concerns and questions.Forward nearly a week later, no call with my results, I called the office who advised the doctor was on vacation. No problem with that, however why not mention during the consultation that hey I know your anxious for your results why dont you call in and check with the staff instead of waiting for me to get back. I honestly dont think this guy wouldve called. Reason being, I called 3 separate days requesting to speak to the doctor and never received a follow up call. Finally on the 4th try he calls me. That means he is either makes a decision not to call or his staff never relayed the multiple messages, either way its poor customer service all around. Finally my call back is straight forward enough with the doctor answering my questions and listening to my concerns. However I have poor cell service at home and we were disconnected twice. After the 2nd time he didnt call back that evening or ever.Next step is a follow up blood test that was deemed unable to read and it took his staff 1 week to determine that. I went back a 3rd time for the bloodwork. Everything checked out and the doctor said he would prescribe some medication. I asked do you know where my pharmacy is? Yeah yeah I have it on file was his reply. One week later I went to pickup up my prescription only to find he never called it in. Lastly I called the office to advise of the oversight, one of the staff apologized for the inconvenience and would send it to the pharmacy. Upon going to the pharmacy, the pharmacist advised the insurance hadnt replied with authorizing coverage or not. I called the doctors call service and requested a call. This is where I became totally frustrated. Im not a person who takes medication so Im not really familiar with the proper channels and who communicates what when prescriptions arent authorized. I communicated that the doctor and he repeatedly reminded me it had been 4 months since I was in to see him, not that it should matter. He also said he was the doctor and not the insurance company at which point I told him he didnt need to reiterate his role in the situation. We briefly had a poor signal at which point the doctor abruptly ended the call and hung up in my ear. Poor communication skills, a lack of patience, having his facts 100 percent straight, and overall consideration for the patient are my biggest gripe. With an issue Im trying to resolve, albeit not 7 days a week I went to this man for guidance, unrushed advice, and some direction. None of which was provided.
