I had such a great experience here. I felt so comfortable from the moment I made my appointment to my procedure. I was very hesitant because I recently had a terrible experience at a different dentist, but everyone was so friendly and nice I felt right at home. They also kept me informed the entire procedure and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I literally paid 65 dollars to be told I need real veneers or crowns. Consultation took not even 5 minutes and I was still charged. If i were the dentist I would have told the patient not to worry about paying this time because of how brief the conversation was. They knew another company had already scammed me and took a lot of money from me and yet they charge me for a consultation to tell me I need to just get my money back...Not only that but I was waiting for at least 45 minutes just to be seen. You guys need to be more timely and curtious of others time. I know most places charge for a consultation but please tell someone before they come in and how much it will be. Nobody told me anything and it was a huge surprise I had to pay 65 dollars for that. Your practices are crooked and unethical. I will let everyone know not to go here and how bad this service was.

I had a wonderful experience. They really listened to me and my concerns and gave me top notch care. I love how the team works together, they are not only kind to their clients but kind to each other.

I came in tears and excruciating pain. Although they told me to.come in immediately...( Im surprised I was able to drive there,) when I got there they had me fill out paperwork i could barely focus on (even though i was in their system because I had been there before). They finally called me back, but then i still had to do xrays (the tech was super fast) and wait more before they would numb me. The extraction was quick & almost painless afterwards. I believe its a new dentist there from last time i was there. She was really good!

Caring staff. I had a tooth pulled in less then 5 min. No pain. I recommend going here if you need any dental work done.

Dr Khoa only cares about the money 💰. He jacked up the whole inside of my mouth it was swollen for almost a month just for 3 fillings. Months later we found out he did my wifes root canal all wrong.And now another dentist that said the root canal failed, has to fix it or take the tooth out because its so bad and painful now. If Khoa is there Stay away from him!

They were sooo nice! I have VERY bad anxiety about dental work. The first time we tried to extract my wisdom teeth they numbed me and I had a panic attack. The Doctor wrote me a prescription and said I can come back later if I was more comfortable. We ended up extracting both top wisdom teeth later in the day and I’m feeling so much better! They worked with me on the cost and were seriously so kind. The Doctor even called to check up on me. Thank you!

Really nice people, but I want in for a cleaning and left with a chipped tooth. The tool the doctor used was a drill that left noticed pieces of my front missing. Wouldnt go for a clean, affordable or not.

Today was our first dentist appointment since the pandemic. The whole squad (5) of us came in for appointments. We started at 1 and left about 4. They were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable and they worked with us on the cost. I would recommend them for sure!

Ive been coming here for three years now! I love it! Ive been to one dentist place before this (I wont name names) it was absolute torture. When I came here they have pulled four of my teeth and he did so quickly and painless. Everyone made sure to make me feel calm and staff were super pleasant! Ive never felt anxious at dentists since coming here!

Another Open & Affordable scam! The cost of dental care is dictated by insurance- so this isnt affordable its the same price as any other dentist in the same zip code. Also- these doctors all have NO experience! This office has changed hands how many times. Same as it always was with both Sierra Dental and Open and affordable.

BEWARE! Receptionists dont understand insurances and will overcharge you!!!!Really disappointed with my last service. I had full coverage for a cleaning but when I went to check out the receptionist said I needed to pay a percentage of my bill. They charged me a percentage and then some. When I checked my insurance account I found out they had submitted the bill and insurance paid 100% like I expected. Ive contacted them 4 times to request re-reimbursement for them overcharging me. No response. It feels like they stole from me and they dont care. I will never go back, which is unfortunate because I really like the hygienists and dentists.

Everyone I met at Sierra Dental & Orthodontics was incredibly kind! This was quite possibly my best dental experience in my adult life. I am grateful to have found this office. I feel very taken care of and look forward to returning in six months for my next cleaning. Thank you all!

It was my first experience in 16 years going to the dentist and I had to get a tooth removed. The doctor (Dr. Williams) and assistant never made me feel bad for my condition, and were extremely helpful and quick about the procedure. I feel like my life has changed just by finding this dentist and dental office.

We have been to SO many dentists before and I have never meet one as nice and charming as Dr. Owens!!! He made us feel so comfortable...and his office felt like a spa. His office staff was super friendly and approachable too. It was a definite WIN/WIN! We are so happy that he is our families Dentist now.

I had my first appointment at Sierra Dental yesterday and I must say that it was an absolute wonderful experience. I was a little weary going in because of the past reviews I had seen but do not pay attention to anything before September because Dr.Owens just took over ownership and I have only good things to say. Him and his staff saw me right away and Dr. Owens was very professional with a caring approach. I love everything they’ve done with the place including offering blankets, neck pillows, tea, coffee, it just made the experience so much more relaxing, more like a spa visit instead of a more old fashioned dental office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a forever Dentist because I finally found mine.

I called and made an appointment when I had a swollen jaw. I got in quickly and was told I needed a root canal fixed. They handled everything very professionally and quick. Very pleased with the results and I have found a new place for my dental care!! Very nice people who work there!

Best dental care ever. Kind, careful assistants. Educated, experienced dentists that help a patient make wise choices. Added bonus is the spa like environment. Spacious and spotless with comfortable furniture and flat screen tv in every treatment room and a gourmet coffee machine in the waiting area. Dr Birg and staff are so incredibly amazing! With covid-19 going on the staff kept us all up to date on appointments and handled any concern we had in a timely manner. When we came into the office they made sure appointments were spread out and ensured us the rooms were sanitized between patients to prevent and infection. I appreciate everything they do for us! Y’all are real hero’s.

Great experience as the dentist explained that he might be able to save a tooth that I broke a month ago. Took time to explain how it could be saved possibly. Showed the xrays and scheduled an appointment with an oral surgeon.Guess that few dentist take the time to try and save a tooth and not extract it, is something new to me.Recommend this office.

Im having trouble putting this whole situation into words. One office makes an agreement with us, but sends us to a different office for the work to be done. That office doctor expresses her dislike for the agreement made multiple times but, does some work. Not high grades for the work done either. We always seemed to play second fiddle for this doctors time, appointments put off multiple times. Once a problem hit hard and we had to go to the emergency room, via ambulance called for by the doctor from her own office location. After that she would not talk to us personally, her office staff told us she would no longer be working with us.Bottom line, the work is paid for, the work is not done, they wont talk to us, none graph chunks are coming out of the mouth (top and bottom) . Now we are talking to the dental medical board and attorneys.

I initially had a great experience with this dentist, but that has changed after re-scheduling an appointment. My original appointment was cancelled by the dentist during the covid-19 issue back in March which was fine. I didnt require any immediate care so I knew that we would re-schedule when it was safe to do so. They called back in May to re-schedule my appointment for the end of the month so I picked a time that I THOUGHT would be a good time to break away from work to get this done. What I needed done would not allow me to talk on the phone for the rest of the day btw and that is how I conduct business at the moment.After calling to cancel my appointment and apologizing for the late cancellation, the receptionist let me know that I would have a $75 fee added on to any future appointments. I let them know that I would be finding a new dentist. I find it extremely unprofessional to charge a fee to a patient for two reasons:1. Covid has changed the way that EVERYONE does business and people arent always aware of how they will be conducting business from one day to another. A little leniency would be expected in this current climate.2. Since when did patients have to use one specific dentist to where a $75 fee would be commonplace and accepted by anyone. I am under no obligation to only use this dentist and I am in fact a CUSTOMER of theirs, not the other way around.Either way, I wont be using this dentist in the future since they operate under the impression that I owe them anything at any point aside from services rendered.

History of office, I went in for a cleaning and filling in April, 2018. Last Dental office formally Rocky Mountain Dental, sold out to Sierra! My filling fell out and it has not even been two years. So, I contacted the old owner now located in Wheatridge Co, Ian, information obtained was - no longer the owner of office. I am grateful that - the new dentist filled my tooth and did not, charge me any fees, or percentage! Former dentist was obviously not good at fillings. I want to state a fact of hygeine - with the staff, of what I witnessed. But I am going to refrain from this - statement.

The entire staff at Sierra go out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and informed at your appointment! They provide the best care and fit you in promptly. I am so happy with my experience at Sierra Dental!

Good experience. Ive had some issues here but upon complaint the staff reached out immediately to try and fix the issues Im having even taking the initiative to call me rather than forcing me to play phone tag like some places do. Overall a good practice with a nice environment despite any troubles. I have a particularly difficult genetic condition so i dont blame them for any difficulties experienced and they are making all efforts to solve any problems I have which is more than I can ask of most places. They also have a particularly comfortable office and drinks available in the waiting room.

Ive had 2 visits here- one for cleaning and one for fillings. I hadnt been to the dentist in some years, and the staff was really professional and respectful anyway. They are informative when you have questions, and seem to truly care about the work they do.The 4 stars is because the technician who worked on my teeth touched some objects with the same gloves she put in my mouth, reassured me that everything gets sterilized, and then the assistant touched the same surface afterwards with no gloves anyway. That stuff freaks me out, and i made that known, so the technician tried her best to make sure i was comfortable while in her care.Overall, its a solid place.

I highly recommend this office to anyone. They are professional, friendly, and really take the time to get to know you as a patient.
