Totally disappointed in my purchase... i ordered 2 grams of wax online and feel like i eas carfished! One of the grams was what was advertised, but the other was completely different! I will probably not go back to this place because of it! Feels like they are trying to pull a fast one by advertising better products than they actually have...

****editing review after response from the company**** there was no misunderstanding. The website advertised $7 prerollls and I got a text saying the order was confirmed and then ready. Then a phone call to tell me the price changed after the fact and they would not honor the advertised price.I did like this dispensary a lot and spent a heck of a lot of money there over the last year.I will not be shopping here anymore. If you order on their website and they change the price after, they will not honor the price the website offered, even when the new price is double what it originally was.Terrible business practice to sell a product but not as advertised. Considering dispensaries are not a rare commodity, you would think the business would try to retain loyal clients, but nahhhhh.Save yourself the time, find a dispensary that actually cares about your business.

This review is entirely reflective of the assistant manager and not anyone/anything else. We have been coming to your location for quite some time now, since this location opened. We first frequented your Quincy location quite frequently. We were troubled by the supply/demand and customer service of other dispensaries in the area. We travel further to your location because we like the employees, products and atmosphere there. Todays visit was unfortunately a little different. I signed up for your rewards program through the phone number as directed by the Quincy location. We make purchases together. The purchase points goes under one of our names. They directed me to sign up for the phone number rewards so that I could still collect when I come in for these purchases. Today, upon visiting your location, I was told that is no longer the case. That I can not partake in the rewards since the purchase isnt under my name, even though some of that money being spent is. I have worked retail and I understand policy changes. However, if that was a policy change, a simple explanation of new policy was not even offered. As of right now, I can say Im disappointed in what transpired. When I visit your store, as I still will, I will not work with her, as there also seemed to be a slight feeling of misdirected attitude from her. It was, all over, not the normally welcoming vibe that I greatly enjoy about this store. You guys are fantastic. However, Im not unreasonable. I would just like an explanation of why I cant do what I was directed to do at your Quincy location.Update: 1 week, and still no response from management. Are we more worried about the reviews regarding the quality of flower as opposed to quality of service?Update 2: issue was resolved.

Bud tenders were nice and friendly and they didnt try to push me to buy any products. They were also knowledgeable about the products carried. The selection of goods was wide and the prices are competitive. Check their website for specials, there was one for every day of the week. The company sends their own flower to be processed into concentrates which is getting to be a rather rare and is very welcomed.
