Objective as I can be:(1) Ive had fantastic interactions with the staff there! They are very kind.(2) Its been up and down with the providers. Most of the time, I get treated with distrust and sometimes disrespect, until they listen or actually take the time to read my case. Im sure they deal with plenty of patients like this, but it would be nice for them to treat you innocent-until-proven-guilty. Maybe they are simply jaded like many other medical providers from dealing with the opioid epidemic.(3) MULTIPLE issues with them not filling prescriptions on time, putting me into withdrawals. Several phone conversations. Them finger pointing to the pharmacy, back to the provider, to some 3rd party, to who calls them in, back to the provider, etc. Ultimately if I dont call religiously back-and-forth triple and quadruple checking, I dont get my prescriptions filled.(4) Another time they forgot/lost a urine sample I had left weeks earlier.(5) The providers are, actually, nice people who seem to care, if you can get past their shells.(6) PA Shawn has been great. Wish I talked to him everytime.Summary... they arent terrible, but I wish the providers made more effort to be kind to patients, and I wish New Health did not drop the ball over and over again on prescriptions.

I have to start off by saying at first, things went smoothly. Each month, before getting any prescriptions filled, a drug screen must be done, understandable, not a problem at all! BUT, a certain medication kept showing up each month inexplicably, there were no other medications that I take that contain this medication. So, even though I had the support of my PCP telling me that I needed to request a 3rd party lab confirm their results, they refused. They use their own private Lab for testing, which obviously means they are in control of the whole test. Dr Vanessa, who started out very compassionate, completely turned on Me and at our last visit (they only do virtual visits now), basically told me that behavioral health will have to deal with my being upset about her refusing to continue to prescribe medication that I had been on for over a decade after 2 spine surgeries and other chronic pain issues. Sadly the medication that kept showing up as a false positive was a medication that we had already tried and didnt work at all. Now why would anyone risk losing a medication that DOES work by taking a medication that DOES Not work!? She had no interest in even trying to figure the situation out with me, just treated me as some sort of and accused of being deceptive without any Chance of proving myself innocent. Bottom line.....do not trust these Doctors (the staff was great that I worked with and very understanding of my frustrations) But the Drs, No, they clearly are not in this for helping patients. Its very sad really, how they feel they can just jerk peoples lives around who are simply going to them for help, especially for pain mgmt, which is a very limited field!

Doctors are great but the staff its not ,my husband just got denied his surgery because the staff members couldnt get the paper work to them after he called for the past 2 weeks to get it done,now we dont know when would he be getting another date for a surgery that he really needs

(Please Read All The Way Through)I started my journey at New Health Services with the worst experience of my life. I saw Dr. Jones who has what I would refer to as THE GOD COMPLEX! After my appointment with him made me want to walk out and run as fast as I could and never look back someone mentioned Vanessa Vonduerring. I made an appointment and I found someone as I like to refer to as an ANGEL I am not just saying this. She listens to you and makes sure she understands exactly what you are going through and truly CARES about you as a person. Missy and Nichole are my BLESSINGS by far the best group I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. The office staff always returns my calls and schedules my appointments they are always so friendly and everyone that I have mentioned works above and beyond. Dealing with pain is a scarry issue in the first place but this group has help make my life more enjoyable and worth living because they honestly care and thats why I refer to this staff as a MIRACLE!!!

The folks here are wonderful! They are attentive and non-judgmental; they LISTEN to what you are saying and feeling across. The communication between departments is also exemplary- the right hand knows what the left is doing. Everyone is kind, considerate and friendly. The few hiccups with communication issues last year at the front desk were quickly addressed and resolved. If they had a GP I would give them even more stars (if there were more available!) Thank you!

They have helped my wife! Karla is amazing in care. They had a rocky start. But they help my wife become her again thank you for the care your whole team has helped get her better!

Just want to say thank you to this clinic for ruining my life. Thanks to this clinic I havent gotten my lower back surgery because they staff that dont care about other people lifes I wish that place was closed.nowi have to wait dont know how long just because they have people that just dont care

Due to an injury, I had been on Oxycodone for 3 years. I was considering returning to work so I made the foolish and near fatal mistake of flushing my meds thinking I would not have withdrawal symptoms. I live very remote on the Continental Divide and I almost died from the withdrawal symptoms. Dr. Jones was amazing and so kind. He treated me with respect and helped me get through this awful experience. Thank you Dr. Jones for your kindness and wisdom.

I was referred here by my dr. I called them 20 times just to set up a new patient appointment. Here it is the day of the apt my transportation went out and wouldn’t you know I’ve been calling them for 25 minutes and I haven’t been able to reach a human yet. I haven’t even set foot in your office and I’m already seeking a new dr.

I suggest you find another pain management clinic. They have no compassion and are focused solely on profits requiring procedures, physical therapy thereby discouraging any narcotic use to manage your pain.

Lied to by staff members and doctors. The doctors have a God complex and are arrogant, terrible service, they just want your money. Save your dollars and go somewhere else!

Ive read all the reviews posted. Some are good most are bad. I agree with the good reviews about Dr. Chastain too bad hes no longer there. I diffinately agree with all the bad reviews when it comes to Dr. Carter Jones. I suffered many indignities while under his treatment. When i 1st started seeing Dr Carter Jones in Jan.2020 he put on the charm to win me over as a pt. He said all the right things at 1st, i thought i could trust him. Shortly after meeting him he took over the awesome treatment of ablation pain injections that Dr. Chastain did to my knees, neck and lower back. Dr Carter Jones continued to do the ablation injections on my knees in Jan.2020 when he 1sr started. The ablation injections should last up to 6mths but didnt. I ended up going bk in March for more help. But becuz my insurance only pays for these types of injection every 6mths Dr. Carter Jones decided to give me trigger point injections instead in my knees it seemed to help alittle but again not very much. Then covid 19 struck in March Dr. Jones decided to have me come back for physical theraphy at least twice a wk racking up my insurance to line their pockets. It was exhusting and the PT did not work. Then in June the covid restrictions were lifted i was finally given back to back appts every Tuesday starting in July to start up the ablation injections again in my neck, knees and lower back. Each injection was torturous it felt like he did not numb me well i screamed and cried the whole time i was in the back w him. I begged him to numb me more he said he did but to me i did not feel numb and this went on thru out all my appts till i was done w him at the end of july. After that I cried for a whole week thinking about what I was going to do after whats happened. I knew i could not return to Dr. Carter Jones after all the torturous treatments i received. So I spoke to Jennifer the office manager she seemed to care very much about how I was feeling so she asked if id like to come in sooner for my folow up appt. I did a week earlier. Needless to say Dr. Jones was offended about how I felt when I told him i didnt want to return becuz he made me feel like i was in hitlers torture chamber becuz of the lack of numbnesss. I guess his ego was bruised & offended so he got up and walked out on me. Then he tried to get his medical asst. Laura to get me in one last appt. B4 i left with the mental health behaviorous guy Oz, i thought WOW are u kidding me. NEEDLESS to say I will never return for any treatment becuz of Dr. Carter Jones huge ego lack of impathy humility, professional skills and greed. After all was said and done i wanted to free my negative thoughts of him so I chose to believe he meant well but that choice was short lived. I still think he is a man with a huge ego & money issues. That man is a fraud to me be if u should try thus clinic out plz be careful of who u choose to treat you there. Despite all the trials and tribulations i went thru with Dr. Carter Jones, i want to express all the good things about the staff at New health clinic on Lincoln Street. I have a healthy neighborly love forJennifer the office manager, Denise, Taylor Britney, Laura, Christian and Dean. They have alot of love in their hearts for their profession. Too bad they have to work and deal with the indignities of Dr. Carter Jones. I pray he gets evaluated and removed asap so pts may return in peace. But, if hes willing to humble himself & listen to these reviews & prove himself to be a true and fit caring pain specialist then just maybe ones will change their minds about him. So Viewers plz speak up if u experience these types of treatments fr Drs. Like Dr. Carter Jones. Make them accountable & reprimand them if they want to keep their great cushy jobs so ones may speak highly of them. Take care.

These people really care. The staff is very helpful and considerate of your needs. Dr. Vanessa and her associates are always kind and thoughtful. I am so happy I found them. I will be getting into theyre physical therapy soon after my travel schedule permits me to.

Let me just say that this such a fantastic doctors office. Carla is such a wonderful doctor, she treats the patient not the paper, I can’t say anything negative about her. She has given me my life back so I highly recommend you visit new health pain clinic services and ask for Carla because she is wonderful.

I cannot rate any lower than one star. I have submitted a grievance to United Health Care regarding this clinic and their lack of professionalism, compassion and willingness to practice medicine. I will be posting my entire experience with this clinic once I receive direction from my health plan.12/5 EDIT: I tried to call OM Taylor and her voicemail inbox has not been set up yet. I understand that you work on a tight schedule. I was at my appointment early, thank you. In addition to that, every time I receive a appointment reminder voicemail from your office, the attendant states if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule - I was early, so explain that to me. Being turned away after being on time for my appointment was the straw that broke the camels back, and I listed my complaints in detail in my grievance. Feel free to call me, Im sure you have my number on file. Otherwise I will just post the five page grievance here for your review.

Do not go here. They do not care about pain management or treatment. Dr. Hoffenberg is a joke. She is condescending and demeaning while also being extremely unintelligent and very ignorant in regards to pain management. She is so out of date with what very little knowledge she has and completely incompetent. She lets her personal opinion blind her to facts. She blatantly lies and goes out of her way to misconstrue anything she can to make herself look better. New Health is the worst pain management company I have ever dealt with. All this company wants to do is take your money and not provide you any help while also screwing you over in the process. New Health claims to be focused on personalized care and treatment. They say they are patient centered. This is the furthest thing from the truth and how they actually conduct themselves. Stay away from them at all costs.

My first appointment today was a very great experience. I finally found a Dr. That understands my pain thank you Dr. Ornelas you are truly a blessing , the staff up front are awesome, oz was great he made me feel comfortable. Thank you all so much ♥️

Dr. Brown was the entire reason I stayed here so long. When he left, I saw and felt the dishonesty that lead to finally his departure. The front desk staff is rude and I can feel the lack of compassion and caring for the patient; nurses are flat out MEAN! The billing department is such a mess, I am still receiving bills for $1000 plus dollars that should be covered under Medicare. I would recommend you do your research prior to scheduling with this pain clinic - word to the wise!!!

I take back everything I said wrong about this clinic. We had a rough start, but now I am so impressed with them, I am treated with respect and as a human being. It’s highly recommended

Worst doctors office Ive ever been to!! I have fibromyalgia and hurt my back when I was younger and Ive lived in pain my whole adult life. I was referred to this clinic by my doctor which after my horror stories my doctor stopped referring patients there. They do not care about their patients they make you sign contracts that they dont even go into explaining what they are. They take weeks for refills and months for appointments. Even one of the doctors quit because of their practice! Dont go there!!! Ask for a different pain clinic, youll thank me latter!

I am very impressed! The model of this clinic offers amazing support for patients both mentally and physically. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming and the providers are knowledgeable and understanding. I felt that the whole staff is invested in helping me and they are not judgmental. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!

This place is FANTASTIC. Out of any pain treatment facility they’re the only ones that treat my husband like he’s human. They’ve been a fabulous help in working at solving some of the extra pain that comes with my husbands connective tissue disorder. They have therapy options (group therapy, one on one therapy) as part of their treatment because positive mental health has a HUGE impact on pain management.I never expected to like group therapy but before my schedule got in the way of it, it legitimately was a big help. Getting to talk with people in the same boat is helpfulAs far as the previous review, they give you paperwork to fill out where you list all of the medications you take. If you have proof of a prescription and forget to list something, they’re not mean at all.

I have been interested in going to this clinic and they were very helpful. Miriam was amazing and was a lot of help with getting me all information I needed to become a patient. She provided me all the forms I needed.

I wouldnt recommend this place to no one the front desk lady is rude. When I got a injection in my spine the nurse who was giving me a IV was so unprofessional she didnt wear gloves she was unorganized and unsanitary putting me at high risk. I started with one Doctor whom I like but then he vanished and they gave me to another doctor whom was very rude inconsiderate of any feelings any pain completely discharge for having medication the prior doc prescribed. This place is the worse experience I ever had when I left I was threaded so badly I felt less of a person.

I havent had my pain meds for overv6 weeks because my last experience with my new Dr was horrifying! He even said if it was up to me, I wouldnt treat you Thank you Carter-Jones! I am now on more pain than EVER! I have waited as long as 3 /12 HOURS after my appointment to be seen!! Unprofessional, Ill mannered people. AVOID AT ALL COST!

If I could give them a zero or negative review I would. My dad was referred to them by the hospital after he spent a week there getting treated. He went in to get help for the pain in his feet. They kept pushing mental health professionals on him trying to schedule him therapy. He never asked or was referred to them for therapy/mental health. He went here to get help managing his pain. The doctor even came back and told him there was medication in his system that wasnt supposed to be there. The hospital prescribed it to him... Both visits were nothing but frustrating. I would not recommend this pain management place.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. The staff humiliated me. The lady that collected my pee accused me of giving her Water infront of people in the waiting room. The doctor came and got me from and pulled me in a hallway with another dr, nurse, kept accusing me of having a diluted sample. Then they said that they will needed to watch me pee. They also told me that I couldnt leave until I went. The staff was very unprofessional. I will not be returning there.

Been a patient since they opened and I was finally blessed for pain clinic to finally understand my chronic pain. I will and do recommend this facility. Melissa is wonderful also Dr. Chastain is great at what they do!!!

I have been at New Health Pain & Treatment Center in Englewood for a bit over a year now, and my personal experiences there, have been pretty profound in such a positive way! My encounters with doctors, nurses, & staff have always felt warm & welcoming, and they truly try to be as accommodating as possible with whatever your particular needs are, & they are constantly striving to make sure you understand whats happening with your physical & mental well-being, while also doing whatever possible to insure you are receiving what you need to feel your best even though youre battling chronic pain & whatever the illness that comes along with it! I would definitely recommend to anyone that they should try to get in here if theyre not happy where you are at, or you feel theres no success or relief with your own current & personal situations! New Health has done WAY more for me, then the Spine Center at UC Health!! Its been such a blessing thus far for sure! Namaste & God Bless! -Xo

If I could give zero stars I would. After only being here a few short months, I was told that they could no longer fill my pain meds because I tested positive for fentanyl. Strange how I tested positive on December 13th yet was given my refill for December! On top of that I am a medical professional myself and have done urine drug tests at almost all of my jobs that I have never failed. I was then asked what specialty I worked in as if I had taken it from my own office. Yet jokes on them, I work in OBGYN, nothing of the sort on our shelves. I am very disappointed that theres not even a second chance given for possible mistakes! I go every month! Dont ask for early fills, never have an issue leaving a sample, even left one the one time I was told I didnt have to. I had been to this office about 8 years ago as well for almost 2 years and never had issues.

My experience was excellant. The staff is so friendly, easy to talk to, down to earth. They listened without judgment. I have seen a lot of doctors over the years and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found this place. I love how they incorporate behavioral health with the pain managment.

I do understand that this is a newer business with a ‘new model’ from what I understand. My red flag should have been getting a call 1 hour before my appt. saying price for appt. was much higher than initially quoted. My mistake...I went anyway. My experience was very very frustrating as they we’re insisting on selling services I wasn’t interested in at all. I had people come into the room; one young lady seemed like a trainee and other people calling themselves ‘health professionals’. I felt like an experiment rather than a patient for what they called their new model. Never during this visit did I see a doctor. I will say I was very frustrated and disappointed. The people at the front desk are very nice, but that is as far as the comfort level there goes. Remember, I never saw a doctor which is amazing and I paid good money for this. I hope this helps others make an educated decision as to where to go for pain management. There are other good centers in the metro area to look into. Hope this helps

My first visit here was so thorough and professional! It was so productive and I am very excited to continue treatment and therapy both physical and mental.

They like to treat you like a drug addict when you have specifically told them you DONT want pain medication only injections. Then accuse you of useing your toddlers pee when you refuse to let them take your child with them. Do not recommend them. I would rather suffer then go here.

The first month was great after that neither me or my primary Doctor could get ahold of them they wouldnt return calls when I finally got in to see someone they would act like they had no idea Id been calling for 3weeks in pain and getting your meds actually to the pharmacy took just as long and they just kept throwing more pills that didnt work at me and Im not a pill person but needed the pain to stop no communication here records were never followed up with after they sent me for testing

This place has to be a joke and clearly doesn’t want business.I called to make an appointment. The lady (Miriam I believe was her name) was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was a child. Told me she couldn’t request my records from my primary care office without HIPPA (fair). So I asked her to email me the HIPPA form so I could fill it out and get it back to her and she said she couldn’t do that. What? L A Z Y. So I asked for her supervisor. She said she’d transfer me to his voicemail. When I gave her pushback about that, she said he was in “meetings all day”. Cop out. Absolutely ridiculous that you treat people that way especially when your website says that you care for people who are in chronic pain.Complete garbage. And management should be hiring people who answer the phone who have compassion and are kind.Ok I’ll take my business somewhere else.

The doctor and therapists are great but the front desk girl Meriam has been unprofessional and rude.

I do not get how this happens to me quite often. I go to a pain clinic to get help managing my pain and I either do not have the correct medications in my system or I have large amounts of something I shouldnt have!!! Thats why I havent gone to a pain clinic for years now. The same thing just happened again!! Unbelievable! They always tell me how accurate their tests are, and frankly be I beg to differ with them. I do take care a medication that is an anphentimine and they tell me I test positive for methanphentimes. Like 2000 times the normal levels.!!! Mostly I lay in bed since I got sick last August. I sleep a lot!! Then I dont have to deal with the pain. It helps, now if I was taking very large amounts of illegal anphetimines I dont think I would be sleeping so much! Try and tell a doctor that their tests must be wrong and you may as well be talking to a brick wall! This system sucks the big one and I intend to figure out something that will prove their tests are not accurate!!!
