Every receptionist and Dr. Keller are so personable and friendly! Truly enjoy coming even though I’d have to rate the eye dilation air puff a one star. 😆 They have been my only eye doctor and it will stay that way!

Dr. Keller himself is amazing. I have absolutely no issues whatsoever with him, Ive been going to him for years and have never had any problems. Unfortunately as of late, Ive had so many problems with a staff member of his it has caused me to seek out a new eye doctor. Simply put, Cassandra is the sole reason. There are numerous reasons I could list, but the last and final was the screaming match we were in as she tried to defend herself after she had called a number and given information to someone I did not approve of. This led to an after hours phone call from Dr. Keller himself trying to apologize and find a way to keep me as a patient, he gave me his cell phone number for any future correspondence as I had advised numerous times I would need my information to go to another provider, all for the purpose of not needing to call into the office and speak with Cassandra herself. I recommend Dr. Keller fully, I also apologize if you have to deal with Cassandra.

My uncle had an appointment this morning at 9:15am and Dr. Keller didnt bother showing up for the appointment. Id say thats not good for business.

I moved to Emporia and needed to get a new optometrist. I was wary of going to Wal-Mart to get my eyes checked, but I was a bit hard up for cash and it was cheap (Im a college student, with no insurance). All I can say though, is WOW. Dr. Keller really cared for my appointment and was very thorough in his testing. Hes a very friendly optometrist and has a good staff (I had them fax my prescription to an optique in Wichita, they had it done in five minutes). Hes different than 90% of all the businesses in Emporia, its actually a great experience!
