Very personable. I brought in a set of used hearing aids that were gifted to me and very much needed. The Doctor was very nice. The reprogramming was super affordable. When I am ready to purchase a new set I will defiantly be purchasing from here.

I had a great experience getting hearing aids for the first time. No high pressure sales telling me I had to buy most expensive hearing aids on market but rather honest explanation of difference in all hearing aids available. The staff was just amazing!

The Hearing Group Emporia not only gave me back my Hearing, but have also changed my life. I was missing so much and had no idea for the longest time. I’d miss words here and there, but the sounds of everyday life, I was missing so much. I had hearing aids before, and lost one to my dog. I was really struggling with not being able to hear for a long time after because I couldnt afford a new pair, that is until Hearing Group opened up in Emporia. With their help in finding the most affordable option for my needs I now have two new hearing aids and couldnt be happier. We sometimes forget what little joys can bring when we cant hear them and Hearing Group helped bring that joy back.
