I was just in there to get my nails done and first impression after walking in is this is a very small hair salon, not a nail salon! The lady doing someones hair looked at me and instead of saying hi, she goes right into how can I help you, which isnt a deal breaker but I went ahead and told her that I was wondering if I could get my nails done, noticing that theres one chair in a tiny room stuck in the corner of the building! She said, no one was there today to do nails and turned her back on me and went back to doing the other ladies hair! No sorry, no good bye, not even a can I set you up with an appointment, zero customer service! Thats the first time ever stopping in there and the last time! Ill just go to Dynamics!

Ive gone to Envi salon since the very beginning. Hair, pedis, Manis even an occasional waxing. Welcoming, clean and happiness throughout every visit. Becky has a great team and they all help each other keep their appointments going. If you want to go somewhere that will look at a picture of what you want to try out..... this is the place!
