If you want to grow in every aspect of a yogi, this is the place. The instructors are so incredibly knowledgeable, and works with each individual to get them to their full potential safely. Highly recommended to newbies, but also to your advanced yogis.

Erica is a talented and gifted teacher and expert at yoga yet she can individualize for any person no matter level. She truly cares about everyone’s health and participation. She is awesome!

Fantastic place. Very welcoming to all people. Its not a gym kind of environment, but you still get a great workout. As well as get to join a community of awesome people. Definitely recommend
