My family loves shopping at Marc’s. They always have new and great priced items in stock. The seasonal items are always available for great prices. They have a great selection of gluten free items and vegan/vegetarian. The fresh produce is always available and at really great prices. Depending on the season, they offer all sorts of different treats and candies. Easter basket shopping is so easy here because they have everything in one store rather than running all over to different locations. They have a great pet selection,greeting cards, office supplies, and just about anything else you would be looking for. The store is handicap accessible and plenty of parking available, including handicap. The store is pretty easy to find location wise and the employees are generally friendly and helpful.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the service counter had an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her.

I love Marcs in Elyria, it is my go to store. What ever they are paying the long haired gentleman who is always singing as he stocks, it isnt enough. He is very helpful and knows where every thing in the store is.

Not to impressed found a few things thrown all over the place - will wait for a while before returning to a marcs

Fabulous prices on the special buy/ closeouts section. Also really good pricing on their Deli items. The rest of the stores moderate as far as pricing goes. cleanliness was fair stuff laying on the floor could I use a good sweeping. Employees are extremely friendly out going to help you. A must shop check it out

Great! Bought a huge califlower for $2.00 and an 8 lb. bad of potatoes for $1.99.

Its Marcs. This is another place where some people have an attitude if not all the people. Dont go there and expect happy faces or to get through a line quickly because they are so cheap that they will not hire cashiers.

Awesome grocery store. Also always have misc discounted merchandise. Never know what you will find. Get some retail therapy before you get your groceries. Friendly employees. They even take debit cards.

I must say I had the most pleasant shopping experience​ at this Store. The staff was absolutely helpful. They smiled, as they helped my son and I. Were in the middle of a Storm​ and they assisted me even holding my cart so my items purchased would not get soaked. So A+ from me. God bless you all.

In a time of crisis they price goug on tp and other essentials.....very un ethical I will never shop a Marcs store again .... you have lost my weekly buisness .....

Its really nice that they take credit and debit cards now and the change they made putting the deli in and making isles bigger is good....their making it look a lot nicer.....now they need good friendly workers at customer service and theyll be all set.

Wasnt bad until you got to the deli...wow they need to get someone other then the clerk that was working tonite what an attitude and completely worthless...I will go back to Wal-Mart or drug mart deli before I come back to marcs deli

This is the first grocery chain I have ever seen that does not accept Visa or MasterCard. I can safely say that I will never ever shop here again and I will recommend to anybody I know to never come here.

Just left my full shopping cart and everything the bathroom had no soap, no toilet paper was so dirty I was grossed out looks like the toilet hasnt been cleaned ever. Really I dont want my food coming from there.

What a toxic place to work at. Supervisors never pay attention to you when you need them and managers always breathe down your neck then yell at you for every tiny mistake you make. Very toxic environment, I hate working here.
