Wonderful place! Ive had nothing but positive experiences with my counselor and the front desk staff. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been in therapy for over 5 years and this is by far the worst facility. I was a patient in feb 2020 and requested an EAP counselor as I was a teenager and couldn’t afford it. I’ve been trying to fight a $500+ bill (after insurance for 4 appointments) for months and couldn’t reach anyone with answers, and just found out LAST WEEK that they don’t even have EAP there. I never would’ve scheduled an appointment in the first place if I knew that. Not to mention my counselor was absolutely terrible and had no idea what she was talking about. They scheduled appointments without telling me when or notifying me so I got charged with a no show. My bill randomly went up $100 last month without explanation or notification (I haven’t been there in almost 2 years now). The staff treats you as if you’re stupid if you try to argue anything when I was never explained anything when I went, just hit with an extremely high bill. Entire experience was all around awful and I feel like I was scammed as a teenager in high school in a very bad place. (I was barely 18 so they wouldn’t speak to my parents even with my permission). Please never go here there are much better facilities that are actually looking to help and know what they’re talking about. If I could afford a lawyer I would get one. If you’re looking for amazing counselors look up Lakewest DBT Center in Westlake, they offer in person and virtual meetings and are some of the smartest, kindest, most empathetic, understanding people I’ve ever met.

I went to this practice during a very troublesome time in my life. My counselor at that time (who has since left the practice), was patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. I would not have made it through this time without her guidance. I had a similar experience many years ago when they were in the old office. This practice is run by people who employ only the best, in my opinion. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or a family member her for services. Additionally, their office staff is among the friendliest Ive experienced at a health care provider. Diana runs a fine practice that is an asset to our community.

This place shouldnt treat patients , please go somewhere else. More harm than good will come from my experience.

Saturday hours state they were open till 2pm the answering service reiterated that information when I called Saturday morning. I drove 20 minutes to swing by and pick up some paperwork only to find the parking lot empty and doors locked. Made a simple and kind suggestion today that pysch and pysch change their hours on Google Maps to reflect their new business hours; the office manager using a 6 month old pandemic as the excuse for the hours having been different, then subtly hung up on me. I called back uncertain if it was accidental but fairly certain it was purposeful. Thats when I asked for the office manager only to discover she was the office manager! Its simple by just claiming ownership of the business and accepting the email confirmation you can update the business hours from there so in the future other guests dont waste valuable time and gas money like I did on Saturday. What a wretched woman to have in charge of such a large practice when she cant take constructive criticism in stride.

Very unhappy. Took my young son for an issue. First appointment no problem. Second appointment my son exhibited the issue which brought us there. Half way into the session we were dismissed and told to re-evaluate if we wanted to actually come back or not. Basically felt we were written off. Of course we got charged the full hour.

The counselors at Psych and Psych are amazing, especially Mehgan. I would highly recommend.

We’ve been coming to Psych and Psych for a few months now and Susanne has helped our marriage so much. If you are considering counseling, I highly recommend just making the appointment. She’s awesome at what she does and as a result our marriage has transitioned into this place we both want to be. Thanks to Susannes guidance and the work we put in we are so much happier and able to communicate more effectively than ever before.

Treated my daughter with her mother in the sessions without my knowledge or any notification Only one psychiatrist on staff. Extremely unprofessional.

I am writing to comment on the review regarding Mira Walters. I work at Psych and Psych Services and know Mira well. She is one of the most compassionate therapists that I have known. I speak as one who has known her over six years. I think this practice is exemplary and I support Mira 100%.

At least from my experience they dont help much of at all. They also dont tend to contact you with appointment reminders or always tell you when your next appointment is. My last appointment I never got a card with the date on it (which isnt normal) and they never once called or emailed me with reminder like they normally always have done. And they dont care about their patients if they did they would have called to see why it was missed.When I first started coming here Pat was amazing! She helped me out so much she was ontop of everything but since she quit I felt more like I was going in and paying to talk to someone who wanted to just be my friend. Im sure other therapists are great here but I wont be coming back.

I went here for a long time and I have to say that Jenn was the best therapists I have ever had and I wish I could still have her but Im in canton now.

Great place and compassionate caring people. Definately recommend and will be coming back.

Cant believe how Im being swindled. Glad to see they take advantage of families trying to take care of mental health issues. Charging me no show fees for appointments my family never made! Charging no show fees when my daughter was being treated for strep that morning! I called and did the responsible thing in keeping her home for the first 24 hours after starting antibiotics, as advised by the lorain county board of health. I will be reporting this to the lorain county board of health that you are advising families that they are still required to show up to appointments regardless of any communicable diseases or illnesses! Glad to see you put your clients and staffs health and wellness first! They only care about their bottom dollar! Its too bad because I very much liked Mary migra but the business ruined any good thoughts I had.

Very poor counsellor. My son was inaccurately evaluated and treated less than a human. My son died. He died with the labels this moron gave him.

David was a major help in a time I needed it the most.

Dont call back EVER and confirm/arrange for appointments and leave you hanging! :(

If only I could give it a zero I would.

I dont like it in the least. They barely do anything to help you.
