Echoing everything that has already been said for the old location as well as the Walgreens location in Elyria—the nurse was nice, but it was so unnecessarily complicated to get an antibody test for work! I hope I don’t have to deal with anything else in the future.

The website says they are open. After driving 30 minutes and fasting 12 hours, the building is empty and the phone is disconnected. What a bunch a BS!

Customer service is terrible. Lady at the front has major attitude. No return call and when that was mentioned a nasty reply was given. Not wearing a name tag. If you cant handle your job and at least be kind you should probably not be in the medical field.

Scheduled online. In and out 10 minutes or less. No problems.

Hours of operation state 4:00pm. And doirs are locked 10 min prior.

The lady was rude. Seen I had kids with me didn’t mention anything. Then after she gets all the paper work in order tell me I can’t have kids in the waiting room. Mind you my kids are 7-6 tells me they can sit in the car if I like while a drug test. Ok no big deal kids in a car for 5 min while I test. Well it is I didn’t pee enough then after was told I can’t get the kids out the car in JULY to let them sit in the waiting room while I wait to have to pee more. Basically you can’t walk out the door at all or your test is void. Theeen on my paper it says their open from 7-4 nope they only drug test for jobs 7-11am why wasn’t it on the confirmation paper???? Then she tells me o you have to call the job to re submit a test because you only allowed a few hours after it’s processed. Now I have to call a JOB and explain why I couldn’t get drug tested. Now it makes me look bad.1st) as soon as she seen I had kids she should’ve said something before processing the test. She should’ve just said nope come back tomorrow. Witch I could’ve because I have 3 days to test2) when they give out confirmation papers IT NEEDS TO BE STATED NO JOB DRUG TEST PAST 11am ONLY 7am-11am3) She was rude! If you work with people fake it till you make it no need for the catty attitude.

Poor customer service. They told me that I had to come back an hour later after, I had been sitting in the lobby for 20min.

Dirty, dingy, dont bother making an appointment they dont go by that its first come first serve. Awful service.

Fast service, polite staff

In and out in 5 minutes, blood drawn and urine screen.

Terrible experience.
