I loved going to Dr. Loicano before I moved to Washington. Hes a wonderful, kind man who loves to spend time with his patients. I highly recommend him.

Very good Dr. Spends time with you. Explains thing in English. If there something wrong with you he will find it.

Doctors are wonderful... If you can get past the mean lady in the reception area. She wont pass on questions to the doctor... Just says you have to come in. Extremely rude and not helpful. But as far as the doctors.. They are very nice. Especially Dr. Liacono. He really spends time with his patients. I moved far away now but I wont change doctors even though its a longer ride. The only thing I would change is... I would make the lady at the reception desk take a people skills class. Its just the one lady.. Not them both

My doctor was Mike. He does what he has to in order to stay out of trouble but Im probably going to die twenty years earlier than I should because he was my doctor. The PAs are usually rock stars. The receptionists, if you have read the other reviews, are clearly there because of connections and not because of competence, but since Google reviews has torn into them, theyve gotten better. Bottom line: try a different place unless you are a rich, elitist Elmwood Park resident.Edit: they officially abandoned me as a patient and would not allow me to schedule an appointment because, and I quote, they couldnt find [me] on file. They use a paper system. A dentist will reach out to you and say hey I havent seen you yet this year why cant a physician do this or one of the many assistants that play candy crush instead of finding my files? Im still waiting on your call back ladies and its been over six months. But I guess we cant all be good at what we do.

I would fire the front desk woman. Rude, no people skills, completely unprofessional. Good thing Im not the office manager, I would clean house.
