This place is unprofessional their don’t care about no patients, if call to make appointment nobody answer the phone, I dropped a form my doctor almost one month I’m still waiting tchuips.

Almost 2 months now i dont get my mediCine.i keep on calling everyday!!! What are you doing.?it means the doctor dont even care whatever happened to the patient!!!

Terrible doctors. They don’t take your health serious at all. They goggle answers to what’s wrong with you. No blood testing, no urinalysis, no MRI, nothing. The doctors there are a joke. The only good doctor there is Dr. Delgado, the gyn. A PCP responsibility is to refer you to a specialist based on your complaints and symptoms not google answers for you and not do testing. Complete waste of a co pay!

HORRIBLE OFFICE MY 10-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER WAS DIAGNOSED WITH COVID, SHE WAS A NEW PATIENT NOT YET SEEN BY THE PEDIATRICIAN I CALLED BECAUSE SHE WAS HAVING SEVERE HEADACHE AND A BAD COUGH. I WAS TOLD THE DOCTOR WOULD CALL HER VIRTUAL WHICH THEY NEVER DID, I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPEN BECAUSE SITUATION HAPPENS I WAS PLACED ON HOLD FOREVER, I HUNG UP NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I SEE A FEW DOCTORS IN THEIR FOR MYSELF BUT AFTER THIS I HVE TO CHANGE IF A CHILD WELL. BEING DOES NOT MATTER WHAT DOES THAT SAY FOR ME???? MOTHERS BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CENTER.

They never answer the phone.

The service is poor. The doctors inside staff are ok. But the outside staff are terrible. I requested a fax for over a week now and I had to go in an get it. Nobody ever answers the phone and it goes to voicemail and nobody retrievers the message and follow up. I’ve had enough. I’m never going back.

COVID! No social distancing ! I Had appt. for my child’s vaccine . ( I walked out ) . Ran away from covid guy. They schedule everyone at same time. Guy walks in off street sick asking if this is where he can get a covid test. I run away from him and tell the guy taking peoples temperature why bother taking temps, when they let people come in off the street with Covid symptoms to get tests as walk ins? As i’m standing in the tiny one foot wait area the guy ( who was very sick) came in behind me. Its upsetting because I have locked down 8+ months with an auto immune disease , I get exposed and everyone else in there. Apparently, no appt. is needed. This is not a safe policy . The guy with the temperature reader just let the guy in behind me while I am trapped and enclosed in a tiny room with a sick person. I told the security guy and he didn’t even say sir wait outside ! No 6 ft markers outside or in the temperature taking area ! They let multiple people in at same time. The poor man was very sick and I pray for him , but go there at your own risk. They don’t care about peoples safety .

The 5 stars are for DR. Delgado. Bless this lady. An OBGYN who truly cares about her patients, explains thoroughly what the issue is. Does not make you feel weird about anything. She makes you feel comfortable, leads with trust, honesty and knowledge. She is on top of making sure your prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy, helps you understand what may trigger certain issues AND follows up with you. I’ll go wherever she goes.

This place is atrocious. Some staff members try to make up for the inadequacies. There is no such thing as an appointment. Its an appointment plus at least another hour waiting. I would not recommend unless you have no choice. Take the whole day off because you will spend it waiting

They open at 8am ... it is now 9:44am .... I have been calling to confirm my 5pm appointment and nooooooo one has picked up the phone ... called them 31 times and NOTHING !!!! And some of these receptionists are complete morons SMDH

Some staff are very nice, other not so much (even some are rude). They always look disorganized, and theyll make you wait a lot of time. Will I recommend this place? Not really. Some people may like it, I personally dont.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU GO THERE THEY DONT SEND YOUR MEDICATIONS I HAVE SEVER SCIATICA AND MUSCLE SPASMS AND I WAS THERE UNTIL 8 PM I BEGGED THE DOCTOR TO PLEASE NOT FORGET TO SEND MY MEDICATIONS AND WHEN I DROVE TO THE PHARMACY THEY DIDNT SEND ANYTHING FOR THE 5TH TIME. THEY NEED TO JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS CAUSING MORE AGONY THAN HELP!

Ive had enough of this place..hard time scheduling outside appointments, hard time getting someone on the line, hard to get in contact with a Doctor, they dont ask for my permission to bring in a student..Im just not going back... the young drs have no idea what they are doing

Very rude scheduling staff for scheduling outside lab work and shes only there twice a week or so. Very frustrating. I will be switching to a different medical office as soon as possible.

Totally agree. Even before reconstructing it, the service was really bad, now it’s worst. The black lady that is in the Check In desk it’s so rude. Has always bad attitude. I don’t know how people like that get hired. I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels this way. This place has so many bad reviews no wonder why it doesn’t even hit a 3 star review. Plus you never get a stable OB/GYN. They always switch them.As someone stated before, I had my anual check up and they never said about someone (student) will be present looking at my Pu***.They don’t even ask if that’s ok with you.I’m glad I moved to a better place.

My first appointment and they gave me a long list of papers to fill out as if Im taking out a mortgage, they ask for social security#, income, proof of address and ID. I dont mind ID and usual stuff but am I seeing the doctor or applying for a loan. Then the staff are rude and I just cancelled my appointment I will never recommend anyone going there. Worst doctors office ever.

Trying to contact ANYONE in this place is a disaster. Making appointments over the phone a complete mess. You will never be able to reach anyone for questions. You make an appointment and come on time but will still wait an hour, but if you come 15 min late, they will try to turn you around and reschedule which again is a mess. I like the doctors but the service outside of treatment is the worst. You call the phone service takes FOREVER to answer, but when they do, the girls put you on hold just to see if there are time slots available, but then eventually never come back and just hang up on you. Im frustrated on some level everytime I come here. Time to find another doctor unfortunately. Smh
